She was a pleasure to work with, cut out the games that most car salespeople play, and didn’t waste my time. Nonetheless I felt like I was laughing with her a majority of the time. THERE IS. It took over 2 mos. to get my truck repaired. Nobody there could give me an ETA nor the correct number to customer service. I called twice and got 2 wrong numbers. Once I talked to Mitsubishi Corp I got some movement. I had to go back to Mitsubishi Corp because my rental car from the Ins. ran out. Mitsubishi Corp. okd a rental for $500. or $600. I never heard from Don Herring or Enterprise until Friday. Sept. 17th to tell me that my part was in and they will callback when I need to pick it up. I never heard from Enterprise. Shortly after returning the rental to Enterprise and picking up my truck from Don Herring I was thrown in the middle of an overage fight! Now they are both pushing an overage cost that I had no idea about or control over onto me! I was Never Contacted to return the rental car by Don Herring nor Enterprise. I have never had this happen to me before. When I ran out of time with my Ins. vehicle my Ins. and Enterprise contacted me a day before. I dont know or really care who dropped the ball, but I should not have to pick up the tab!! I have been very disappointed with this entire situation. I will Never purchase another Mitsubishi again or any other Make that does not issue loaner cars because that would have prevented all of this!!!

I purchased my current car from Don Herring and wanted to be a loyal customer. So reached out to Don Herring even though I dont live in the area. Initially the communication was absolutely we can help, delivery and pick up is available, we can certainly do that. I was asked to complete the application and submit my documents, which I did that same day. Not realizing I was talking with people from both the Dallas location and the Plano location, I decided to stay with Dallas as I had started talking to them first. After submitting pictures, documents, etc. and receiving no other contact, sent Reuben an email asking if anything needed from my side... no response (still five days later, no response). Out of frustration, I reached out to Plano who said they were sorry and would have someone contact me. No contact. I called to speak with Reuben on Monday, was told he was out on vacation but would be back Tuesday and Id get a call by 10 am Tuesday with an update. He didnt let me know he would be out of office, he did not ask someone else to work with me... no communication at all. As you can imagine, Tuesday came and went with still no contact from anyone. I wanted to be a loyal customer but they clearly do not appreciate that effort. Dont waste your time here, find another dealer who will appreciate you and your business.

The experience was pleasant. We were not able to get the vehicle we really wanted without a cosigner but we were still able to drive out of there in a brand new 2021 Outlander Sport. David was great fast transaction got me approved with no money down. I drove off the lot with a detailed car, full tank of gas and a smile. Recommended to anyone. Just dont leave your car in the lot next door if you plan on keeping it. My truck was ransacked and ignition drilled out but they didnt succeed. But dealership was excellent

Ive bought two cars from this location. The customer service is always excellent, however be prepared to be slightly uncomfortable when getting your vehicle serviced here. If you you have an appointment at the height of the day the sun is beaming directly into the waiting are so it can get a little warm and the chairs are a little awkward if you are a bigger person. Other than that the service is wonderful.

This place likes to play phone tag in my experience. My ride has been at a different location near 635/oates due to a stolen converter ...... part was ordered in April 2021 and upon moving my ride to this location they canceled my ordered part. Did not offer a loaner or anythingJust the typical run around. Now in the end of August and Im still waiting for my part to be received and installed. 5 months now 😠
The sales managers Brett and Allen were the most helpful getting me a loaner car, helping me get a car towed. It took me 6 hours to get car towed from highway. I was and a hour and half from home and hour from dealership. Service manager tried from Plano tried but Roadside Assistance was not helpful. They hung up me twice. It took over an hour in the heat to get a hold of them each time. They cancelled 2 tow trucks also saying customer cancelled them. Brett helped to finally get it arranged. Service manager in Dallas explained in detail what was wrong with my car and offered the best repair for the best cost. Overall satisfied with Don Herring Mitsubishi, but not roadside assistance.

Found this dealership listed on the DPS website and decided to stop by for my State Inspection. Mr Salazar was very pleasant and got me sorted in a relatively short period of time. They charged me less since my vehicle was 2020 and I thought that was very forthcoming of them. Also happy about the complimentary wash! Those seemed to disappear over the past few months…Would recommend for your servicing needs!

What a pleasant and easy purchasing experience. At the Dallas location, Nisa was courteous and helpful throughout the buying process. She was thorough in showing me the models, and helped me decide on just the right one (Outlander Sport ES). The only decision I had to make was the color (Octane Blue, like thats really a choice). Victor even did the leg work on the phone to get my vehicle from another location. Lastly, Sean, the Finance Manager, showed me the savings that he was able to pass on - and he was very easy to talk with. There was not a second where I felt the typical sales pressure from anyone in the staff. I did not purchase a vehicle and I opted out of repairing mine that I brought into the service department. But my overall experience was very pleasant I would do business with them again.
I came into the dealership not really knowing what I wanted and Marcell was so incredibly patient with me as we worked to find the right car for me and my budget. We find one, go through the financing process, and I take the car home. A day later, I decided that I didnt like the color, so I took it back. The GM was so kind to step in to help find the car in a different color and was successful! They had to bring it in from a different dealership and I was able to take that one home instead. After another day, I decided that I actually liked the first one better so I went back (again, for the third time!) and went with the original choice, and I am happy! I cant speak highly enough of Marcell, Jackie, Alan, and the rest of the team at Don Herring Dallas for giving me a world class customer experience and for never once making me feel like I was pain, even though I was extremely picky and beyond annoying about what I wanted. Just bought a car a week ago. Called them wondering why the bank hasnt called, was told oh the numbers are off and you need to come back in and sign again. When I asked why they didnt call me and tell me they said Oh we have been busy and its no big deal. First of all it is a big deal if there is a mistake, 2nd of all in 7 hours there would of been at least 1 person who could make a 5 minute phone call and 3rd its a 2 hour round trip. Makenzie is nice as she is making the sale but once that is done she is rude and doesnt care. We had to drive back giving up our Saturday to see my niece for the 1st time in awhile since she joined the Airforce. Makenzie sat and told us dont fell up set about coming in, its no big deal. You dont get to tell people how they should feel. It was a big deal for us to miss a chance because you made a mistake and didnt even have enough sense to recognize peoples feelings or make a 5 minute call.

I just want to say Victor and William are always helpful with scheduling and giving bad news, ie the price. They give me updates on what needs to happen as far as the maintenance of my vehicle. Reached out, ended up working with Victor. Had to follow up a few times on my own to find out if I was approved or was not approved for financing, he seemed upset and dismissive. Funny part is, I was approved for my own financing through USAA and bought a car w/ it, then I bought a 2nd car with cash. Both 2019 Kias. The problem at Don Herring is they seem to act like order takers, and they are not very inquisitive to your situation

I put my car in the shop to be repaired, due to my Cadillacdic Converter being stolen, Ive been without my car for 2 months going on 3 and Im being told that the part for my car will still be at least another month, I hadnt even paid my 1st car note when this happened, meanwhile, I have paid a couple of car notes, my insurance company has sent a check out and Ive paid my $500 deductible, I also put $2,000 for my down payment. I asked them to trade me out a car for this one, due to, while on their lot, there wassome hail damage done to this car and they still will not honor me with an even trade out, Ive been to no name car lots that has treated me way better than this place. Im so very disappointed.

All within a week and a few days I have had the worst experience with Haely as a sale person....communicate is always a key to me it seems as she didnt know what she was doing but was talking like she did.....every vehicle I looked at or they was given me options about I was ok and excited about. Apparently they would get a few people to apply and try to sale all of us the same vehicle but who ever gets approved 1st would the one to get it nobody even contacted me in the process to let me know whats going on next. I was so miserable and miselead The Dallas location will never get me back in there again

Attempted to go get a key made for my car today. Eventually had to walk out because no one I’m the service area ever greeted me. As I walk out I asked another employee if there was another dealership nearby, I was walked back to the service area where I was introduced to the service guy. I asked for an estimated time to get a key made and if it would be too long, would it be better to come back another time. He was unable to give me a timeframe. Instead he listed off all the things he still needed to do for another customer. My frustration is that I waited 15 min to speak to someone and then afterwards couldn’t even get an estimate of how long it could take to get serviced. I’m sure you all know about how long the process takes. I left.
