The place is a dump especially outside the store. Typical Davenport. But... The employees are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

Friendly and helpful, got the part I needed and back on the road in no time

Called ahead for a few items and the employees had it laid out and ready to go for me. I ended up buying one wrong item and they exchanged it instantly for me. Real nice and helpful group of people!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the manager at this particular location. Hes an older white gentlemen perhaps in his 50s. I believe he had a mustache and glasses. I got to his store a minute or two late because the store closer to me on Locust St. closes later and i was unaware. He unlocked his store and we went back inside and he retrieved my car part with a smile. The location closer to me did not have this part in stock. I just wanted to thank this man one more time for the great hospitality and humility that he showed that night.

Per standard customer service this location is good, but the employees are against their corporate policy of wearing a face covering during a pandemic. Often times interaction with the employees is close while going over a part or talking about a battery, etc. This is why a face covering is required. Highly recommend patrons avoiding this kind of interaction to go elsewhere, sadly.

Great place

I bought two new wiper blades last week, not happy with the way they worked. Went into the store today and Mr.Bishop waited on me, went out to look at the blades and I did not realize they had a protected sleeve on each one. I removed the sleeve and they worked fine. The customer service Mr. Bishop displayed was top notch! Thank You!

Should hire people that have actual knowledge about vehicles but they have quality parts when everything is done properly.

The lady who waited on me was short and somewhat rude, could definitely work on Customer relations.

I called today to get pricing on brake pads and lightbulb replacement for my headlight. Nicole was very helpful and explained the difference in the type of bulbs my car could take. She also offered to reserve my brake pads since they were only available at one location. Thank you for all your help Nicole!

We called to see how far from I 80 they were, they couldnt tell us. Went in the store for help, they offered very little.

They have auto parts but the customer service was terrible. I asked a 2 questions the first answer was he pointed and said over there. so I had to go 3 isles down and find what I was looking for. he came by me as I was looking at the different options and I asked another question. my answer was I think so and he walked away. safe to say with all the other auto parts stores I wont be back .

Today i Had a few questions about ac pro that i purchased from the bettendorf location but because the guy over there wasnt too knowledgeable about anything 🤦🏼‍♀️ thank god i decided to come to this location beause Jerry helped me understand the product that i purchased and had great customer service!🙂🙂🙂

Great customer service!! Stopped here after getting my oil changed where they wanted $28.00 ea. to buy wiper blades and have them installed. I bought both blades for under $28 and Carlos was gracious enough to put them on for me. He was courteous and friendly and more than helpful. Always happy when I get service above and beyond what I expected.

Well they gave us a bad caliper . Then had to go to a different store for a replacement then the replacement was on the wrong side so we have to go back. So not good . They need to have employees with atleast a little knowledge about car parts .

Went and got my car engine light checked. Worker was pretty impatient and rude. Got upset because I couldnt understand him with his mask on. Seemed like his coworkers also didnt like being around him.

Went to a different Autozone in the area first and felt pretty dismissed. I chose to take my business to this Autozone after getting a reccomendation. Nicole was very helpful. She took the time to answer questions and explain the warranty policies. I was still a little frazzled from dealing with the previous place and nervous Id be treated the same way but it wasnt like that.

Cleaning/ detailing products were picked over.

Had to get a battery. Discovered the one I had was just over the 2 year guarentee. Disappointed in service life.Employees were helpful and tested battery for me. Grabbed tools to help remove battery with out being asked. Found me the newest battery to replace old one with and helped to install new battery. GREAT customer service while dealing with computer issues. They were the only reason they got 4 stars today.

Took every penny out of my account but they claimed it was denied. I therefore couldnt afford a tow or service anywhere. If anyone ever needs a battery get it at Wal-Mart and Ill install for you! Dont get stranded like I was because of this place!

The 2 guys are great. And know their stuff. One woman is alot of help and friendly. The dark haired woman is just flat out rude. Ignores me when I stand there for help. And in past talks gruff and was very rude once to my girlfriend. This place is great to get parts. As long as the one woman isnt the one you gotta deal with.

They dont usually have what I need and end up ordering online. Quality of parts has gone way down, cost on chemicals can be nearly double or they re-label and mark up. Oil prices are competitive, but do not carry anything of quality for German cars. In which case we own three. Service can get you the right spark plugs and filters (hopefully), but if youre able to DIY these... you can DIY them online, cheaper and better quality, because the store is full of cheap chinese parts.

Battery was frozen. Went on a saturday. They were quite busy but didnt take long at all. In & out in 20 minutes. I have always gone to Autozone when needed.

Same days are better then others. But today went in to a get oil change special for 2 of my vehicals, needed 13 quarts for both and the specials are only for 5qrts per special, and I would have to pay the difference for each extra qrts. So the gentleman that was helping did a little digging and found out it was cheaper just to do 3 oil chance specials instead of the 2 and buying 3 extra qrts. Maybe I should of thought of that, but not a lot of people do, and its nice to know theres people still out there not trying to take advantage of people.

Asked if I had the right coolant for my truck, they said yes without any information about my truck. Turns out that the coolant was not what my truck uses and could cause engine damage. Good thing I resisted adding it to my truck.
