Highly recommend. My screen on my Galaxy S9 had multiple cracks, and I mean A LOT of cracks, and the owner gave me the most affordable price in the area and the quickest turn-around time. He finished it same day and I got it back with not a single imperfection.

The owner is very rude and out of three devices he couldn’t fix any took 100 dollars advance and refunded 50 dollars without any service. Beware of him he is abusive and get mad without any reason. Avoid and see any professional

SUPER SKECTHY. The owner of the business has awful costumer service and no accountability for quality of work. He speaks in vague terms and changes pricing on a whim. Beware. You receive no bill of sale, and hell make up a warranty on the spot, unannounced to you. Dont do it. SCAM.

When it seemed as if my phone had died, I felt quite helpless because I rely on it for GPS, had free lance work appointments I wasnt going to be able to get to, and couldnt even get in touch with clients to cancel (because I couldnt access my contacts and didnt have their numbers anywhere else). Ershad was amazing. He even lent me a phone while he figured out what was wrong with mine. It turned out that it was just the screen that needed replacing and he did that for a really reasonable price. I wont go anywhere else in future!

SmartBuy is one of those small shops that is in plain sight but can still very easily be missed. It’s behind a Culver City Bus stop that kind of covers the little shop which doesn’t help when you’re trying to locate the shop during traffic. But Google it, you’ll find it. Once in the store you will come across a very wise and knowledgeable expert named Eshrad...or Ishrad, sorry if I’m misspelling. This gentleman is THE MAN you need to see if you have any sort of issues with your mobile device, whether it be a new or older iPhone/Android device, and not only will he drop some tech-knowledge on you but he’ll have you fixed and ready to go, literally, in a jiffy. Went in for a new screen and found out I only needed a new battery. I’m telling you, he’s a PROFESSIONAAAAAAL. And his rates are very affordable compared to other known stores like Staples, BestBuy, Apple, etc. 5 /5 HANDS DOWN!

I was helped with transferring from an android to an older model iPhone. The transition was seamless and this guy is the nicest person ever. He said if I needed any more help, to come back and he would be more than happy to set anything up for me. Cash only - lesson learned 😉.

I thought the battery on my iPhone 6s was discharging too quickly. I called and was quoted a price less than 2/3 of the price quoted by others.When I arrived, the owner was telling a customer that she didn’t need expensive repairs as it was a software problem that could be easily fixed.He checked the battery on my phone and told me that it really didn’t need replacement yet and by the time it did I might want to just get a new phone. This man was turning away business due to his honesty. When I need repairs in the future, I certainly will go to him.

Price was vary good and he didn’t even charge me for a new screen protector! He was very nice and welcoming and made nice conversation with me while i was waiting. It only took 15-20min too! I would definitely recommend this place!

Called for a price to replace Galaxy screen and I was told it will cost me $200 and will take an hour to fix it. I drove in traffic with a baby and when I got there, first of all he made me wait holding my crying baby for a while even though nobody else was there, secondly he said that it will be $220 with tax and my phone wont be ready for two hours and I need to wait. He sounded really mean and irritated. I asked why he told me on the phone $200 and he said nobody gives you a price with tax. Alright, I said I will wait in the park nearby with my son. He said okay, give me a minute. So I am still standing with a baby in my hands and several minutes go by and he still wont give me any attention. I left. And I am glad I did, because I fixed my phone at other place in 15 minutes for $180. Do not go there. There are cheaper places with way better customer service.

Excellent, Honest Service! Cant recommend highly enough! I took my phone by another place and they quoted me $60 to replace the charging port on my iPhone. I wasnt ready to drop that much, so a few days later I went by here (closer to my house) to get the work done. The owner took one look at it, grabbed a pair of tweezers, removed a piece of lint from the port and handed it back to me. Completely fixed! No charge! Whenever I do need a phone repaired I know where Im taking it.

I called and asked how much my iPhone 6 screen would be to fix. He told me $65 which was $15 cheaper than the other guy I called and he had good reviews so I came in that afternoon. When I got there the man then told me $70. It was still cheaper and Im a bit shy so I let it go. He fixed it real quick which was great, the screen reacted a bit funny and felt strange but I ignored it. But then a week later Im stand up from sitting on a friends couch and my screen was cracked! No drop, no fall, not even a particularly hard couch! I should have paid the extra $15... oh wait $10.

I came inside because I saw it as I was driving by. I got the charger port cover replaced on my Galaxy S5. He was super quick and efficient. And gave me a deal that any reasonable person couldnt refuse. Thanks a lot.

Came in yesterday to get my LCD screen fixed on my iPhone 4. He noticed my home button was also missing so he offered me a new one at a discount and also sold me a tempered glass screen at a discount. He was done fixing everything in less than an hour and gave me a free phone case because mine was roughed up. Cheap and fast and overall really great customer service. Ive gotten my phone fixed in places like this before and this is the first where Ive gotten the vibe that employees care about the customer.

Don’t go here!!! Very sketchy!!I brought my phone in for a cracked screen.After he opened it, my home button wouldn’t work. I took it to another technician who said the connection was damaged permanently, probably from opening the phone improperly.I went back and asked him about this, he denied making any mistake and suggested I had broken it!! Thus calling me liar and thief!!!He rejects any possibility of making a mistake and takes no responsibility for his work siting sketchy tech jargon.There’s many stores on sepulveda and in the area. I strongly suggest you use another.Tell your friends to avoid him as this type of service should not be acceptable.

Couldnt have asked for better customer service! I arrived at the location on Venice needing my iPhone repaired as I managed to get the sim card stuck from inserting it incorrectly, and while it was almost hopeless they were able to fix it promptly and very cheaply. TOP-NOTCH SERVICE!!! I have an ipod touch, and its headphone jack had mysteriously gathered a collection of clothing lint deep, deep inside - a simple yet annoying conundrum which would not allow me to plug anything inside, be it my headphones or a stereo cord, nor did I have a proper tool to try to pick out the buried-deep bits. The man at SMART BUY (I assume hes the owner), who is very kind, with relaxed and professional energy, took a quick look inside the tiny headphone jack with his nifty flashlight, then used a cool tool resembling a pair of forceps, and in less than 5 minutes he completely cleared the headphone jack free of any obstruction. My ipod is the pulse of my daily life, and it feels so good to be able to use it again, problem-free! It seems hes a wiz with cracked screens and other technical crises, so whatevers going on with your smart device, GO SEE THIS MAN! :-)

After 2 days he fixed my cellphone it broke again, then I got back there he said that he couldnt do anything to help me out. Trash service! I dont recommend at all.
