An employee gave me false information that my part would be ready the same day the following day which was a Friday my part was not ready and they would be closed over the weekend the owner called me Saturday morning to let me know he got my part ready to be picked up great customer service while the owner couldn’t help what the employee had told me he went above and beyond to rectify the situation def someone who cares about his customers and return business

Horrible customer service, called 3 different times to be put on hold by 3 different people, and for nobody to pickup and actually say anything besides “we’ll be right back”. Called back a half hour later. Same issue. They must be selling a lot of parts at this place to be letting customers sit and wait like that. Will not call back nor do business with this business, again.

Still waiting on my back windsheild, I have 3 kids and Im pregnant. Ive been calling everyday for 3 days and they told me it would be ready and its not. Bad business!! Not to mention the lady who answers is disgustingly rude when I tell her I need it and its late I need my job and not a rude lady making excuses. I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!!!

Based on my experience... If you HAD to have a part, and this guy was the only one who had it...Id go without. Terrible manners and a not my problem attitude.

Friendly, good prices and good warranties.

Very poor business practices here. Very unprofessional. They want you to pay before you see the product in person. If you ask to see a product they tell you they will show you pictures but you cant see the product in person. Their answer when asking for an explanation is, thats just how we do things here. Sure makes you feel like they are going out of their way to try and steal your money.
