I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the staff. I needed to transfer a title and get the registration done on my car, and it made me wonder why I ever used the DMV for such things. Ill always do it this way from now on.

This office is the worst customer service including the Manager Emily. Lack of professionalism. The front agent has better skills and outstanding communication skills. How sad this office used to so great and pleasant to work.

AAA offers a great service. What makes this office difficult is the high volume of customers coupled with insufficient number of employees. The wait was 2 1/2 hours when I went. DMV actually takes less time.

Checked in for insurance and sat waiting. Watched crowds of people come and go and there i sat. I finally decided to go to a different location with better reviews because I felt hopeless at this location. I went back to the person who checked me in and who I had been sitting across the entire time. She had no idea who I was, asked if I was checked in already then said you are not Jose. I was so disgusted. I will never go to this location again and am reconsidering why I pay for AAA services.

Every time I come to this location, I always receive great service. I like to come here for DMV services since I despise going to the actual DMV. I always get what I need and the wait is not that bad. It’s definitely longer now because of the pandemic but if you get there a little before they open to start lining up or right when they open, you won’t have to wait too long.

The receptionist was very rude I came back 3+ times the first time I waited in line for almost 2 hours just to be told that they couldn’t help me because they close at 5 and the next time they told me they could not help me because the registration was suspended and then they finally told me that in order to surrender the plates that I needed my partner to be there. I speak and understand Spanish more and they told me every single time that there was someone that spoke Spanish that could help me so that my partner did not have to come inside as well. I find it very discriminatory that everyone else that spoke English fluently came and went while I seemed to be pushed to the side. PLEASE DO BETTER!

5 starts to Rosie Olloqui. I was visiting this location for DMV services, Rosie stand up like a boss and started my process and paperwork. She is very knowledgeable and right away you can tell she knows what shes doing. Definitely a great asset to this company!! 👏

There was no line to get in and all of the staff members were helpful. I went for an International Driving Permit (IDP) prior to my trip and it was seamless.

I just got vaccinated and luckily just in time to register my car. AAA did a great job to keep the public safe with a line outside limited amount of people to enter the building and while in side had a sign for disinfected pens 🖊️ hand disinfectant and plexy glass dividers. The personnel is always helpful and courteous. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Went there to deal with some DMV paperwork. They have all the covid-19 safety protocols in place. The staff is very attentive and despite there being 5-6 people in line, they were able to get to everyone quickly. Ample parking in back.

This was such an easy process. If you have AAA, they do out of state registrations for CA and while there was a bit of a wait, there is someone outside helping people on the line fill out their paperwork while they wait. The employees at this place are super efficient and friendly. So happy to be a AAA member after this experience. Thanks Wanda!

Went to get placard. Took no more than 15 minutes. In and out with placard in hand! If I had gone to DMV would have waited hours and placard would have taken 2-3 weeks to receive....thanks AAA!

They were so instantly helpful! I had a weird situation because of a screw up from thr DMV, and they were polite and quick to help me get it fixed. (Honestly, Id not dealt with the problem for way longer than Inshould have, because I didnt want to deal with the DMV, so I was thrilled when I found out they could help me.) Id highly recommend them, and intend to go back. They also seemed to be doing great with Covid safety.

Safety protocols were great. Checked in away from the door. Wait in line before a team member comes to get you at the door. Everything is 6 feet away. Rosie was very helpful and sweet. Cash or check only.

Dont believe them when they tell you you can come to the office to get something taken care of. Make sure they have as much information as possible before letting them tell you to come in. I waited an hour and a half in line after calling to verify they could take care of my issue only for them to tell me I have to go to the DMV instead.

Time performance, the thing that most people think is why they do their auto registration business through AAA, was WAY below average... I waited for more than 3 hours.I cant really knock them for that, though; COVID-19 related Social Distancing mandates cut their crew to about a third or less of normal.The person behind the counter who handled my car registration task was both efficient at it, and quite personable.

Wow! I literally call in to just to get a quote. A male rep asks for my address after a long and awkward silence. I gave him my zip code and said that I didn’t want to give out personal information I’m just shopping around and he automatically hangs up on me. I guess AAA has never had anyone shop for insurance. Well AAA, it’s a thing that people do, so get with the program.

Waited outdoors for 2 hours. Maybe Mondays are extra busy.

Checked in with my phone #, immediately get a text saying my wait time will be ZERO minutes. There were 8 people in line & now, after 30 mins, there are 6 - and thats because 1 guy left! This MIGHT be worse than the DMV...Ive been to many AAA offices over the years & never had to wait more than 10 minutes for anything! Seriously, do you only have 1 person working?Im giving you 15 more minutes...

Great customer service and excellent insurance rates. I was able to save over $200 on auto insurance (bundled my car and motorcycle) so I highly recommend stopping by and just getting an insurance quote, its free and can save you money!

Despite paying the annual membership fee, I had to replace the card because it was past the renewal date (📅) because my uncle mailed the letters to me this month. The new one will arrive at his place in a few days.

In light of everything related to modifying operations during this Pandemic, AAA is still doing one heck of a job. The wait might be a little longer but they get the job done.

Terrible. No one will answer the phone! After being forced to go through a long, impersonal phone tree you are met at the end with the lame excuse... “Because of COVID 19 no one is available to take your call.” Then they hang up on you. What does COVID 19 have to do with ANSWERING A PHONE? Nothing. Employees could easily be doing that remotely. Instead, by operating in such a way, AAA is INSISTING their members come in person to their office have basic questions answered which is MUCH more problematic than having their employees actually answer the phone. Makes no sense. What’s my AAA membership worth if I CAN’T GET SERVICE? Not much! Not renewing this year.

I am always pleased with AAA. The reason I did not give a 5 was because I went earlier and I had to register and come back 2 plus hrs later.

I need to get my international drivers license for my trip to Bali and these guys were so helpful! The process was quick, smooth, and easy. I was in and out fast and had a couple of great conversations with staff along the way. They were able to take my passport photos on the spot and I was able to walk out with my new international drivers license in hand. Great experience.

I was served the wrong drink. I asked for a mocha frappe. And she gave me a caramel frappe and I dislike Carmel. But I was running late so I took it anyways. She wasnt very friendly I wish I would have gotten her name. Very disappointed. And the frappe was melty and so was the whipped cream. Not a good day

This location offers great customer service and very friendly people. While trying to change our Minnesota car plates to Cali plates, we were frustrated to find out we didn’t have all the necessary paperwork (after waiting about 45 minutes) and would have to come back a second time. Thankfully we had worked with Wanda, who told us that she’d remember us and to just skip the line and come directly to her when we were able to come back. A few weeks later, we returned and she welcomed us immediately at her desk so we could wrap up the plating process. Wanda is the best!

Service is very slow. Theres a guy at the door greeting customers but hes kind of rude. He needs to chill. I think hes name is Kevin or something. Other than that, Id say pretty average service.

Wanda Allen helped me she was courteous, helpful, friendly, she went the extra mile, wonderful personality. I highly recommend her when you go to the office Culver City location I would like to give her management company gratitude for hiring such a wonderful person.

If you do not use AAA think about it. I do my registration here. Which is very convenient. They are always helpful for your car insurance. Great service excellent prices. If you have road difficulties just give AAA a ring. This office is close to my house.

This is a great alternative to the long lines at the DMV and everyone is very kind. They took extreme precautions for social distancing which I appreciated.

Terrible service and a complete waste of time. I went there thinking it was going to be better and faster the DMV but it was actually a hundred times worse. The people I had The misfortune of dealing with at this location were very rude and didnt have any basic customer service skills. The person who sold me the car insurance charged my credit card for a homeowners insurance policy without even telling me about it. When I noticed the extra charge I went back and questioned her but she lied in my face saying that she had told me about it which was actually a complete lie because I already have a homeowners insurance with Farmers. It has been three weeks since then and I still havent gotten a refund. But the worst part was dealing with the DMV agent who was a complete a-hole for lack of a better word. Next time Im going straight to the DMV rather than dealing with incompetent and entitled people who dont want to do the job they get paid for. If youre going to get an insurance policy at this location make sure you check the invoices so that theres not any unwanted secret charges and if you have any problems with the DMV agents dont even waste your time with them and quickly demand to talk to a supervisor, but dont expect any respectful treatment because even the person who claims to be the branch manager does not seem well trained for the job.

Nice. Fast. Helpful. They need to uodae their extended RV policy since it typically take 3 to 6 hours for EMERGENCY road side assistance but very useful other than that. I will be returning.

I don’t normally leave reviews buttttt.... This was by far the most pleasant registration/title transfer I’ve ever had. I believe the gentlemen I dealt with was named Ron, couldn’t say better things about the experience he provided, he was very thorough, patient and willing to help me with questions I had. 100% would party with Ron and also use this establishment again for any similar DMV services in an effort to avoid that hell hole

They were packed crazy busy but they were very fast at getting you in-and-out and very pleasant to deal with
