Prior walking into this store, I had visited 3 other T-Mobile stores, Costco, Apple store, here is where I experienced the best Customer Service from Anthony and Jesus. In particularly, Anthony who I believe to be the store manager, or I hope hes, very attentive, did not hide or fake promotions, said it how it was. Disclosed all fees and charges. Always greeting every person that walked in, branding the name of the store. Incredible great personal and business manners.
Came to this location with out knowledge of the type of charger I needed. Alex was very helpful with what I needed he even helped me out and went approve and beyond with a complimentary charger. The small gratitude went along way. Thank you once again very much appreciated

I was shocked in transferring my photos to sd card. I walk to T mobile l store at Culver center and the associate at store were very polite and friendly.They helped me and saved all my memories.kudos to them.

The t-mobile staff were amazing! They helped me get my new iPhone. Maria and Alex were very welcoming and helped me understand my plan and all the cool features to look out for. The wait time was fast too. It’s a small store but you can tell that they work hard to reach each person’s questions and needs.
The service at the store was amazing! The manager, Brian and his staff did a great job of taking care of my questions and getting me a new phone and watch! I love this store! I drive 30 mins out of my way just to be taken care of by them. There are two stores in this plaza so make sure to go to the one right next to Bank of America.

These guys were exceptional - all in some way took time to juggle an in-flow of people in the store to attend to some of my complicated needs, while everyone was social distancing. Every one of them left a mark with solid attention skills, proper follow through, and excellent customer service. It felt like going back ten years ago, when you actually have a relationship with a store and its people, versus the sterility of dealing with a carrier that considers you a number. I was with Verizon for 15 straight years, and while there was good and bad there like with all things, Im happy with this switch and my start here. We have to get back to people connection like this, it makes a difference in the service experience, and the satisfaction quotient. These guys are well-trained to assist on multiple tasks, they answer questions, theyre kind and considerate, and they know how to help you switch carriers. This is how it should be. Come to this store, their service wont disappoint. Thanks for the help guys and your customer courtesy Brian. The young lady who assisted me - Maria is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I want in to port out my T-Mobile account to another provider, where I had my business line, but ended up porting my business line to T-Mobile and I got a hotspot plan. She is very efficient and seamlessly performed 3 tasks in no time. Upgrading my phone including data transfer, porting my business number and adding a hotspot device. Somehow she is able to do all this while performing pricing calculations and explaining it in simple terms in a polite gentle manner. Thank you Maria!!

Long wait times, small store. Staff was nice but there are not enough employees once there are more than 2 customers in the store.For one on one help or questions, go to a bigger T-Mobile store like the one on Sepulveda and Jefferson.

Maria and Brian did an amazing job with helping me convert my account from Sprint to T-Mobile. They were very helpful and patient with me and they laughed at my jokes. They had great attitudes and were smiling the whole time (I could tell under their masks). They deserve the highest of compliments and the highest of praises from their higher ups. For sure I definitely recommend coming to this store. They’re between Bank of America and Ralphs.
I had one of the best experiences ever coming to see Brian and team at the Venice and Midway T-Mobile. They made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and they helped transfer all my important info to my new phone.

Had the Worst experience ever at this location.Very unprofessional service coming from the mangers at this store . My account was adjusted without my knowledge and completely messed up my account with extra charges . I visited this location for two weeks before the issue was resolved. And ultimately it was resolved by upper management in corporate office and not the in store manager. This store doesn’t have a working phone so it is impossible to reach anyone in the store to ask questions. . They make promise to call back and they never do . I will Never visit this location again nor will I ever recommend this store . Very poor recommendation

Came to get new Service with T-Mobile and found out 2 weeks later the Sales Representative lied to me when she promised me I was supposed to get one of the Galaxy S20 FE promotions to get the phone free. Now I am stuck with almost a 30 dollar device payment on top of my service fee with T-Mobile.

From all the T-Mobile stores I have been to, this one has one of the best customer services and friendly environment. With the help of Jennifer she helped me find the best phone and best plan that would work with my particular needs.
Everyone in this store is extremely helpful!! If I can give 10 stars I would. Every employee here goes out of their way to help customers. I came in to file an insurance claim because my phone got stolen but thanks to Yuseriah and Juan they gave me various options on what I could do, they never forced me into anything they gave me all the pros and cons and of course my time to decided. I decided to come back later that day and get a brand new iPhone 8, now it was a completely different group of employees Jason and Jenifer they picked up right where Juan had left off and it was amazing. They did theyre best to retrieve some of my stolen phones information and I witness them balance multiple customers and helping each in everyone of them with a smile on their face even when customer gave them a difficult time. Ive never experienced a great customer service at a cell phone store, they even offered a chair and cup of water while I waited for my information to transfer over!!This was far beyond the greatest customer service Ive received in a long time. Thank you T-Mobile !!! :)

Unbelievably inept folks working here. I was getting a replacement phone for my blitzed out iPhone 6. I was told I would get a text notifying me of when the phone arrived to the store. I was given no receipt and no instructions. I returned to the store after running (ie: me in running shoes literally running 3 miles) there from my home and taking an hour out of my busy work/school schedule. The only thing I brought was my ID because I was working out and had no pockets. They told me I had to pay with a credit card and I said I didn’t have mine, it was at home. They said “we told you it would be $5.” I pride myself on my ability to follow directions and said “you did not.” And then they just stood there and looked at me and did nothing to resolve the issue. And the manager who helped me the first time around hid in the back as I stood there in disbelief. So now I’m stuck waiting another four days for a phone at another location because those folks are not worth anyone’s time and I will not return there.Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down Venice to the other T-Mobile where they are competent and nice.
So I went in to buy a phone couple of days ago. The guy helping me was very nice and helpful. However when returning the phone the manager suddently ran out of the phones. She sent me to a different store (coorporate store). Once I got to the other store they told me she had lied to me because they are a 3rd party store. Will not be going back!
Worst slow Tmobile ever seen. Workers are so slow. I wait almost 20 minute to refill my account. This is not just happaned 1 time. Many times when i came here, i have same problem

I recently went to port from metro pcs to T-Mobile the reps Jenifer and Donna were really helpful and sweet i had such a great experience they walked me through everything and i left with a S9 and an S8 ill definitely be back to add my son on my account and open a separate business account for my company I recommend you guys come i come from inglewood to this store because of how great they are
Everytime I go its terrible. I have the feeling I open the door to the hood. They are supposed to sell stuff, I came in to buy a phone and got demitovated, clearly the staff is unfriendly, they are not rude but they never smile, zero customer service, they clearly dont want to be there, Ive been told we would have to order it, anyway the price down is too expensive, its better if you call t force really? I call t force they tell me its only doable in store.....
Terrible service, payment plan and services are played up. Ended paying way more than they claimed, both for service and phones purchased. They did not attempt to help solve the problems with the rebate and cellphone payment plan. Proceed with caution, you are better off calling customer service than visiting this location.

Dont get mad at the people who work here because its crowded and they cant keep up. Its terribly understaffed at their busy hours. I suppose there must be a good time to go here and do whatever it is you need to do, but I havent found it yet...The employees have all been very helpful to me in whatever way they can but mostly theyre hands are tied by corporate T-mobile policies. If you can solve your issue or buy your stuff online or over the phone, you should do that. People will wait in lines here for over 30 minutes getting madder and madder about whatever their problem is... So its nobodys dream job. Be nice to them, okay?
Over the phone couldnt help me with a sim that wouldnt fit in my ZTE Z2600 but after a short time on hold told me to call customer care or pay the $27.xx for the larger sim at the store. Honest and straight to the point answer works for me.Update; received the free sim very quickly from T-mobile but learned that using it would add another $15 to my monthly bill as had the hotspot I cancelled previously added $20 so I ended up returning the device until my phone is paid off ... maybe (I like small $ bills)

I went to this store and was told a promotion was running until March 30th. I called on March 29th to confirm I could come by on March 30th to take advantage of the promotion and the employee told me it would be fine. I come to the store on March 30th, have them run my credit, get approved, start signing up and then Im told the promotion ended the day before.... Really sucked, I would have come in on the 29th if they had told me that is when the promotion expired. Manager was not able to honor the promotion either, really disappointing.

Store has poor connectivity - workers have to hot spot their own phones and it makes transferring from one OS to another a drag. My google services function was corrupted because they did a HARD RESET on a freshly unboxd s8+. The store employee kindly let me open the box but that was it! I had to suffer through watching them scratch their head repeatedly (literally) and touch my phone screen with their gross hair scalp-greased fingertips on my new toy (all the criiiiinge). To make matters more interesting, this ridiculous method of setting up ones phone resulted in my own device poorly running software I use to test in Tier 1 t/s. I had to have an actual developer at my company run a debugging version of our app to figure out that an integrated feature using google services was to blame. Thanks, Tmobile!
I bought a phone a week ago galaxyS4. The phone couldnt send or receive pics, the phone was defected. I had taken the phone back for help and exchange for a new one they did not want to help me they lied and said they didnt have anymore in stock and they sent me to the other T Mobile corporate store up the street next to Ross in the shopping center with Starbucks is located the people there was very helpful especially the young lady. she was very knowledgeable she swapped out the old phone for a new one in contact with the corporate office for me to try and resolve my problems. I I was very satisfied with them. I ordered anyone who really does do not go to that store is not a corporate store they sell refurbished equipment and lie and say that its new. And when something goes wrong they send you up the street to the corporate store anyways. Its best just to deal with the corporate stores call t-mobile itself to get an address to the nearest corporate store for your sake
I had a pretty bad experience here.. the girl filled out a mail in rebate form for us and the informations were wrong.. we got a mail that we got rejected so we called the rebate center and to find out that our rebate wasnt the mail in rebate type.. it was a 12 month wait and will appear in our bill as a discount? sounds weird.. also the first billing cycle we got charged $87 because the rep forgot to put in our unlimited text.. poor poor poor..
