I brought my Nissan Rogue Sport to Daytona Toyota Collision Center for repairs after my vehicle was struck by a Progressive insured driver. The damage was somewhat minor and should have been easily fixed. Most body shops Ive done business with would have no issue repairing the minor damage I had on my vehicle.I was called a week after dropping my vehicle off to come pick it up. This seemed like a normal turn around time for the type of minor damage my car had incurred. Upon arrival I immediately noticed numerous issues with the work. First of all the paint had a significant amount of bubbles in it. The employee handling my claim told me this was normal and that it was common to see even on factory paint jobs. His intention was clearly to get me to accept such poor work.While inspecting the vehicle more I noticed there was chipped paint on the bumper that was supposed to be new and painted. I was told this would be touched up and the bubbles/dirt in the paint would be fixed after Progressive told me I didnt have to accept the vehicle if I didnt feel it was properly repaired. While the chip wasnt extreme in nature it was still unacceptable for a newly painted and repaired part; not to mention the bubbles.Daytona Toyota Collision put me in another rental this time at their expense due to the nature of the poor job they had performed. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and people make mistakes but this seemed a bit ridiculous - it was easily noticeable. Not to mention they claim to have some sort of Gold Class rating in their lobby which I would think should hold them to a higher standard.I called several days later and after one week I was once again contacted to come pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed the paint chip was repaired but the bumper still had bubbles in it. There was also tape residue on the interior of the gate on the back of my SUV along with dirt/dust in the trunk/storage area. Upon opening the back gate we discovered additional paint bubbles on the bumper and another chip on the paint in a new location. I was told the body shop employee must have struck the tail light with the bumper when they went to put it on. This damage was minor but I definitely expect it to be painted fully if it is being repaired by a body shop. I would be embarrassed to show a customer a vehicle in this condition if I worked at this establishment. The vehicle should have been properly cleaned and the paint should have been redone if there were that many bubbles in it, along with a chip they had caused.I understand that body shops have deadlines when working with insurance companies but reputations are much harder to repair and much more costly in the long term than simply redoing a poorly done paint job. I once again refused the vehicle and was placed in another rental. A week went by and I came to pick the vehicle up for a third time. This time the back of the vehicle was cleaned, the tape residue was gone, and the paint chip was repaired. I opted to take the vehicle.The next day I went over the vehicle again and noticed the reflectors on the bottom of my bumper had been painted over. I brought the vehicle back and they took it for roughly fifteen minutes before bringing it back to me with the paint on the reflector gone. It was raining so I didnt get a chance to see the scratches they left until the following day. As I type this there is still a bit of paint on my reflector, scratches on it where they likely sanded off the paint, and some colored spot on the bottom.I am not happy at all. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Their Gold Class rating was definitely not deserved.In fairness, the staff inside that answer the phones and schedule appointments are very professional. Their body shop managers and paint/repair employees are not.

I recently hit a deer and being the animal lover I am, I was more distraught about the deer than my own vehicle.. She was so kind as well as consoling.. I just wanted to say Thank you.. Ive had to deal with a lot of people since this accident, and she was the only person who understood why I was so upset. She took the time to console me and try to make me feel better. This horrible auto body shop received my vehicle on the 22nd of January, 2021. Were supposed to fix my trunk from a Progressive Insurance Policy holder rear-ended me. According to their estimate which was dated and start and end time were recorded they finished the estimate the same day I dropped it off in 39 minutes. I never heard from them, I called and left messages and was asked if Progressive had called me. I called Progressive to find out what was going on to hear the deemed my vehicle a complete loss. All I needed was the trunk fixed so it closed properly. So after I finally got that information on Feb. 4th and 5th, 2021 I went to pick up my car to get a second opinion and this shop would not give me my car back, they informed me my car was still in pieces and they wouldnt give it to me unless I paid for it. They have had my car for 2 weeks never intended on fixing it and over quoted and under valued my car. I would highly recommend that if you are getting your car fixed here because of the insurance company you NEED to go somewhere else. They are definitely getting kick backs or just love screwing people over then to satisfy the customer. They are working with the insurance companies. They are sharks who dont care if you are single mother of two surviving on a single income and that its your only vehicle that youve owned and never been in an accident the entire 14 years youve own the car. Worst experience of my life!

Great auto collision work
Car was damaged by a tire that was blown off by a semi on the highway. Insurance had me come here for repairs, was called multiple times with varying quotes because I was asking about multiple items I noticed were damaged. They had no idea! They reset the codes on the car and played it off like everything was fixed. Next AM, I took it to my dealership for their opinion and right away they noticed multiple items broken both visibly and from codes that popped up. I felt like Toyota was sloppy, didnt take their time, and rushed things. This is a brand new car, I shouldnt expect flaws.
Took my car here for repairs via Geico. The drop off and rental car was super easy & fast, Wayne answered any and all of my questions. He was very prompt and kept me up to date each week with calls regarding the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle I was surprised at how amazing my car looked! They even re-painted a section of the bumper that was custom for me, I am very impressed by their workmanship and once again huge thanks to Wayne for keeping me in the loop and being very helpful. I am so used to having bad service and people give me the run around... VERY HAPPY!!!
Took this body shop 5 days to paint a simple fender flare on my truckThe service advisor angel was a true jokeTried ro convince me that even though the part they painted didnt match my truck that it was the right color.This is the worst dealerAvoid at all cost....

I used this collision center and was insured by Geico. I am so happy!! the car needed $13,000 worth of repairs and it is perfect. Tony my Representative was so responsive he also knew his stuff. The time from the start to finish was right on or maybe even less time. I wasnt really keeping track. No complaints !!

I gave a 1 star, because its the lowest it will allow. Otherwise it should get -5. My sons car has been there since November 25th of 2019. And still there January 14th 2020. And not fixed right yet. Was sent out on Christmas Eve with suspension loose, and air draft from window. My son drive it like that from Daytona to Orlando. Now they are saying that ALL corrola make air draft noise?? Come on, wasnt born yesterday. But yet if they did, why are you trying to bend the door to fix it?come on
Do Not take the risk of going elsewhere. The entire facility is filled with fabulous people. Tony and the front desk persons are amazing and therefore turn a tumultuous time to time well spent with ease of mind. They take the time to care about you and your vehicle. I would have gave a negative. Horrible place. If you need collision repair done on your car, do your self a favor and go some place else. They took forever to do my car. They LIED about what they did to fIx. They were going to tell me I had to pay for a new battery when the battery was brand new. The car was sitting there forever. When I got my care back it was not even cleaned and it wasnt even cleaned from their mess. They did not wash the outside. The inside fuse was broken off. When I drove it off the lot it had low air pressure in the tires. Poor customer service.The WORST. I called several days in row before I received a response. I would never recommend them to anyone. The list goes on but I am not going to waste any more of my time.
Awesome repairs took much less time than I expected and I had extensive damage. Even less time than they promised. GEICO has an office there so does Enterprise rental car. Everything was so convenient!😻

Nice clean place to wait for assistance however it seems there are always employees grab passing at the counter with men employees talking to the young ladys behind the counter.I would also wait when I clearly see three four men employees in their offices also grab passing, laughing, talking, anything but helping customers!

I went there to get an estimate on my car but all they do an estimate on is the outside damage if they think the damage exceeds what the car is worth. I think they should do an estimate on mechanical damage as well. I think I should get paid what all the damage that was done to my car but instead Im only getting what the value of what the car is worth. To me thats not fair. If I was to have the car fixed they would have to pay all of the damages. Not just the outside...they would have to pay mechanical damages also. I say this because they totalled my car but Im still driving it. So I know its fixable. But my insurance company decided it wasnt fixable but the expert who looked at my damages and assessed my car even told me it was fixable but the insurance company wants to get away cheap and the value of the car was cheaper than fixing it so they decided it was totalled. I was on my last payment of the car too. Now I have to go buy a new car because my insurance company is cheap. And it is one of the more popular ones. Sorry so long I just wanted you to know what Im going thru with this. Let me correct myself the Toyota collision place told my insurance company it would be better to total the car. All that was damaged was my rear end and some front end parts cause the guy hit me in the rear and pushed me up over a curb and no one was in the car. He did this while my car was parked. He put his car in reverse and must have hit me and another car doing about 30 mph. So be careful if you are sent to Toyota collision....be aware be very aware!!!!!

I got in an accident that involved the front end of my Lexus. State Farm has four preferred collision auto repair places in Daytona Beach. Considering my car is a Toyota, I choose to take it to Daytona Toyota Collision Center. They gave me an estimate appointment the same day I called. Dan Conger, Auto Damage Appraiser, was very polite and gave me an appraisal of damages along with an idea of how long it would take to repair, baring anything unforeseen until they begin the work, that they were submitting to State Farm. They only real issue I had was the lack of communication. I was told my car would be ready on a certain day and it was not. They were kind enough to give me a rental to use and apologized for my inconvenience. Other than that, my car looks great and the manager and reception staff were very nice and accommodating.
This place is the worst. We got sent here for repairs through geico and they did a horrible job. We had to keep calling to get updates about our car. When we went to go pick it up they claimed to have painted the car but it wasnt painted at all. We got home and noticed that the damages we paid for werent fixed. Took it back and the Toyota representative kept lying saying that everything was working and it went through inspections. If youre sent here through your car insurance DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE at all.

Horrible, I keep getting calls I didnt request. The same guy keeps calling and bugging me to buy my car and upgrade. Ive told multiple times that Im not interested. Ive even requested not to call me anymore, yet I just received a call. Says the same thing that I was set up for appointment but I missed it and when can I make it there. He asks personal information like an government agents and makes it feel like a fraud. When I tell him Im not interested and not to call me again, he bugging asks why? and whats wrong with upgrading? then he goes on a attacking tone. If I get the same call again, Im writing a police report.
They were very professional. They are connected to the insurance companies so it makes it super easy to get stuff done. Work time seemed quick, good service.
Car took 8 days to fix yet they dident call me for 20 days after it was fixed so they could charge my insurance, had things stolen out of my personal car. Would not recommend to anyone.
I would give zero stars but there is no zero rating. I would not advise anyone to bring their car here. Geico suggested I use this shop so I did. My vehicle was returned to me with a portion of the repair unpainted, heavy scratches on mounting bolts, a misaligned bumper cover, and a loose section of the wiring harness. On top of all that, the repaired area was dirty and actually had grease on one edge. I had to refuse to take the car and get back in my rental. Just what I needed after being involved in an accident.

4 Toyotas Purchased thru Daytona Toyota, greatest Service Dept, Horrible managers Used Car Departmentbut worst of all, 3 horrible experiences with the Paint and body shop1999 Sienna, in for accident, their promise car will be done 3 weeks, it sat in the back of their property for a month untouched, days i drive by seeing my van sitting thereit took 7 weeks for them to finish the van, we had to pay over 3 weeks for the car rental over $800 we paid because insurance would only pay max 4 weeks for car rentalthe accident the van battery busted, battery acid destroyed the metal corrosian everywhere, they said they fixed all the rust and corrosion and painted it, i got home next day looked under hood, total rust and corrosian they never painted anythingour front bumper not damaged per tha accident, Daytona Toyota charged State Farm $800 for a new behind the bumper the honeycome bumperwe called State Farm, informing them of the under hood and honeycome insurance fraud from Daytona Toyota, State Farm says hard to prove fraudi took the Van back to Toyota the day after their repair and i picked it up, the paint and body shop little manager lied to me about everything, saying they did replace the bumper Hunycone after i showed him i still have the original bumper painted cover with the crash scratches on it,he the manager also lied to me, saying all the rust under the hood all the corrosion had to happen after i took my van home, i took it back the next day, your lying to me i said to the manager impossible for all this corrosion and rust to happen in less than 24 hourstwo other horrible experiences with Daytona Toyota 2003 Camry we own

Quick and terrible body work. I have had two vehicles in their body shop. The first one I ended up taking it to another body shop and it needed an additional $3500 in repairs. My second vehicle they called me down for and the repairs looked terrible. The service guy Iseah Amador gave me a hard time for noticing that the damages were not repaired. Im pretty sure that I am going to have to take the truck to another repair shop once I get it back. I would not recomend this repair shop for anything. The damages that they didnt fix on my first vehicle were serious and involved steering and the ABS not functioning properly. This could have hurt my family had we continued to drive the vehicle.

Excellent, excellent experience. I went there for an insurance estimate (Geico) to start the process on a claim having been a victim of a parking lot fender bender. You hear warnings about having your repairs done by shops recommended by insurance companies. I had no initial intention of having the repairs done at Toyota Collision, nor did Geico even suggest it! Looking over the facility (state-of-the-art!) and meeting Tony from Geico and the shop manager Brad, I was very, very impressed. Everyone on site are professionals. Im picky too!Geico set me up with a gorgeous comparable loaner truck, a 2018 Suburban, while my Excursion was in the shop. My repairs were done in four days. Amazing considering the volume of vehicles there being repaired. The damaged fender had paint problems (peeling clearcoat) prior to the accident. Certainly the entire fender panel would have to be repainted to get a good blend from the damage area but Toyota Collision put in A LOT of extra time and effort prepping the prior paint damage and rendered a result that was just outstanding. I would have fully expected would have been willing to pay for the extra effort for repairs not associated with the claim, but they just included it in the repair. Just wow. My only disappointment is that they only concentrate on collision repairs. If they would have? I would have gladly let them do the body work and repaint my whole truck!
