This is the most fraudulent establishment in Los Angeles. We were quoted 1495 for a transmission repair and my sister over the course of a long winded debate with the most nasty unhelpful unempathizing owner, who operates a chain of shops, added additional charges to our quote and called the police to retain the vehicle until it was paid.Long story short, the car operates in even worse condition now and we made a complaint to the credit card company to withdraw the payment. They wont return the portion cash we paid because [she] just wont and told us asking for money was us being rude because labor had been performed for a total of 950The mechanic told us he did 5 hours of labor at 90/hr and now we can even get the difference back on that. The receipt isnt itemized and theres literally no one here who cares that for all this my sister still doesnt have an operating vehicle 1800 later.Dont not patronize this shop. Do it yourself. But please before you come in need of auto repairs consider that they do not have the customers best interest at heart and have even asked that for us to get the car back we remove reviews left on different sites!!! Lorena is a thief and and the mechanics are drones who repeat whatever she says. Please please please avoid at all costs.
