I scheduled an appointment to visit a car on the lot. When I got there the agent I was scheduled to see wasn’t even there and that they weren’t even expecting me to be there at the time I was given. I drove 50+ miles just to potentially buy a car that didn’t happen. I had some family members come with me to inspect the car to make sure everything was fine before purchase. The sales guy was just standing there getting annoyed and make side remarks that made us all feel unwelcome. My family member who repairs cars made a comment about the coolant levels being too low. The sales men wrongly corrected him and made us all feel very bad for just making an observation. After that we then agreed to say no to this dealership’s business and to look at other options somewhere else. As we were walking away the sales guy was rudely complaining about us to his fellow colleagues. Just because of the service here, I will not be looking for cars here again. I highly suggest other dealerships with better costumer care that won’t try to scam.

They were fair in their pricing but didnt have much on the lot, a problem many dealers are experiencing with the Pandemic. We purchased at different dealer only because they had the right vehicle.

I called about a vehicle that I was interested in buying from Ritchey, and went through the whole process of applying for financing since I needed to fly down to get the car. Made it clear I was very interested and willing to put a deposit down on the vehicle. Two days go by, haven’t heard back from their financing, and the car salesman calls me to let me know the vehicle has been sold. I expect to see scummy business practices at no-name used car dealerships, but I’m pretty upset to see it from one associated with Cadillac and Subaru, what should be respectable brands.Please also take a look at your YouTube VIP links, the fact that you post those video messages publicly when they should be private is a security risk for your customers.

I can not believe what happened today! We went there after messaging a sales agent about a car. Our conversation is documented. He quoted us a price. We get there to see the car and we tell them about the conversation and price we had. They said the guy we spoke too wasnt there, that he went to pay his rent! In the middle of the month on a work day. This tells me that they were lying or the guy has money problems because no ones rent is ever due on the 15th of the month. Either way this is information I as a customer do not need! They said he isnt authorized to price drop. We immediately left because what a completely silly lie! We messaged him later about what happened and didnt receive a response. Unbelievably ridiculous low quality customer service. Avoid them. They are liars and crooks. They wont even give you the decency to lie to you believably apparently.

Dont ever go to Richey Auto they scam you in used car area. Sold me a Limon that never got inspected they just put vehicles out in front. Just taking people hard working money and the auto shop horrible rigging youre car up so it would last acouple of weeks then same thing happens again and again so gotta keep coming back. Went in with a oil change came outta there with holes in my line then engine blows up week later. Richey auto rips people off unprofessional.

I purchase a used vehicle from them in November 2020. They were nice enough to deliver the vehicle to me 70 miles away, and for that I am grateful. However when I drove the car the first time after delivery, the engine light same on. After several hundred dollars of repairs for various parts, it turns out that both catalytic converters are bad. I have reached out to my salesman and the dealership, but have received no reply.It would be one thing if the engine light came on after maybe a month or two...but the very first time I drive the car after delivery?? Ive paid for many new parts and diagnostics, which Im not even asking for reimbursement. But 2 catalytic converters are very expensive. I would think the dealership would stand behind delivering a vehicle that doesnt have a faulty emissions system. Apparently not so. Be careful what you are buying here.

Everyone I interacted with there was wonderful, but specifically a young man named Ian! I wound up not purchasing anything at the moment but thanks to his wonderful service and glowing personality, when the time is right I will definitely be returning to Ritchey Autos! I pulled in and was met outside and greeted by Gene McMahon. Very nice and professional man I told him what I was looking for and my price range and he went with it finding me a beautiful Ford Edge. No pressuring other cars that he wanted to sell, it was all up to me. I fell in love instantly and I knew this was the car for me. We test drove and went inside to do the paper work which did not take long at all. Soon enough I was driving off in my brand new car! Thank you all at the Ritchey Autos!

My wife and have been shopping around for a car for our son. Something with low mileage and not too expensive. We are really having a hard time finding something that all three of us agree on and have been shopping for a few weeks. Our neighbor bought a very nice Chevy Malibu for under $15,000, which is the top of our price range, from Ritchey Autos and recommended them highly. We stopped by their beautiful new location and were very impressed with the selection and how nice and trustworthy everyone seemed. Nicest place we have shopped by far. We have a few more months before our sons 16th birthday. We want to thank everyone for their patience and time. We felt very comfortable and will be back.
