Dont go there if youre not Hispanic or male. Worse service ever in my ten years with metro. To get the new phone and pay my monthly fee tooks over an hours. The worker ( EMP ID: CHINTHI...) push me few times to call customers cervice, when it was her simple job, pushed me out of line few times talking to other customers who was behind me, was busy on the phone with her amigos while I was talking to customers service who tried to help her ( she didnt do even that). And simple not even tryid to help with anything. Bad mannered, not friendly, disrespectful.

I just bought my third phone from this store and have been happy every time. Josefina set up my new phone perfectly. She also was very knowledgeable and explained the special for existing customers which was very helpful. I have had Metro for several years and very happy with the service.

The store has a friendly environment. The staff is always willing to help and are well inform of their plans. I got a Sam Core with the $60 plan and screen protector for $100 even. Thats a great deal. The phone it self is $49

Stacy who works at Metro in Culver City (Inglewood Blvd location) is excellent in customer service ! She has helped me on more than one occasion, and each time she is more than willing to answer any questions i may have (and that is alot lol). She goes above above and beyond for the customer.
