The customer service I got at this store was amazing!! Im not one to write reviews but the employee named Star really was a star employee. She was very knowledgeable, she was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. This boost mobile store will definitely be my go to spot from now on. It is set up for safety during Coronavirus Time. You do business at the door, a Dutch-door, and the young man who manages the shop wears his mask. Hes also very cordial and customer-oriented. I bought a new phone and he activated it in no time. I highly recommend this Boost store, and there is a parking lot off of Venice Blvd. on Westwood. The main entrance is on Westwood although the address is Venice Blvd.

I was well attended in this store, but I was unable to solve what I wanted, which was so simple, I need to talk to the Customer Service, which I give up because of their system which they present to the client, very restricted.

I did a ton of research before switching carriers and I can tell you, Boost Mobile is outstanding! Antonio helped switch me over and he is truly the best! Hes very knowledgeable and cares that his customers are completely satisfied. I am so incredibly happy with Boost Mobile & their service! I am saving so much money since I switched from Verizon. And I no longer have issues with service cutting out like with Verizon. I wish I would have switched to Boost Mobile years ago. Had I known how much better it was going to be, I wouldnt have waited to make the switch!

Ive never been inside a Boost Mobile or even thought of considering to switch to Boost Mobile until their employ Antonio convinced me otherwise. He greeted every customer before me with a great attitude and a big smile and was patient with everyone. He was very well informed on the types of phones they carried and the exact features each phone had,he made each phone sound so excellent,for a second i thought i was hearing a commercial. He was very descriptive and precise with the cost of each plan and what they offered. The folks at this location are very nice. I wanted an LG G6, which was only in stock at a different store. Not only did they go get it for me, they threw in a free phone case & screen protector for waiting. It was also the fastest, easiest mobile provider switch/setup Ive ever experienced.

Today around 2:45 PM I went to have an iphone6 that my sister in law gave me switched over to Boost. The guy who was handling it Antonio was working with another customer when I walked in, yet he was able to handle both at the same time. Great great customer service. Fast forward almost 4 hours later, when trying to update my iphone, it became a disaster. Froze up and couldnt unfreeze it. I went back to the boost store and even though Antonio was working with another customer, he performed a miracle and got my service back on my old android phone. He is very thoughtful, explains nuances of the service very well treats customers with respect. Wonderful customer service and wonderful person. Boost customers should go to the Boost store on Venice. Yeah Antonio.

I recently purchased a Samsung s8(new) from here for mothers day gift for my wife. When I gave it to my wife, it ended in disaster. Later to find out that the s8 was USED and the galary was filled with 700+ of pornographic photo of naked women. I called the guy at boost and he said to come in to get a new one. He tried to upsell me a s9 for 75 bucks more. Mothers day ruined. No remorse, zero customer service, nothing done to please customer satisfaction or for all the trouble caused by dishonest boost mobile employee. Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years plus. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

My iPhone 5 was D.O.A. yesterday at approximately 5:30 pm; despite heroic efforts to revive the phone it was no go. Funeral services are pending. So I had to go to Fox Hills Mall for a few things and I noticed on line that Target had iPhones. So I went there. If you want fresh popcorn Target is a good place to get some. If you want an iPhone not so much. No worries. Best Buy was just below Target. So I went there. The guy there was pleasant and helpful. No iPhones here but Torrance may have some. And then he tried to sell me a different phone. I am Tech challenged and I just have learned how to use my iPhone so Im not switching. I miss my flip phone. I went back to my store and my business partner, Michele, suggested the Boost store on Venice. I called them up and they had an iPhone 6 in stock for a very reasonable $199.99.So I went over there and talked to a very sweet girl with killer nail polish. She sold me the phone and a case for $10.00 and threw in a free glass protector. And then she completely set up my phone! It took her 5 minutes. It would have taken me an hour if that. So if you need a new Boost phone go there. If you want to switch over to Boost go there.

Been there twice once young lady knew nothing. But nice. Second time got another phone and its no good. They sell you really old ones at high prices

Selling 3G clearance phones, who does that? 129.99 out the door for a new smartphone and a plan. cricket does it for 65$ and better service with same smartphone. double the price for a worse service and the ABSOLUTE worst customer service.
