There is & always has been only 1 amazing employee that Ive had the pleasure of receiving assistance from at any Walmart ever. All ik is that his name is James and he went above & beyond just 2 help me out. He actually ran outside 2 catch me driving away cuz he found what I needed. I told him he def deserved a raise & some kind of recognition! Great job James u were soo helpful n I cant show u enough how much I appreciate You!
Had an appointment set at 11am. I had purchased the tires from Walmart online.Took them with me to the appointment.Pulled behind the car already getting new tires. Waited until 11:06 and hadn’t been helped. Went inside to check in and the guy at the counter said someone would check me in outside and take my keys. Went back to my car until 11:25am went back inside after watching multiple cars getting serviced and told the guy behind the counter that I hadn’t been helped. Guy behind the counter hollers to a guy through the window to help me they get into a little argument then the guy behind the counter says he’ll help you. I go talk to the younger guy longer brown hair who asks fo name and address then wants the keys. I stand there he checks out tires then talks to another mechanic, comes back to me and says we don’t have your tire size. I said there in the back seat He then with attitude says YOU DIDNT SAY THAT!I said you didn’t ask. I bought the tires online. He says YOU DIDNT SAY THAT EITHER! Heliterally took my key and took off to the car so it’smy fault!? I was done talking I went up front and called for a manager while waiting for one to show up I setup a new appointment and left !! I will not return to the auto section! I was ignored by every tech they had. Better places will actually want my money.

My front passenger tire popped while on my way to Walmart, which I bought from Walmart.com, and I had a spare on the rear driver side from a pot hole destroying the tire. I had explained to the technician twice when I got there I wanted the front passenger replaced. He goes to the car and tells me he cant replace the driver rear because its different from the other tires ( full size spare tire) for a third time I told them front passenger. I tell him the front passenger is a month old and that it should still be under warranty he tells me unless I paid for road hazard its not covered. They finish work and tell me they are going to send popped tire in because it was indeed still under standard warranty.
I have said a set of trailer tires put on my trailer rims and I had no issues

Hours on door say they open at 8am, online says 7am. Stayed to see if they open at 7am. Might want to update hours as myself and a few others were here at 7am.

I bought tires online from Walmart and the lady at auto care center helped me by answering my question and set up appointment to get my tires put on once delivered.
It was a subzero icy Saturday morning. I waited 10 minutes past opening but they arrived. The staff was thorough and professional. Stated the last shop had placed an incorrect oil filter in car. They replaced it as part of the pit crew service. Fast efficient and professional. Thanks for being available on a challenging winter morning!

They are so slow 4 hours they take to change my oil
Went there to have my battery replaced. They said it would take 45 minutes. It took about an hour and a half. When I tried to ask the woman at the front counter (Patricia) about the status and how much longer it would take, her computer wouldn’t work so she couldn’t get me any information about how much longer it would be. She didn’t bother to go ask any of the mechanics about the status of my car. She was also very rude, clearly not interested in helping me and treated me as if I was an annoyance by simply asking her a question, even though all she was doing was standing there. I get that she might hate her job, but that’s not my fault. When I finally got my car back, they had changed the radio to some weird station, changed the time in my car (I have it set 5 minutes ahead on purpose), and changed other settings in my car that made it inconvenient for me when I tried to drive back home. I didn’t realize the time had been changed until I was almost late to work the next day. Honestly, I won’t be back there again.
They did good on having our tires and replacing them but we asked for one that was our spare to be put under the car again and the dead tire to be used for the rim and they didnt follow through with that. So now since the spare is older it wasnt able to be rerimed so now Im out a spare because of a guy in to much of a hurry to get to lunch he didnt tell the other guys my instructions.
Great place to go for the basics for a decent price. If toy ate looking for an oil and filter change, go here instead of getting ripped off at one of those quick lube locations.
Narcesso and Heidi went above and beyond for me when my son and I came to replace my flat tire. It was pretty close to closing time however they were very helpful and friendly. I went to tires plus first and they said I would need to reolace all four tires and they wouldnt just sell me one. I left there furious. I came to Walmart shortly after. It was so refreshing to run across such positive people. They are a huge asset to your company. Keep them around! I hadnt visited your Auto Center before but, after this experience I will definitely return. Thank you again Narcesso and Heidi!
Not following directions
Worst service ever. Maybe if they didnt talk and mess around so much they would actually get something done. Took 3 hours for them to put on tires! Ridiculous. And I thought walmart price matched, but they cant even match their own online prices? Hahaha what a joke
Price was good to get a tire plugged and a new tire....but the wait was excruciating at close to 3 1/2 hours. The employees all took their good old time, and it was the first part of the day!

I went there in October for an oil change. I called in advance and they told me they wrre busy but could get me in. I was meeting a friend from out of town at Applybys and told them i would not be back til aftwr they closed. They assured me it was fine and manager would have my keys. I went back at 7:15. Someone paged a manager and the manager did not come down for 45 minutes. The mechanics were there finishing up paper work and didnt know where my keys were. I told thr manager I thought I should only have to pay 1/2 price because i was told it would be no problem getting my keys. She said no. As i walked out to my car in thier back parkong lot where it was dark (alone) I noticed all my windows were down. I called the store and was promised a refund but i would have to come in the store. Which I didnt want to do. Finallt the department manager agreed to give me cash outside and has given me a free oil change.
Isaac outside TLE was so friendly and helpful I will return and look for him as he is the first person out there who took a few moments and treated me like my business mattered to him. Thank You

Incorrect hoursCame on Saturday March 3, 2018, urgently needing my flat parched and placed, but at 7:20 pm they were CLOSED. Very unreliable and they say it closes at 8 pm.

Dont go on a Sunday they wont help you because they are so busy
