They wanted $1000 to repaint my front fender that had a scratch. Thats ridiculous.

Had to call them couple times to get them started on fixing my car. They provided the basic services. I was expecting them to cleanup my car a little bit, but It didnt happen. I wouldnt recommend this place to fix your car.

Moved down here from upstate New York. Had some work done to my car by Gerber Collision in Oneonta, New York. Once I got here most of Gerber’s work fell apart or was falling apart!!! Very poor workmanship.My New York insurance company told me the work was done and that was it!Went to Hall’s body shop and worked with Patrick who spoke with the insurance company. He explained the damages to them and they agreed to pay.I feel Patrick went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. So very nice to see a company that puts such focus on customer service. Great place for service!!!As for Gerber, you would do well to stay away from them and the poor work they do.

The staff here were all super friendly and helpful. I just moved to the area recently so I had no idea where to go, but luckily, I found Jon Hall. The staff worked with me to complete the job when I had time to bring it over and it helped my situation a lot. They answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. Service was done in the time expected, my bumper looks better than before, and I would absolutely use them again! Definitely satisfied.

I called and tried to see if I could come in and get an estimate on repairs, whoever answered the phone was VERY rude and I literally turned my car around and did not waste mine time going due to the phone call. I just wanted a simple estimate on how much it would be!

Horrible experience all of the way around. My service advisor was incompetent in almost every measurable way. Speaking to his manager did nothing to move along the process. Nearly a year later and my claim is still open, part of the damage still needs to be repaired. Theyve had my truck multiple times and still cant quite seem to wrap it up. Im in the process of getting another local company to wrap this up, since now my service advisor cant be bothered to call. I wouldnt take anything there ever again unless I had some assurance that there were new and competent managers in place. The work that was completed was fine, just not thorough.
