My visit on 10/13/2021 was absolutely amazing!!! I recently upgraded my phone to a newer version and the sales rep Ebony and General Manager Amy were super helpful from the moment I walked in. I walked into this place feeling like I already knew them and it just felt like a place where I could really be helped instead of being talked into buying something. They answered all of my questions and even connected with me while we waited for some things to finish up. I definitely recommend switching to Verizon and making all your visits to this store specifically. I will definitely keep coming!!

Ebony greeted me with a friendly hello and immediately took care of my needs. She found the screen protector for my phone and expertly installed it. She told me about the warranty and asked if I had any other needs. Greet customer service, thank you.

Kayla was an amazing help switching over from another carrier and getting the new iPhone 13. We had some hoops to jump through and she jumping right along with me… she stayed patient and helped me get everything sorted out. Thanks again Kayla!!

My visit to Russell Cellular was very pleasant. A young employee, Thor, was most helpful, patient and knowledgeable. New phones terrify me and he patiently walked me through the process and he was able to transfer my data from the old phone, making for a very successful visit. I give him a 20!!

After trying for two days to fix a phone/Verizon problem, I decided to try one more time before I switched service providers. Kimberly provided the best service I have received in a very long time! After a quick review of my attempts over the previous two days, she determined the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes! Amazing! Every Verizon store should have a Kimberly. Thank you for your excellent care Kimberly!

Faith has excellent customer service. She made my visit easy and enjoyable. It was also nice getting to know her as a person. She took care of everything I needed! It was also nice to see Lexi at the store! :)

Zero stars is NOT an option. DO NOT GO HERE!! Upgraded phones in June and handed in our PAID OFF DEVICES to them at the store in JUNE. I have yet to see credit on my bill for thos phones. Ive been told it would be on this bill. NOPE, not there yet. Then quoted me a bill and now being charge $100 more PER BILL. RUN. RUN AWAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. SCAM artists.

Thor managed things very well while we were there getting 3 new phones as other customers came in and had to wait or else leave. I hope management can get more people in there to work because you could probably sell more phones and provide better service. I’m giving only 2 stars and that’s not because of Thor.

Kimberly was so helpful she got me set up and out the door in a matter of minutes after me arguing with retailers all day. She made sure I had everything I needed and stayed over to help make sure I was satisfied! 10/10

DO NOT GO HERE!!! RUN!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! STILL waiting on a credit for 2 iPhones given to them in JUNE!!!!!! THEN, we were given a price quote for the bill and Im paying $100 MORE PER MONTH than quoted. Contacted customer service for corporate, the last person I talked to was VERY RUDE and CONDENSENDING. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!STILL waiting for a resolution. It is NOW September 24th, 2021. HORRIBLE !!!

Absolutely hands down the best service Ive ever gotten from a actual customer service guy ever.... that being said, I would definitely like to put my new beast of a phone tech up for a raise if possible! Came in on a Sunday an hour before close just to look at phones for an upgrade, sadly all of the phones had been put away so couldn’t even look at anything.

We went to this store and traded in two phones, transferred two lines and used one phone we already had that was active with another carrier. We go home and have NO SERVICE! Not even on the phone that was working fine on the other carrier a few hours before. The store manager told us that she wouldnt send our trade in phones until Monday. (This was a Friday). Saturday I go in and tell the same two employees that were there the previous day (at the time only 3 people worked there). I told them that we wanted to return everything and get our trades back. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday when the store manager was there. They also made notes for the Store Manager and said they would let her know personally. Well we had to make an emergency trip from Illinois to Eastern Tennessee. Knowing that we were an hour ahead, I called the store as soon as it opened. The store manager answered. I told her who I was and she remembered me. I explained that we had no service and wanted to return everything and get our trades back. She told me she had a few customers and asked if she could call me back in a few minutes. I said sure. She called me back FOUR HOURS LATER and informed me that she had just sent our phones with UPS. I am livid!!! This was a nighmare and it took over a month to get the money they were refunding. Not to mention that even though they had dummies of our phones in store, they dont actually have them in stock anywhere. So we lost the best phones we had.

I went in to simply find some information about upgrading my plan, but when the sales lady tried to start helping me Russell came over and insisted that she had to have me fill out a customer survey before she could even look anything up. The visit took 45min longer than it should have when all I wanted was some basic information. Between the lack of customer service and the pricing information I finally pricingd. I made the decision to switch to AT&T.

Called to see if they had a phone in store. The girl was very rude and argued with me when I asked her the price. Verizon sells the phone in their corporate store and online for $50. The girl told me the phone was $109.00 plus tax. When I questioned her she got very rude and told me that I should take my business elsewhere if didnt agree with their pricing. I dont see how they even keep customers. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
