I wanted to give a shout out and special thank you to Yolanda and Pasha (sp?- new employee, just 4 days in!) for their excellent customer service yesterday. Yolanda noticed that my unit was unlocked and called me over the weekend to let me know and also emailed. When I went to the office the next day, they were both so nice and helpful! They walked me to my unit and stayed there with me while I had to make a few calls. They both made sure my unit was locked and secured before leaving the building. Thanks to them both for their patience and excellent customer service which unfortunately, is not as common these days. Great job!

Shay was very nice and helpful with me. I appreciated her service. I saw two men (one outside the store and one inside the store) who seemed upset at the direction Shay was giving them for a refund. She had to call another manager to tell the man in the store that Shay was in fact giving him the appropriate way to get a refund. She remained calm and professional throughout.

It was a great experience. Easy move- in. The property manager Tasheba was awesome and very polite. I definitely would recommend this property.

We had a great experience here. Facility was clean and Eva was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I had a unit here in 2016 and Eva was here back then, always kind and helpful. They have a good stock of boxes and other moving supplies, so this has been my go-to place for years. I did the contactless registration this time online, and then went to the unit without going in the office. There was a safety seal on my units door to show it was sanitized, and a new lock was waiting inside. Would definitely recommend this as a quality place for storage rentals and also for purchasing moving supplies.

This is the second time we have used Public Storage, and they are incredibly easy to deal with. Its super smooth process, and the prices were better than elsewhere. I love Eva in the front office. The other lady is also very nice, but I got to know Eva in person, and she is fantastic! I rarely write, but I am pleased to highly recommend this business for storage.

Jacara was very nice and very polite help me out with the carts and even went and told me where three more carts were that was so special. Ive been moving for 18 years and never had that happen

Secured space at the Clairmont Rd location for one of my clients (MH Dolan) that had an unexpected move due to a fallen tree. Though we encountered some challenges due to changes we had to make, the agent, Miss. Eva was diligent in her efforts to resolve our issues for which the client and I are extreme grateful. The location is easily accessible, clean and seemed safe.

Apparently this company does not care about people struggling during COVID-19. They just go ahead and raise rates on storage units with no thought of anybody’s current struggles. Terrible corporation who cares nothing about their customers.

I have had an excellent experience with the local people at this storage facility; Sylvia (? Do I have that right? The weekday manager) and Lymia have been great, helpful, accommodating, given the best and friendliest service. The facility is well run. The property is clean and convenient. I DO have a complaint concerning Public Storage corporate management, which has not been helpful at all and overcharges. I have been unhappy since I signed up and a $63 quote for a unit that wound up being $117; I downsized when that same unit got bumped to $146. But everything on the ground is excellent.

On October 3rd I went to Public Storage to pay my bill. I was greeted with a smile by Jazz B. Jazz B was very helpful to me and I did observe the time and attention she displayed with the customer before me. Jazz B. was knowledgeable and sincere. A great employee. Thank you Jazz B. and Public Storage.

This review is long overdue. I used this facility last year while preparing to move out of state. I found it to be always very clean, very well run and an incredibly convenient location. Sylvia was always helpful, friendly and kind. There are a lot of choices for storage facilities in Decatur/Atlanta and I highly recommend this one!

I have been at this location for a while. Which major personal issues and the loss of my newborn sons mother, they have been incredible. Worked with me and been understanding. Sylvia is hands down one of the best and most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I will always consider this location for my storage. I still have my unit and plan to stay.

Have been using the facility for around 6 months (for business) and have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Sylvia. Booked a unit with Public Storage before arriving in Atlanta (cross-country move). Website was easy to use and the special they had going made it an easy decision for me. After online booking, I received a call from Sylvia to confirm - she was super friendly and helpful over the phone! When we arrived, she knew who I was, what I needed, and immediately began helping me get into the unit. She took us on a property tour, showed us how to use access codes, and showed us where to find moving dollies. Overall, best experience Ive had with a storage unit!

Sylvia was very helpful both on the phone and in person. She showed us different sizes of storage units to help us with our decision. She called before the move to confirm our arrival time for our long distance move. Access codes are required at the entrance to the site, again at the building, and again at the elevator. Building was clean with an easy-access unit. It was quiet and felt safe.

Came to this storage facility looking for a small amount of storage for about 6 weeks. My husband and I had a unit in this facility for years. It was very well maintained and our things were safe and dry when stored there. We recently needed old receipts from our time there, and Von, one of the managers, really went out of her way to help us, finding, and then printing out voluminous history for our records (which the credit card company had wiped out). She was courteous, eager to help us and really knew the system! Thank you, Von!!!

This facility is very secure, immaculately clean, reliably climate controlled, and dry (I was worried about my outside wall storage space leaking with all the rain we had this summer). I stored a fine art and print collection, musical instruments and 100s of vinyl LPs for over a year. When I moved out of the space, everything was in the exact perfect condition as when I moved it in. The location is really convenient for City of Decatur residents, and the office staff are super friendly and accommodating.

My experience was nothing but positive. I showed up with a trailer full of kitchen cabinets that I needed to store temporarily and within a few short minutes I was unloading them. I was thankful for that because it allowed me to get my rented trailer back on time and avoided charges for an additional day that I was anticipating since I was close to the deadline.The attendant in addition to being efficient at her job was friendly and helpful, the kind of person who by nature of her personality just makes you feel good.

Silvia was killer! We needed a short term solution to store a few things as we moved and when we came by there to cancel was no one in the office. Silivia had noticed us as she was taking a customer to another unit though and went ahead and cancelled it for us so when I stopped in today in a rush we were already set!! In moving from a large home to a spacious but much smaller condominium in Decatur we found 25 pounds cant be stuffed in a 10 pound bag. Learning that we are now experienced as Mr. and Mrs. Downsizing of Decatur.We needed secure, close by, conditioned storage space and found everything we needed in the Decatur location on Clairmont between N. Decatur Road and Scott Blvd. to allow us to do an orderly transition.The size options went from small closet sized to garage size spaces. All were clean, well lit, secure--and conditioned (heat and air conditioned) per season).Being in that space, in and out, as we settled we sold much of our items---but we still had one last space until today when we moved out at last!Thus we have been occupants for a number of years-- all of that time managed by a very special lady Sylvia. She went of her way to be helpful and attentive with a sparking personality.I highly recommmend this location and Sylvia as the proprietor. And if you have never rented storage space make sure you have good hours of access, well lit and most importantly CONDITIONED units as too much heat or cold can adversly effect many items you store. And you will appreciate that CONDITIONED space as well as you move things in and out over your stay.Thank you Public Storage and Sylvia for GREAT facilities and management!Mr. S--Decatur
