Day after day I call and they will NOT answer the phone. Do your job and help your customers or my next complaint will be to corporate. Sick of it.

Its just like the rest of the game stores but my kid drag me in here so its cool.

Went in to buy a switch and the employees were super nice to me and didn’t let a person named melvin get a single one. I’ll continue to Hold onto my switch thanks to this amazing company and store and I can’t wait to reach Valhalla. 5/5 stars.

The employees there do not seem happy they dont seem that they want to help you. Wont go to this location no more or probably in general

Carlos and Cindy are lovely and helpful. They took care of a problem I had with a purchase with ease.Definitely recommend going to this game stop.

Good store but try not to buy used controllers and make sure the sound works.

I had such a great experience, I promised the two employees working that night that I would write this review. Carlos and Cindy!!!! These two were great to me.I go in to look around and each of them greeted me and let me know about a Buy one get one 50% off deal they had going. So I look and find these t-shirts I like. 2xl and small. I go to check out and the 2xl size didnt qualify for the special. Cindy tries the code a couple of times then asks Carlos to try and it still didnt work. I still wanted the shirts so I didnt care. Instead of saying sorry about that Carlos says, No I told him it was buy one get one 50% off. So he manually adjusts the price and gives me half off one of the t-shirts. I thanked him and promised to write this review.Thank you Carlos and Cindy

I haven’t been to gamestop in years, but quarantine has got me invested in gaming all over again. I’ve visited this gamestop twice in the last month, and both times I was greeted by this awesome employee named Ivan. Both times I visited, the store was busy with Ivan being the only cashier there. Despite that, Ivan was very helpful and taught me a lot about video games and even offered me the deals gamestop had. He told me about the 30% sale they were having on used video games. He knew a lot about video games; super knowledgeable about every console I threw at him. If gamestop remains in business, I think they have a future exec on their hands. Haha, I hope to visit again soon.Ivan if you see this, I appreciate your service dood B)

Edward was working at this location. Not only did he provide great service but he also did not try to up sell me. I am not to informed on all the newest games or have much knowledge about PS4 but he was there to explain the difference between the regular game and the game w/ the expansion pack. I was apprehensive at first but by the time our conversation ended i gained the knowledge i needed to complete my purchase. Because he wasnt being a pushy salesman i was inclined to spend more money. I also work in sales(B2B) and there is nothing worse than when someone pushes product onto me or others. Ive had this experience at that game stop before on a weekend. very aggressive teenagers pushing subscriptions/reward memberships on me when i was simply there to learn about the PS4. this ruined their chances of a sale and i purchased my PS4 elsewhere. I did not experience that with Edward, he was treating me like a fellow gamer new to the world of PS4. I could tell he is passionate about his position within your company and the e-game industry and that is what exactly what a niche industry needs most. Someone who is there to guide you into making the right choices so your experience/purchase feels safe and looked after. I would like to personally thank Edward for his service and i would highly recommend this behavior be taken seriously on a brick&mortar AND corporate level. I understand sales can be challenging w/ slim margins and consistent product being released and price points dropping but with more people working like him and representing your company id say your chances of gaining higher revenue are inevitable. Nice and helpful. I am obsessed with Wonder Woman and the first POP collectors had a crease in box and she went back and found me a good one. My son loves this place, they are always so nice and helpful to him. Store is clean and organized with great sale items!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the games and systems. I went in in a bad mood but the employees are all very down to earth and just a good group so I ended up leaving with a smile. Parking at this location is definitely a pain but worth it even if you need to walk a block or two because the team there is good at what they do. I personally have never had to go back once I left for a mistake so credit where it is due. All in all I highly recommend this GameStop.

This place is fun to browse and has nice t-shirts and gaming apparel. But when it comes to games it seems like you never get a good discount here. Amazon, Target, Best buy and even Gameplay down the street will likely give you better deals on actual games.

It may be a lot better if they would ever answer their phone. Very annoying, every other GameStop I have ever called has picked up their phone after a couple of rings. I have called this store over and over all during store hours, press 1 to speak to someone and their phone ALWAYS rings until it says everyone is busy try back later.

U can literally buy everything u want here. Just got Nintendo switch and I luv it.

Wanted to give 0 knowledge not all that and dont assume by my appearance that I want the cheaper I needed more memory they had 2 TB and 4 i ask for the 4 3 times still rung up the 2 then said but the 4 is 129 my answer was and...... wont for back

FYI to the guy down here saying insurance is $7 dollars... never heard of insurance being that high. Highest they ever charge for insurance on a game is $3, which isn’t bad, overall great experience when I come here. Like being kept up to date when any new exclusive funko pops are up for pre order. Staff is very friendly. My go to spot

Gamestop the Corporation is beginning to slack because recently all the brand new releases are not readily available on disc anymore I assume that they are leaning more toward downloadable content on there website which is very disappointing to me. As for the Gamestop I visited the lighting in the store was dim. I was there for a while with my son. The girl at the counter was helpful and friendly. Atmosphere was geared toward the tween customer and the kids looked entertained.

Worst service possible can not answer phone. They did not give me the beta code and now I am really frustraded because they do not answer the phone

Knowladgeable staff that was great, I was there buying games for my nephew how I got an X Box for and wanted to stock him up with goodies. I love the location, but parking is horrible hence the 4 stars, everything else was great, service, and options of games.

If you can find parking in this shopping center your experience will be alot better than mine. I had to park a block away from the store in order to find a parking space. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions, but parking was tough so I couldnt fully enjoy the experience.

Went here to buy a game, knew exactly which one I wanted. Found it, stood in line at the register, the cashier spent about 5-10 minutes with the customer infront of me explaining how to play Pokemon or whatever, then a few more minutes recommending Pokemon alternatives, and new games similar to Pokemon coming out next month... etc... Ugh. When I was finally in front to pay for the game, the cashier tried to sell me on some magazine subscriptions, then sell me on a GameStop member card for $15, and a bunch of other stuff I didnt care about. Ugh. Then the phone rang, he stops everything hes doing to answer the phone, and spends a minute or two helping the person on the phone instead of me. Finally, Im about to pay for the game, he gets it and says This is our last copy and it was a display copy, do you want to insure it for an addition $7? I decline, then he says they wont accept the game back if it happens to be broken if I dont pay for the $7 insurance. It was a $20 game, but they want an extra $7? I didnt purchase the game and I decided I would never go to a Gamestop again. I went home and downloaded that same game on Steam for $8 bucks.
