Never use this place if can read this message!!Please, please dont use..theyre very unprofessional.I asked to see the manager several times. The rude lady behind the desk told me while she sit there on the phone with the manager. She tells me hes going tell you the same thing. I just had to walk away. One month later this same company called me asking about the unit I told you a month ago to close it.I never step foot in it, couldnt speak with the manager and you being very unprofessional to me I have nothing to say to you but foul language but I have respect for myself and I walked away...

Excellent customer service!! These folks know how to take Care of business and pleasantly. Units are clean and dry upon move in, good shingled roof to avoid leaks, gate code in and out for added security, nice wide rows for trucks to fit, and plenty of units. Also a plus its on a nice quiet street!So far everything has been safe, secure, and dry. In stocking it the movers did a great job putting boxes up top nearly and one large items were in miscellaneous items were easily put around and the empty spaces to further secure in l stacked items.

10yr costumer. My unit gets broken into my property was take . And insurance hasnt done anything yet to compensate me for theft of my property. And cubesmart rat problem destroyed most of my things. But nothing could be done about it because their insurance doesnt cover damage done by rats. But still I havent been compensated for the the theft of my dirt bike. Power tools where taken also but I didnt realize it until over a month or two later. So I had to consider them a loss.

Best facility I have rented at in awhile, good customer service I would highly recommend this location .

My first unit at this location since 2019 and This place is a LOT cleaner than it was just a year ago, De Cource (forgive me if its wrong) the new GM is much more professional and I honestly look forward to working with them again! First time I got a unit that didnt have a rat in it so Im wholeheartedly optimistic...Way to go Clean up Guy

Staff is nice. Place is clean. Im upset because I dont have round the clock access to my belongings. Im a truck driver and I was changing companies. I came at 2200 to collect my items to put on my truck and I couldnt. Need to move to a 24/7 facility because now I dont have and of my important stuff I need to move forward. Whats the point of of having a personal code if you can only use it when they want you too.

Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and very professional.

I feel I was treated rude and disrespectful. I feel it was based on my race. I asked several times to speak to the district manager, and was told he didnt have time to talk to customers. Basically I was treated terrible. I wouldnt recommend CubeSmart to anyone in the future.

Heather is always helpful and has excellent customer service skills . I have rented at this location twice and never once had a problem. The grounds are always clean and secure and the pricing is reasonable . The 2 level storage allows me to really organize and separate my belongings so that they are accessible .

I was paying $183 for a unit that is currently renting for $63.50. DO NOT plan to stay more than 8 mo.- 1 year. My unit was 8x20. $183! It is great for short-term, but if you stay longer, they will take advantage of you. When you get your very first rate increase, start making exit plans.

I have had nothing but a good experience coming and storing at this location I really appreciate the workers and customer service they provide.

The customer service here was great from start to finish. I worked with the manager Sylvia and was awesome and very informative. Its a decent storage for the price. Dont like the fact that we have to deter mice away, but the office has supplies to do the best they can. You cant control what people store in their units. Overall good experience and good unit.

My experience at CubeSmart when I moved in was amazing. Wilma is AWESOME. She meticulously went through the contract and facility with me. She kept me smiling through the process and made me feel extremely welcomed. And when I had a problem applying my lock, the older gentleman came to aide within minutes of me calling the front desk. In addition to the amazing customer service that I received, the facility is very well maintained. It was very clean, and I did not see any bugs. I was totally impressed. (Prior to bringing my belongings to CubeSmart, I was renting at another popular facility and there were so many spiders in the unit I felt like they should have paid my monthly bill. On top of that the customer service there was sub par.)At CubeSmart I selected a small unit, but the amount of space I received was surprising. I had no idea there was going to be an up and downstairs in the unit. The unit space was surely not as small as I thought and I was very happy to have the additional space. I would HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart (Decatur). Thank you Wilma, you are the BEST! :o)

My experience with the office staff was fabulous! My only other comment is that I would have liked to know ahead of time to bring my own locks since that was required on the day of doing the paperwork. This was not known to me and I had to buy their locks. I highly recommend this location.

Do NOT put your stuff in this storage space! Unless you need to visit it regularly, you are temporarily needing storage, or youre desperate. The customer service is not great, the grounds are not clean, there is no dumpster for your trash or boxes, there are rats, and break-ins.

The prices are competitive and reasonable, the Customer Service is outstanding. The 3 ladies were so positive and helpful made sure I knew every detail from hours, how to operate control box, use my key to unit, size and cost, moving materials, etc. Thank you for making my experience however difficult more pleasant.

I had my unit for the past 4 years. A little over 6 months ago we started see rat droppings. Some of our plastic inexpensive items were chewed threw and the unit began to smell. My husband and I decided to move. We spoke to a few other tenants on the same building and they too had problems with rats. My husband spoke to the property manager and we were told they would get the problem taken care of and that we would receive a discount for our trouble. Instead a month later we get a card in the mail that our rent is going up. This is my 2nd review addressing the same problem, and somehow my other review didn’t make the cut and wasn’t posted. Last week while consolidating, trashing and repacking the items were going to keep, we started seeing a elderly lady there, that we believe was living there. Earlier this week someone, a female who works in the office confirmed that at least 7 people are living in those units. I’m not telling anyone not to rent from them because for the 1st two years it was fine, then the rent started increasing then the rat problem began and only only got worse and worse. Thank God we finally finished moving out today and we are DONE!!!!

10/27/2019Found dead rodent in my storageRat droppings (I dont store any food, nor chemicals in my storage)Too many price increasesOn numerous occasions:Security gate open allowing anyone to enter without using gate code for over 24 hours.Suffered personal injury in one of my storage units due to an exposed nail on the stair handrail.

Heather and Neik were very professional. Neik was extremely helpful during my rental process and made it e ewww asy and clear understanding . My day was going bad but she put some sunshine in it.

I had a wonderful experience at this location.Sylvia was so nice and helpful and very friendly.She made everything fast and easy.

No cameras units broken into, more than likely helped by employee or employees working there! Property gated so some one is helping no one is climbing over fences with TVs, some oneis opening gate!!!
