Ernest was great...pleasant attitude. Although it would be helpful if he was more knowledgeable about availability of new products/accessories. But what he didnt know about he searched for on the computer and found it.Michelle, the manager, I guess, was not so great in attitude or reliability. I had to make 3 trips to their store to take care of a matter that only she can do. While there, she informed the other employee that she was out looking for another job (& found one) & would not be there much longer. Perhaps her new employer should know how unscrupulous she is.

I went to Verizon to find out about an upgrade on phones. The store was busy but the sales associate Cedric made communication with me. He also offered to text me when the store was less busy. We communicated a few times and finally made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived he was courteous, professional, and helpful. He helped make a busy day better and productive.

I needed to purchase a new apple i phone and I went to this store after I had been to a different one. The service was amazing and Hope is amazing! She helped me through everything and made this transition so easy I couldnt believe it. Ernest came into the store while I was there and I have to say the service, the kindness, the way they made it so easy was a blessing. If you need great service, kindness and just a place that really is making the people who come there glad that we did. I highly recommend this store to everyone you will not regret it. Thank you both so much for all your help.

Swapped from one person to a different person for most of transaction, then she left, to end up with original person. Phone was completely dead upon unboxing had to wait 45 min to charge enough to transfer all my data. Both people were knowledgeable, but need to finish transaction with one person.

Autumn is so very very knowledgeable in the technology of the various brands sold as she demonstrates with my Apple products and Samsung phone. She is a phenom. Additionally, she managed the store and service today to the max with customers seeking service during my appointed time. She enforced the guidelines for safety in stores during this pandemic while continuing with laser focus to tcb. Go see for yourself now during these crazy times if you must, and certainly go after we all get through this together. I really dont have the words for how awesome she is at her job. She truly is. Go let her service your needs.

I went into the Verizon store in Danville, Virginia. Mr. Ernest Burchell the sale consultant met me with a smile and proceeded to ask how may I help you?I asked him to look at my account which has three lines. He immediately pulled up my account and after reviewing it he was able to assist me by providing a plan that best meet my needs! He was very professional and took the time to give me the update that was needed in order to support my plan.I truly thank him for his expertise and this store is awesome and everyone here deserves a raise! I’m so happy that I will tell everyone to go to the Verizon Wireless store on Mt. Cross Road in Danville, Virginia where all customers are treated fairly and do their very best to take care of their customers!Cynthia Johnson

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. After waiting 2 hours for service we finally were able to sit down with an associate who immediately picked up his cell phone and began texting who knows who or what for. We were charged $60 more for a phone we could get online cheaper and had $50 screen proctecter put on crooked. Oh and they charge you $20 for a “set up and go” fee that is to turn on a phone; for us it also included the associate putting said screen protector on crooked. This is a fee you can easily avoid by ordering online and turning the phone on, thus activating it yourself.This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced at a Verizon store and we will not be back. I hope this review helps others avoid the catastrophe that they cause. We lost $130 due to them.

There was only ONE representative available to help. I was put on hold for 15 mins after being told to hold for 2 mins. Then when I called back, he claimed it was not him who had put me on hold but hes the only one there. Finally came in, to sit there and watch 4 other customers walk out due to the long wait. The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a phone company.
