Good shop but they’re hard to get a hold of since changed owners.

After forgetting to replace the rear set of brake pads on my car, we left their shop with a new wheel hub problem which we were told about the following day. The mechanic intentionally loosened 3 of 4 wheel hub bolts on the rear passenger side and wanted to charge over 500 dollars to fix this problem THEY created. Do not come here

I know Mr. Mamoun and Abdullah for more than 6 years. They are really nice and friendly people. As for their auto repair service, I am blessed to have met them. You always have this ‘fear’ and ‘skepticism’ of being ripped off by auto repair places because they are the expert and you are not; whatever they tell you, goes. But, knowing them personally, I can assure everyone that they are 100% honest and will not play any games with you, overcharge you or cheat you in any way.This is the reason I drive more than 17 miles from Reseda to Culver City, because I know they won’t rip me off. In fact, they give me discount for being a loyal customer.
