I got the phone case I wanted, but did not appreciate the less-than-honest-sales tactics. I told the woman working which case I wanted to buy. She asked me to pay and I did. Then told me they were out of the color I wanted but “gold is okay, right? You don’t mind.” I said I do mind and wanted the blue one. So then she held up the display cases in blue and black and tried to convince me that they were the same and the black is fine, I don’t mind, right? I said they are not the same, and asked if I could just have the display/tester of the color I wanted, since it was the only one left. She agreed, cleaned it, and put it on my phone for me.I don’t think I should have had to pay full price for the display case that many other people probably handled, and didn’t come in its original packaging. The employee should have told me before I had to pay that they were out of the color I wanted and offered me a discount on the display one, instead of making me pay full price for a open and used case, and then trying to force me to buy something I didn’t want. Not okay.
