Joshua took extra time to help us try to match my wifes mobility issues with the different vans they had on lot. One of few locations in Atlanta that has excellent selection of new and used conversions. Very truthful and honest in their online advertising.
Just left this car dealer. Found a car after driving a few different cars and I have great credit was told one price agreed on that price once I told him I wanted it he mentioned he drives the car everyday. At that point I knew he would raise the price which he did. Then told me I was approved for the car as he wiped his forehead. Then toldMe my interest rate was really high and he wouldn’t buy the car with those rates which I didn’t understand why my rates were that high. When I did the math myself of course all of the numbers were off. So I asked him how many months are the loan for he couldn’t tell me. He then said oh wait you were not approved. So now I’m calling the bank he used to see exactly what was done here. This is definitely not a place I wouldRecommend and I’m moving forward with any and everything I can do legally after I speak with the bank.
I wouldnt buy a car from these people they lost my title and are giving me the runaround
We purchased a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2008...... We bought it sight unseen and depended heavily on the expertise of the people at Paulding. It was shipped to us in another state and we still are using it to date. We had no problems with it in any way. This vehicle and their help has been a true blessing to our family. They gave us good advice and made recommendations. I can only tell you how well our experience was and how very very good they were to work with. I would definitely do business with them again.
Please do not buy form these people100% cheaterWE bought a Van that need a transmission a fuel pump and tune upThey put some chemical inside the transmission just to get few miles after the purchasePlease stay a way from this sellerIt is up to too, nowThanks
The van I purchased from them for $ 17500.00 had no shocks or suspension the body was sitting right down on the frame. The tires were dry rotted. They dont pay much attention to safety to be building handicapped vans. I wonder if the Ga. DOT knows what kind of vans they are putting on the road.
Never buy from this seller, he is 100% cheaterWe bought a wheelchair van, then find out need a new transmission, fuel pump and complete tune upThe problem is that the van was not as is, then I contacted the seller, he completely ignore me, what I should did is that contact the auction not the seller, I find out too late for the auction to offer any help since I though the seller will helpThese people is very bad, please do not buy from them
After considerable research and discussions with the owners of Paulding Auto Sales, I purchased a Handicap equipped Dodge Van and could not be happier. I was extended every possible telephone courtesy. The re-possessed vehicle arrived in BRAND NEW condition with the odometer at 6,000 miles as promised. The shipper brought it to my home from GA to NY exactly as promised. The total cost, including shipping was ten PLUS DOLLARS cheaper than OLDER models of the same vehicle available to me locally!
Mar 15, 2013by paybab7Purchased a Dodge Caravan from Tim and found out at my first oil change that the engine supports were broken and had an attempted repair with poor welding along with a cracked transmission that was glued back together with some sort of putty that was leaking. When contacted Tim just laughed and told me tough luck!! I am a handicapped person on a fixed income and now the van is sitting at the dealer with no funds to fix. Thank God my church is stepping up to help me with good people donating to pay for the repairs that Paulding Auto Sales should of fixed. Awful people and crooks and have no conscience with taking advantage of the handicapped
Josh is a great guy! Great service and great prices!
They are one of the few handicap accessible vehicle companies around and they have a passion for helping those in need.
This was the first place where we actually got to drive a variety of wheelchair conversion vans. (Two other larger dealerships utterly failed in customer service during our search.) As we expected, we chose the Toyota Sienna as far superior to Dodge and Chrysler offerings. This dealership offers more of the Dodge and Chrysler models, but had two Siennas available. The pricing at Paulding Auto Sales is much better than anywhere else in the Atlanta metro area. Of course that made us wonder if the quality was less. Our fears were realized when the van we purchased started having problems accelerating. However, Aaron and Tim came and picked up the van (probably 1.5 hour round trip), gave us a free rental, and got the problem solved (it ended up being bad gas). The customer service was definitely superior. We had the same great experience with the installation of a fold down back seat as part of our purchase. A local installer could not put in the right location because of seat belt and insurance issues. PAS sent the vehicle to Kentucky where the conversion dealer (ATS) corrected the installation. All the while, we had a free rental vehicle. We found PAS to be laid back, not pushy, buty very concerned to get everything right. They worked hard to please us and succeeded. We made a good decision buying here. After 3 months, the van has been great. Conversions are done by ATS in Kentucky. We have a rear entry, long-channel, manual ramp. Our daughter is able to ride comfortably in her wheelchair between our two boys. It is just what we needed and seems to be high-quality workmanship.Bottom line: No one really wants to buy a wheelchair vehicle; it is an expensive need. However, the two major wheelchair van dealers in Atlanta (AMS and MobilityWorks) have very high prices and poor (potential) customer service. Each of them wanted to sell us just what they had instead of learning what we wanted and needed. Paulding Auto Sales listened, let us test drive several options, and provided extra mile service after the sale on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!
