I had some issues with my cookies, and sent an email to customer service. They called me within 24 hours. Their team at NorthPark were truly concerned, and made it right. This was my first time doing business with them, and I will be a customer for life.

I updated my review because they reached put to me and corrected the mishap. I will always be a customer.

Mrs. Fields bakery at NorthPark makes the best cookies and cookie cakes in Dallas! They are always my go-to for custom designed cakes and custom frosted cookies for all of our special occasions!!

The best cookies in Dallas. If you’re at the Northpark mall, make sure to stop by and try some of their cookies - they’re all delicious. The managers are the loveliest ladies and the customer service all around is friendly!
