I had not known of this location since I live 50+ miles away. Found the nearest KK for the free original glazed doughnut when I show my COVID-19 vaccination card. I think that is all of 2021 at every location.Parking lot, doors & windows, inside were all clean. Worker greeted me, and I think my reply, asking how shes doing, and being peppy helped her respond in kind. Be nice, okay? She did a good job and explained why a box was important for the still-wet chocolate-glazed custard doughnut. Both were delicious.Google Maps directions were difficult for me. Your basic donut selection. Employees are very helpful, but location variety of donuts is very disappointing, just your basic donuts you can find at your neighborhood donut shop. If you want any of the more exciting flavors like new york cheesecake, dulce de leche, even the filled oreo kind than look for a different location.

First time to a Krispy Kreme. Good donuts but service wasnt great. Even taking in the fact that they were having trouble with the dough with the machine the service was still slow as there was stuff in display ready that I wanted anyways.

We love the donuts at Krispy Kreme. I would give a 5 star rating but if if you take presentation into account then I would drop it down. When I went in I ordered a dozen mixed box. The way the donuts look was not what you would expect. Flat, oblong looking, not normal looking donuts. Not sure if they rushed the process or what, but they looked like something my 10 year old would have made. But the flavor was on point.

I have visited this Krispy Kreme many times and have usually been satisfied with my experience. There have been a few times where the location didnt have donuts that I wanted in stocked or prepared. The hours are shorter than one would expect too. Management has previously been responsive to a customer complaint, and the staff has been friendly and professional on my interactions with staff via drive-thru or takeout.

I had to do the tires on my car and while my car was being serviced, my wife and i decided to walk to this store and have breakfast, 8:30am. Dining room was closed. Only drive thru. Kept walking to Whataburger. Lost business, another couple also left at the same time. Might be understaffed.

I placed my order the day before it was needed. Due to COVID, I ensured the location was open both on day I placed my order AND it was to be open the following day for my pickup. I placed the order for my child to hand out for their birthday at school. My pickup was scheduled for 6:45a due to the need to take it to school, I arrived at 6:47am. The location was closed. No one answered the phones, and I was unable to leave a message. I never received my order. No notice or cancellation was sent. I have not been contacted in any way by the location and no refund has been issued. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be shopping this location again.

Have come several times in the past few months and told each time they are out of donuts. You had one job…donuts. I don’t get it. What is the point of a donut shop with no donuts. And the people working here could care less. Will gladly take my money to Dunkin Donuts.

I was eating my donut until i have noticed that the inside is uncooked and is just dough. i normally really love this place, but today, it made me very disappointed. also, the glaze donut, the glaze had covered half of the donut. i’ve never seen a glaze donut, glazed in half before. so disappointed.

Great donuts but this location doesnt stay open during its listed hours so you might want to call ahead or pick a different location. Web says they were open, door says they were open but it was locked up during listed hours with no signage about being closed or when theyd open again.

This Krispy Kreme, like most, has good tasting donuts.... If only they were the donuts you ordered. The last three times I have ordered from this location I received the wrong donuts. I sent a message to them the second time this happened and didnt really get a response. The third time I requested a refund. Two weeks after asking for a refund, I received a coupon for 1 free donut, no mention of a refund, just one free donut. Im not sure how one free donut makes up for the over three dozen incorrect over the last three orders.

It was early morning when they supposed to have more variety and they had nothing.I wanted to ask something to one of the girls that works there and she was really rude and said its my first day, I dont know nothing.Is that my problem !!!!???? Go ask ! She was sooo rude and helpless.

Sometimes they do not have all the donuts. If you go late they will just have limited donuts and not fresh

This is the worst Krispy kreme location of all. Always short on staff and extremely slow. Itll take 5-10 ninutes just for a simple order of donut holes. Sign says open at 6 a.m. and they were still closed at 8 a.m. Do yourself a favor and choose another location.

Pleasant drive through donuts are good and so are the frozen coffee drinks only thing I would love to see more is hot donuts 🍩😋 when ordering

The guy helping us did not get any of our donuts right. When I asked for an iced coffee to go with the donuts my boyfriend and friend ordered, it was like burnt water. The guy helping was more focused on when he could stop helping so he could go mess around on his phone with his cigarette.

I came by to grab a dozen of their St. Patricks donuts and service was great! The donuts are all decorated very cutely and fresh.

This is one of the worst krispy kremes ive ever been to. Ive tried multiple times to get donuts from them and they have been backed up (at 6:45am) or closed all together. Dont waste your time.

Customer service is great. Very clean and no wait. Sometimes theyll change up the donuts on you and that can throw you off a bit.

Went on a Tuesday morning at 6am, signs said open at 6am but dining room was closed, tried drive thru, sat there for 10 minutes, no one ever helped me, even though the lights were on and sign said it was open.Called them on the phone while in the drive thru, they said the drive thru was closed, even though the sign and lights said differently, but that dining room was open. I told them that the doors were locked and they told me that the main door was broken so try the other door.I FINALLY made it into the dining room only to have workers look at me and just ignore me, I was the only customer in there, there were at least 4 employees. After waiting for several minutes I was finally acknowledged and help.Donuts were fresh, coffee was good. Overall experience took more than 45 minutes and was terrible. I will think twice before returning to this location. Disappointing visit and took way too long for doughnuts!

Whats not to love about about Krispy Kreme hot doughnuts? I took away one point because I went in to watch the hot doughnuts being made and it was freezing, with no heat inside although there was seating available. Also some of the doughnuts didnt rise properly and were not as fluffy and soft inside as usual.

What is there not to love about Krispy Kreme doughnuts? Especially at 7:30 PM… When it’s virtually impossible to get hot donuts anywhere else… We snagged some. Hot and fresh! Love getting them right as they are coming off the conveyor. We are fortunate to have one close to our house. Always nice to see the “Hot Now” sign lit!

I was really excited to bring my friend here as she has never been. The lady at the window was in a complete rush to get me through the line and messed up our whole order. We order two of the cream filled donuts, two of the regular glaze, and two glades with the cream center. We didn’t get the cream filled one. All of them were hard like they had been out for to long and the glazed filled ones had no filling.

Wow! No wonder Krispy Kremes are closing and there are so little locations still open! This one looks like it was closed, if there was not someone sitting outside with a box of donuts, I swear they were closed! Went in and the case is empty! Glad we only wanted glazed and chocolate frosted, because anything else they didnt have. They were making the special, but thats it! Those every location SUCK! Maybe they are owned by the same franchiser! Well another Krispy Kreme down the drain!!

People inside, doors locked, no answer in the drive through.The doors were locked on my first trip here, but I at least got (rude) drive through service. Second time I was able to go inside, but had to wait 2-3 minutes for an employee to actually come help. This time I cant even get service.

Everyone was friendly and polite! The line moved quickly even though the light was on and they were busy. Always delicious!

I placed a pickup order thru their mobile app, paid with my debit card and received a confirmation. I drove a good 15-20min to the confirmed store location only to discover signs taped to every window and door saying that the location was temporarily closed for some remodeling and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I sat in the parking lot for another good 20min attempting to get someone from customer service to answer the phone because they are supposedly available 7 days a week for at least 8hrs a day but unfortunately I was just wasting my own time because I never got thru. So I ended up having to find another donut store to purchase from. I paid $40 for some donuts that morning but I sure didn’t take home $40 worth of donuts. I still haven’t been able to get my $25 back from Krispy Kreme but I will eventually because in situations like this I have no problem being persistent nor am I afraid to escalate it all the way to the top if I have to. Never again will Krispy Kreme Donuts receive a single dollar from my pocket.

I like Krispy Kreme donuts; alot! Binged on them in college studying for exams. Donuts were good; but, a bit doughy and coffee ☕ was warm and not fresh nor hot. The floor was sticky and the counters needed to be wiped down. I give them the benefit of the doubt; it was about 10:10 a.m. It just felt grimey. Go very early for donuts 🍩 and fresh coffee ☕.

We arrived tonight 05/06/21 at 9:15: 45 minutes before closing. As soon as we pulled to the speaker we were greeted with “we’re only taking online orders at the moment” I thought it was odd however I went online to place the order and noticed that it only had options for the next day so I pulled back around to the speaker for assistance and then was told that the online ordering was down as well. I then asked how was suppose to place my order and I was told “I have no idea maam.” This is unacceptable! Every time I visit this location it’s always something! Last time I asked for a raspberry filled donut and it had no filling and was smash as if they stepped on it before handing it out!!

My online order did not get made/or *seen* but it was clearly placed at this location. The coffee had an odd taste to it not pleasant at all. And the donuts made by the night shift were not as good as the previous one I tested here. Lady in charge said she would refund large donut holes since they didn’t have them, but it’s been a week ...and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Terrible service and quality.

Indoors was closed, drive through was open. We asked to get our free glazed donuts with our COVID vaccine card, and was told that they were out of glazed donuts! Hard to believe! The person at the drive through was unwilling to substitute for another type of donut!

Wait was very long, donuts were not good and the iced glazed coffee had melted ice in it and tasted bland.

Then a loud rude voice comes on and says were only taking app--orders.Whyll their trying to look up the app.I would say about twenty cars were told the same thing and they left.It doesnt take a rocket scientist to know the corporation is losing millions and loyal customers.I left to Brums and I was welcome with a smile.

This place is horrible twice i called about the hot light. The manager said 530 p.m. I drove a half a hour for them not to have any hot. And they taste nasty and sugary.

Normally Krispy Kreme is a pretty good donut. Today I asked for chocolate glaze donut. I got these horrible donuts. I didnt get my free donut I guess because I didnt speak Spanish because the Spanish speakers in line got theirs. Disappointed. To many local donut shops to worry about coming here.

Emplyees were nice. The donuts were good, but they were not hot even though the light was on.

First thing I noticed was the actual donuts. The pic shows an example of how all the donuts looked, some were weird shapes and some were different sizes (I feel sorry for the guy buying a donut and getting something half it’s size) and the decorating on top did not look good. I only point this out for anyone who would be picking up donuts for parties or work where it should look appetizing or at least look neat. Flavor wise most of our donuts tasted like Krispy Kreme standard but my chocolate donut was definitely a day old at the very least so I won’t be going here again cause I don’t trust that they won’t serve old donuts. This review is mainly to management, the donuts for the most part tasted good, but the appearance of the dirty finger printed door and glass case, the sloppy work of the donuts, these things should be addressed and fixed.

I worked here. Mauricio makes the best doughnuts, and I was a close second, by his own reckoning. I can attest that all the doughnuts were made that day. Usually they made them twice a day, but due to the pandemic, theyve reduced their hours and restricted traffic to just the Drive-thru. The service remains good, and all virtual orders can still be picked up.

Im originally from Hampton, Virginia so imagine my excitement when the Marsh location opened just blocks from my house. In the mornings the service is good not great. The people greet you and offer the free donut when the light is on. Today was the first time that I visited after work. The customer service was horrible. No greeting. Everyone looked disappointed to be at work. They didnt even offer the free donut to my daughter, who absolutely loves Krispy Kreme. I scanned my phone to gain the points with my app. Cashier didnt verify that it scanned, she didnt say the total, when I asked her for the donut for my daughter she looked irritated and confused. They did not put the donuts in the box neatly. Probably will not go back after 9am. I wouldve given one star but the people in the morning are nice.

I went to this place to get a Grad dozen for my sister’s graduation and oh surprise it was a REGULAR GLAZED DOZEN. So upset.

I’ve never been here before. I simply asked what something meant on the menu, they made me repeat myself like 5 times and then had an attitude because he didn’t Know what it meant. The guy that switched to answer my question was also just very rude and dismissive and called me ma’am several times. This experience was not a pleasant one. Probably might not come back with this rudeness.

I made an online order, picked it up through drive-thru and did not get what I had ordered and was missing some. They did not have plain chocolate glazed donuts and replaced them with the sprinkled ones without letting me know beforehand so that I could get something else because my family doesnt like sprinkles. I went inside to complain about having the wrong order. The cashier apologized and gave me the raspberry glazed donuts I was missing at no extra cost and had said they were out of the chocolate glazed hence the sprinkle ones. The donuts are poorly made and its evident that they are being made carelessly by employees who dont want to be there. It is becoming a trend with Krispy Kreme donut shops in the DFW area as I have had a similar experience at the North Galloway location in Mesquite. The only redeeming factor this location had was that they were willing to correct my order with the donuts they had available.

Pulled up to the speaker, waited 3 minutes, no one talked. Pulled forward to the window, waited 3 minutes, then a girl asked if I had been helped yet and I told her “no” and she took my order. I got THE COLDEST donuts I’ve ever received from any KK Doughnuts in Dallas AND they were so sloppy. 🙄

I ordered the new lemonade doughnuts and the presentation is something from kindergarten. So disappointed that they even allow this foolishness.

Came in at 930 am and they had NO donuts ready! The guy in the front was very nice but would only say that they are busy due to the Superbowl. I asked how long it would take for glazed and someone from the back yelled FIVE MINUTES. Needless to say 15 minutess later I was still standing there. When I finally got my order, they over charged me and STILL got the order wrong.

Terrible! Every time we come here at night it’s like a club going on inside. They never have fresh donuts or fresh coffee. The daytime shift is good but the night time is full of lazy teenagers. We have asked them to make fresh donuts and we would even be willing to wait but they always tell us they’re done baking for the night. We even tried calling ahead of time but they never answer! Sad! This is definitely a Hood location be sure to go to a better krispy kreme location

The doughnuts are over fried so they were very dry and crumbly. The ice coffee wasn’t cold and it tasted pretty watered down for the little ice that was put in it.I ended up spend $20 instead of $10 because the drive thru communication was terrible. I was asking for the blueberry doughnut holes and then she said we have “glazed” so I asked again in the mini she said yes we have those. When I got to the window it was a different person so I probably confused the hell out of him, but I can’t tell you how many times I asked if those donuts were blueberry and he kept saying yes. Handed me the big box of regular mini glazed and then a regular blueberry.I didn’t want to hold the line up since I’ve worked fast food for 8 years I try to be respectful, so I went inside where I asked for some help and they said they needed a receipt I was never given. They have a system that can pull up orders so idk why I couldn’t get help but I had to get to work so I wasn’t going to argue when a manager knows they can do these things and that’s who I was speaking too.

I really love these donuts. They are the best in the world when fresh, so I decided to try again.I wanted to see if I could revise my one-star negative review from a week ago. (See below) After all the manager was apologetic and offered to replace my dozen.As the counter clerk began to fill my dozen I could tell they looked very much like the stale, day-old from last week. I stopped her and insisted, are these fresh? She didnt answer but went to the back of the store to talk to the manager and cook. When she returned she was carrying a tray of what turned out to be delicious fresh donuts.Had I not been very persistent and a bit rude, I would have had the same not fresh donuts.My advice: wait to come in later in the morning until they have sold off the previous days inventory. Or just forget this place,they just dont get it.My advice to store: Donate your leftovers each day, dont try to sell it the next morning. Went through the drive-thru and the employee was the rudest person possible. Lets start with him being too busy playing around with the other employees and the loud music playing in the background, he had to tell me hold up several times before I could hear him tell someone to turn the radio off so he could actually hear me.Second issue, every time I asked about an item, all he would say is we aint got it, or we are all sold out. I asked what he had left then? He said the pumpkin spice cake. I asked for 12 of those, plus one other style doughnut. When I pulled to pay, he handed me a box of glazed pumpkin spice. I said I asked for the pumpkin cake glazed. His answer I just told you we are out!. Then handed me the box all the while staring me down with some b.s. thug stare. I got my credit card back and had to ask for my receipt a couple of times before he handed it to me.Sadly, your shop is the closest to my residence, but after this experience, I will gladly drive several miles to a different location.This message has been copied and sent to the Better Business Bureau.

I in turn said Good morning to see if I would get a more human response... nothing ...crickets... then I drove around as Im walking to the counter I can see the drive thru and front counter person talking hand under chin aura dont want to be bothered attitude ...I spoke again Goodmorning to test the air to see if drive thru person would say Goodmorning back he did surprisingly ordered 3 glaze he offered me napkins I guess the human in him was trying to rise up ...but over all attitude as cold as the dead
