Excellent, friendly service. Traded in an Xbox 1X with some games and controllers, the transaction was quick and easy. The associate even helped me save money by advising me to not purchase any unnecessary protection plans (they wouldnt have made sense in my situation) and, even though I knew that.. I appreciated his honesty. Ill definitely be back.

My sons LOVE this shop and so do I! I know nothing about video games but the staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable! If I shop without the kids, the staff knows what we need and if they dont have something in stock, they get it! This particular store has been a Christmas time lifesaver!

Some great employees there yall need to give them a raise Danville area sucks to deal with people in this general area they are always a pleasure to deal with even during the holidays!! Even helped me find a Diablo edition switch right before xmas!! They rock in there!🤗💪

Love going into that store. It is always clean and employees are very helpful it doesnt hurt there is a lot of eye candy in there as well. Wowsers

I love GameStop, every store I have been to has always been very clean and organized, but I visited the Danville store, I was shocked!!!! It was dirty. Trash on the floor, looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Merchandise all over the floor, under the racks. A big 7 foot ladder in the middle of the aisle, the store is small and cramped anyway, we had to slide it out of the way to get by. It also smelled really bad inside this store. I think the management needs to address this issue or be replaced. Ive been in management for 20 years and I would have fired someone that day. Im sorry but this did not look liked it had just happened on this day, you could tell by the dust and dirt that was on the merchandise, that it had been there for a while. Please get something done about this. I love GameStop and you are losing bussiness, because I walked out, without buying anything and I came to buy. I had to go to walmart☹️

Great and informative staff. Selection is good but I wish they carried vintage gaming as well.

It is not a prestige store but Id rate them pretty highly. 4 only because I dont remember being greeted but after being in store for a couple minutes they did ask if I needed help finding anything.

Sad to see this place devolve from the game distro giant it was when I was in high school. To forcing people to buy thier merchandise in a bundle just for the people who want a switch. Gamestop is what it is, if you need a review for this place, dont go. Buy online, YouTube research your purchases. Much more of a rich experience and you get to know the pros and cons of your soft and hardware. You can do this.

Tried selling my 3ds that only comes with a charge cord that you buy for 200 sells for 50 but you have to buy a plug to be able to sell it and cant get a percentage off even though its not my fault. Needs to change their policies

I understand it’s a policy but what I do not understand is the fact u buy a 60$ game and a 40$ game just to find out when u go to take them back they will only give u 10$ for both games that are brand new ! No they don’t have the plastic on them but still should at least get half ur money back ! Needless to say I will not ever shop here or any game stop ever period
