Place: The place was designed pretty well. They have available high table and chairs setup on the side and an outside table and chair.Service: We were promptly greeted as soon as we entered the shop. Since it is our first time we were able to taste first the flavor we are interested at and choose from there. The staff were nice and have good rapport.Food: It was really good, see pictures to support my word (HAHAHA) Also they have wide selections of flavor that is really interesting.

I got a white coffee/peanut butter jelly sandwich mix gelato. Was very good, excellent service. I did come in after they closed but they accommodated me. Thanks again. Will be back.

First time visit and definitely not the last. They make the most amazing Gelatos! The staff is super nice and helpful. It was kind of difficult deciding on the flavor considering the 2 recommended were my absolute favorite. The girl behind the counter suggested I order both flavors and they would be able to portion it out half/half. We went with the white coffee and gianduia. Botolino hit it on the nail with the white coffee. Ive had some coffee inspired desserts in the past and it is very rare someone can create a coffee flavor that isnt overly bitter or substitute coffee with a bit of chocolate. Try this place, it will be your go to for the best Gelato in town!

Walking down Lowest Greenville Avenue with my girl while holding hands and eating this Amazing Gelato will remain one of the best nights in my life! I had Red Velvet and it had HUGE pieces of cake and it was awesome... She had White Coffee that was simply amazing! Try it with some one or alone but try it. If youve never had Gelato..... Think ice cream without the air whipped in and amazing natural ingredients.

I don’t know how much else I can add to what everyone else has said here - but if it isn’t obvious, this place is a total home run. Hands down some of the best gelato I’ve ever had in my life. If you haven’t done so, try some of their ice cream cakes. They are unreal. A great way to finish a delicious meal. Can’t wait to come back here.

This place is so cute, I went to the location on Preston. The service was great, they were very generous with samples. The Gelato was delicious. I order New York Cheesecake, Milk Chocolate, and Pumpkin (for halloween!) and my husband ordered milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and coconut.

They always have a several vegan gelato flavors and they are obvious (green labels) so you don’t have to awkwardly inquire. Staff is friendly to all and loves giving out samples to newbies and those with seasoned palettes. Highly recommend for those dizzyingly hot Texas summer days.@YourQueerVeganAunt

Found this place online the other day and decided to take my wife there. It was perfect! I most definitely plan on going back whenever we are in the Dallas area.

This place has the best gelato I have ever had. Full stop. The cone was amazing as well.

Bring in the South, I normally eat Blue Bell ice cream but while my family was out and about we decided to stop for some gelato. It was seriously amazing. You are greeted with the smell of them making homemade waffle cones. You can taste a few to figure out your favorites. I highly recommend two scoops. I got a scoop of salted caramel and a scoop of chocolate. It was divine. I’ll be going back to Lower Greenville just for the gelato here!

This is going to sound a bit dramatic, but I travel and eat gelato all of the world (including all over Italy) and this is the best gelato EVER! The Fig Mascarpone is out of this world. The staff is super friendly and it’s a beautiful space. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Top gelato. 2nd to none. I’ve only had the gelato here, 6 different flavors, and they’ve all been excellent. Clean digs, stool seating along the walls, they let you sample every flavor. The flavors are creative and unique, and the gelato itself is exceptional.Next time I’ll try one of their sundaes, specifically the Tropical Oaxaca which comes with a passion fruit and mezcal sauce... come on.Highly recommend.One love ✌️

This is a wonderful place to grab a sweet treat on a hot summer day! I could tell that the ingredients were fresh and not artificial! Incredible.The gal that helped me wore a mask and gloves. She was very kind and helped me pronounce some if the Italian flavor names since I struggled a little with those.I got the regular cup, which has a maximum of 3 flavors to be added. Forgive me, as I cannot remember the Italian names, but the flavor profiles were Dulce de Leche, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Mint with small pieces of chopped chocolate. The mint flavor was my absolute favorite! It was definitely real mint, and I loved how it was more minty at first and then sweet at the end! Absolutely incredible.They have so many flavors to offer that are interesting and unique! I’d love to try the olive oil flavor, and all of the others I wasn’t able to try during my last visit!

What a great way I had at Botolino. The choices are endless. It’s hard to decide. It’s located in the heart of Lower Greenville where all the booming restaurants have shown amazing promise to new taste sensations. I’m warmly greeted as I enter the building and shop is bright and inviting. You are welcome to try any flavor to tempt your taste buds. I’ve been on a Salted Carmel kick so that was my first choice and of course you can never go wrong with Key Lime pie. I sit and happily eat my gelato. It was actually warm enough to enjoy my great outside as well. It was busy afternoon and chairs were packed outside. It goes without saying this is a perfect place to people watch and think about should I get another scoop??!! Ooh no my thighs say next week…. Hold on Large Marge. Well alright I’m not doing anything next week. It’s a date.

Very nice as welcoming as soon as I entered the building. Honestly this gelato is on a whole nother level, but what really did it fit me was that tiramisu!! When I tell you I dont like the taste of coffee, I dont like the taste of coffee, and Ive had tiramisu before...that being said this was literally left me speechless. I wanted to make inappropriate sounds with each bite, but there were children present (insert laugh here).I will definitely be back with more friends to get them onto Botilino. Botolino is one of my favorite discoveries this year. We stumbled across it one Monday evening while walking the Lower Greenville strip. I took a friend over there with the intent of introducing them to Steel City Pops after dinner, but I guess they either didnt do popsicles like that or werent interested. Somehow the Gelato caught our attention. It appeared new to me but couldve been there a while. Botolino was so clean, fresh and charming both inside and outside. We had a couple of samples (which the employees were happy to provide) and left with half mango, half berries & lavender. Ive been there maybe two or three times now since the discovery and the staff is always calm and pleasant. I love the decor - very open (you can even see the Gelato maker guy & his machinery), clean but colorful and its almost like youre in a kitchen at home (a really nice home). Their Italian Gelato is like vegan, natural and Gluten free....or at least they have all those options.After the first night finding Botolino I immediately told my best friend who is an ice cream & yogurt connoisseur. (Well she like loves it and wants to try all the great spots so she has basically become an expert). I was surprised she hadnt been there already, but please believe she was there within 1-2 days and also fell in love. Notable Gelato flavors : mint lemon sorbet, white coffee, mango, passion fruit, pistachio, berries and lavender. I think they may have more flavors than whats listed online so feel free to stop in and try! Every thing about this place says try me so next time youre in the area this summer wanting something cold and sweet, just do it.Note: Theres seating outside and free fresh water available inside. Not sure if pets are allowed inside, but I think the name is French for little sweet dog or something. Youll see the pic of one on the wall inside. They also offer cakes and parfait.

Phenomenal ice-cream, really. One of the best I ever tried, might be the best one. They had an award for the best Dallas ice-cream for a few years- definitely deserved. Must try, without doubts.

Botolino Gelato Artigianale is amazing! For years I would satisfy my gelato desire with Paciugo Gelato & Caffè, but after discovering this little shop from a friend of mine, I will definitely come to this location instead. The location feels upscale and the Gelato tastes amazing! The White Coffee is a favorite of mine and I recommend it. They even have fancy cakes... Maybe Ill order one in the future for myself! Also, their are artisans in the back who create gelato right before your eyes so you know you are getting a fresh cold treat. I love this place and I hope you do too!

Gelato in Dallas thats as good as it is in Italy!On my never-ending quest to try all of the ice cream and gelato shops in the DFW, I finally made my way to Botolino. WOW! Phenomenal gelato and wonderful customer service! They certainly deserve their Best Ice Cream in Dallas award and they are definitely my new favorite. Its hard to believe a little gelato shop on Greenville Ave could be in the same league as the finest gelato shops in Rome, Florence, Venice, etc., but they absolutely are!When I arrived at the counter I said Im so happy to finally be here! and the woman behind the counter responded, I am so happy youre here! I was encouraged to try as many flavors as I liked (and boy did I take them up on the offer) and I chose Salted Caramel, Pistachio, and one whose name escapes me. All were delicious. I barely engaged in conversation with my friend until the cup was empty, it was as though I was in a trance.If you want the best gelato in the DFW, youve found it. I cant wait to return!

My love story with Botolino starts today. On the coldest day, one could experience in Texas..as i drove around the neighborhood hoping desperately for a cuppa ...this tiny little ice cream boutique store on Royal lane caught my eye ... as i walked in,to my disappointment it was closed ( to be fair we were in the middle of a snow storm! ) i said hello and sheepishly asked if i could get a serving of hot chocolate and the tall gentleman obliged :) Not only did he make me a hot chocolate but also graciously served me a dollop of ice cream to pair with the drink! i got the white coffee flavor and the hazelnut chocolate ... the best ice cream i had ever had - but thats not the only reason i fell in love... the Tall gentleman politely and kindly said i didnt have to pay ... granted it wasnt heavy on the pocket ... the Tall gentleman didnt quiet understand how much that meant to someone who had a terrible day... this act of giving was really much more than $$ ... the world needs more of this as i drove back home - humbly i paid the act of giving/ kindness forward in the hope that i would have made a difference as well... to the Tall gentleman that i met today....Thank you for making my day..and Thank you for the most wonderful ice cream that you served.Ice cream flavors : white coffee, hazelnut chocolate, mascarpone &figs.. i will come back for more :)

Ive never described gelato as luscious but that Madagascar Bourbon vanilla gelato was so smooth and wonderfully sweet. The Bourbon & Bourbon sundae was on point. Their homemade bourbon sauce was so delicious that it just married well with everything in the sundae. I just love how they topped it off with whipped cream and a cute little miniature cone. One of the best sundaes Ive had in a long time. This gelato shop is definitely a must try!

I got the Mango and rasberry lychee. I am amazed at how well they taste together. You can try any flavor, all you have to do is ask! I enjoyed the service I recieved here. There was a line but everyone was served quickly.
