I would like to say the staff is amazing! Friendly and I was acknowledge right away and taken care off by Dennis who went above and beyond. He listen to my problem and explained it pretty well & fixed my solution pretty quickly on my phone. He was very professional, efficient and funny! Anybody that has an issue he will take care of you with his excellent customer service!

We had a great deal (if you are a nurse ask about your discount), but even better customer service. Chris was really patient and kind. He even laughed at my husband’s jokes. I received excellent service at the AT&T store on Overland Avenue in Culver City. I was in need of a new phone and wasnt quite sure what model and price range worked best for me. I was greeted and acknowledged by multiple sales representatives upon entering the store. The sales representative that worked with me was named Dennis and he was very knowledgeable about the products and service plans. Dennis answered my questions, expeditiously resolved issues, and directed me to the phone that worked best for me. I highly recommend AT&T on Overland Avenue for your telecommunication needs.

Amazing service! today I realized what these people at the store go through. A husky guy named Christopher was being yelled at by a customer, he explained that he would help her when the manager was in store the next day. I believe the manager was gone for the day. She kept yelling and disrespecting him and his coworkers. When he got to us he apologized for the situation, proceeded to give us excellent service after the fact. We loved his energy and what he did for us today. Thank you Christopher, for your time and kindness
The worst customer service by RICHARD CUADROS and his colleague CHRISTOPHER CANCGO They refused to solve the problem and said the manager is not there? I showed up at 5.45pm...and the manager is supposed to work till 6pm but left early? Then a girl chimes in he went to a meeting and starts lying? So now I have to come back tomorrow? The worst part is both Richard and Christopher did not take the time to listen to the problem, look at anything I had and come up with a solution together? They just started saying nothing can be done. So ...not even a call to your manager because he left early?The fact that they did not even offer to call the manager for a solution or call the call centre was not right.I ended up standing around and calling the call centre and the call never went through?I called the ATnT call centre and no luck as well the business centre is closed?Worst customer service.So glad I am with T Mobile and NOT ATnT, horrible customer service. If they cannot reach a manager to solve a problem then that’s a terrible way to treat a customer. Christopher obviously does not know the meaning of policies and guidelines and the manager clearly needs to give them guidelines on what to do if he decides to take off early? The call centre asked me to come to the store and the store sends me back to the call centre? Where was the manager is what I would like to know? And what if the manager calls sick tomorrow or takes off early again? Do they really think we have to run around when they made the error and we are the paying customers? Why did the manager not have an assistant manager on site with the codes granted to waive costs? Why did Richard and Christopher not offer to call the call centre themselves instead of giving me the run around? They finally just walked away and did nothing? I have Never ever experienced this type of situation in customer service before. Richard Cuadros just kept repeating himself about policies, and Christopher said “nothing I can do without the manager” ? So why is the store running without a manager if customers cannot be served?And since when do customer service associates not have a back up plan in place?
Great experience at this store! I felt very welcoming. Eve was a sweets heart. She welcomed we very professionally from the start. I had a pretty big issue with my account. I attempted to call customer service multiple times to correct my bill discrepancy but I couldn’t get anywhere. I should’ve just came into this store for help to begin with. Hilare got involved in the situation and together with Eve, they were able to resolve my issue. I loved them, they were supper kind and help full. Now I now who I need to come to if I ever have issues in the future. :) I didn’t get that experience with customer service.

Had the best experience EVER dealing with phone drama here today. Oscar was incredibly helpful with filing a claim for my stolen phone. I came in simply for a SIM card to put in an old phone until I could figure out what to do, but he went above and beyond. He actually found out I was covered through AT&T’s insurance plan when my AppleCare claim process was not working and no Apple representatives would help me with it. Made my life so much easier. Thank you!!!
Stephanie assisted us in switching my phone from Spectrum back to ATT, which is the carrier I had for decades. She is amazing and it wasn’t a simple transfer and we appreciated the extra effort she gave us. She also was able to answer questions and solve issues after we left the store. She is very knowledgeable, patient and has a wonderful personality. So happy to be back with ATT and the excellent customer service.

Had so many problems with calling to to ATT corporate. Desperate I went into this store and met a young man who what customer service is. Timetris was excellent in every way. He was kind considerate and really understood that corporate was treating a longtime customer unfairly. I can not say enough about him as he is the only reason I didn’t switch carriers today.

Had a great experience at AT&T Culver City. The store was clean and helped me feel safe in this time of COVID. The associate, Daisy, was super patient and had a great attitude. She answered all of my questions and help me set up a new account and even helped me pick out the best accessories for my mom’s new phone, since she has very specific needs. Eve is the worst person ever. My family and I were there for almost six hours last saturday. She gave us false information and now we went back to this AT&T and now other workers are telling us everything she gave us including prices was false information. This is unacceptable behavior and this should not go without any consequence. We will take this further with corporation.

My visit to this location was superb, the customer service I received from Daisy was easy, breezy and beautiful. I felt hesitant to switch over to AT&T as I had been a loyal customer with Cricket wireless for years; but the offer on a brand new iPhone when I switched over was out of this world! The process was simple and all of my questions were answered gracefully as they came along. Shoutout the staff here! I felt safe and sound especially during this rollercoaster of a pandemic we’re living in.
Not to mention the worst possible scams with the plans but also Unprofessional, untrained staff. Makes you wait in line for more than an hour despite of an appointment. Staff stays unoccupied inside the store while the customers wait outside for the longest period of time for a simple 2 minutes task.
I visited the store with the expectation of a typical poor experience at a phone store and left with a huge smile on my face. I was knocked away at how professional, efficient and team oriented this location was. I was helped by both Carlos and Sal and I can confidently say, I have not had such an amazing customer service experience in a long time. Both of these guys listened to what my concerns were and I went from being upset to laughing. Sal explained everything to me and did so with a smile on his face. I had to drive a bit out of my way but I would do it again if I ever need to physically go into the store. During a time that is so stressful in this world, I am so glad there are good people like Sal and Carlos serving on the front lines.

I was helped by Juan and while the process to changing phones, upgrading, and getting a better overall plan takes time, Juan was as efficient as he could be. He helped with decreasing my overall bill, telling me about plans that I didnt know I had along with a new phone upgrade and free apple watch. Had a great overall experience.
OMG! So I came to the AT&T store in Culver City. Ya girl Eve took excellent care of me from the beginning to end. If you want above and beyond service make sure you see Eve! Overall the other staff was welcoming and nice, but Eve was exceptional!!
