Just completed major preventative maintenance and some repairs - very clean shop and Grigor has amazing attention to detail. I brought my vehicle in for an ECU tune and Gregor is an incredibly knowledgeable technician. Its a small shop but they are very busy but also very attentive to their clients. Finding a good Audi tech is like finding a doctor. When you find a good one you stay with them. I have to drive 75+ miles but the service is absolutely worth the time and piece of mind!

It was time for one of the major services for my car. As I had previously been to Bestiale before and had a great experience, I did not hesitate to contact them again. I had sent multiple quote requests to various shops but most of them either did not respond to my request or they did not know the specific requirements for my service. Bestiale, on the other hand, was SUPER responsive and they knew EXACTLY what I needed to get done. I had an intermediate inspection including engine oil and filter replacement, drive/serpentine belt, all wheel drive clutch oil, front differential oil, dust and pollen filter, air intake pre-filter, brake fluid replacement and all prescribed checks by the factory with genuine/OE Porsche parts on my 2014 Porsche 911 (991) Turbo. They were transparent throughout the entire process and I knew exactly what I was paying for. They also picked up my car since I was within their pickup radius, which was very convenient. Found Bestiale on Audi forum and very pleased. Initially had a complete inspection done and then tackled some issues that were found. I found out about Bestiale while I was looking for a near by GIAC tuner that can update my GIAC Stage 1+ 997.2tt 580HP on my Porsche.I contacted Bestiale and spoke with Grigor. From the first Hello on the phone to the See you soon leaving the shop, Grigor and his partner /office assistant were so professional and courteous. I was quoted the best price for the tune update and even though it took way longer to do the update I was still charged the same reasonable price quoted. Griogor treated my unicorn Porsche like the unicorn it is and made sure that everything was functioning and checked before the car left the shop. He test drove the car to make sure the car is running without any issues after the tune. This is not a shop where someone you dont know will be doing the work on your car. This is the shop where the owner Griogor is the one doing the work on your car and the one communicating with you . Even though I was at the shop only once I can tell that this man take pride in his work and strives to deliver the best possible standards. I would definitely be going back for future work when needed knowing that my pride and joy is the best hands around.

Let me start off by saying Grigor is one of the kindest and hardest working people I’ve ever met. I went to Bestiale today to find a solution to removing the clutch delay valve on my 2014 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro Manual. Grigor went above and beyond to help me find information about the clutch delay valve we’re currently working on finding a way to remove it. He took time out of his busy schedule to drive the car with me and feel it for himself. I definitely recommend Bestiale for any modifications or maintenance you may need on your Audi or other German car!

I recently got some major work done on my car at Bestiale. Grigor, the owner, even found a broken valve spring that the techs at Audi had missed. Grigor is extremely passionate about working on these German beauties. His attention to detail was beyond anything I have seen since getting out of the military. He also has integrity, which to me is the most valuable quality in a person. I will be a lifelong customer.

Grigor did fine work on my supercharged 2012 Audi R8. I had the intake ports carbon cleaned with walnut shells and liquid solvent, factory specified 35k/4th year maintenance, installed carbon fiber engine trim panel, replaced the supercharger belt, replaced the brake fluid with StopTech STR600 high-performance fluid and installed a custom made carbon fiber and Alcantara wrapped F1 style steering wheel. This was a lot of work as the supercharger complicated the process, but Grigor made sure that everything was done right and was communicative throughout the whole time he had my car.Its clear he takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about the make/models he specializes in.I wouldnt hesitate to bring my R8 back to Bestiale.

Took in my S5 for service, Grigor treated my car as if it was his own.In addition to service he inflated to correct tire pressure and adjusted what needed to be adjusted without me even asking.Nicest most honest people in the car service biz. Ill definably be back.

Mechanic was nice initially. I took the car in for an inspection for a used car I had bought recently, to be checked out while it was still in the return period. Bestiale said it was completely fine and had no issues. Keep in mind this was a $400+ inspection, so I trusted his word that there were no issues. Shortly after driving the car for a bit I noticed a few noises like from the A/C humming slightly when it was on, or the shocks squeaking when going over speed bumps. I thought these were minor issues that werent indicative of any major problems, maybe just a lube job for the shocks at my next oil change or something. I was wrong to trust Bestiale.Around 7,000 miles later at my next oil change I went to another shop, and ask them to check out these noises. I get a call later that day that the shocks issue was minor and just needed some lube, but that my A/C compressor was failing which was the noise that its been making for the past few months, and would need replacement down the line(costing $2000). I messaged Bestiale about this big issue that they missed, and they would not take responsibility, saying that it was not present during the inspection, but I was welcome to have it repaired at their shop. Even with the discount they offered it was more than other shops. After much emailing back and forth it was clear that Grigor was not going to help me at all or even meet me halfway in the cost of the repairs. He seemed adamant that he found no issues with the car at the time of inspection that he did not make any mistakes, and that I was the one that was in the wrong and that the responsibility of the car was entirely mine.I believe they either werent diligent enough to discover the issue initially, or they werent willing to take any responsibility for their mistake.Nice guy, but wouldnt trust him with diagnostic or figuring out car issues.

I had an S-tronic transmission fault diagnosed by Bestiale caused by the mechatronic circuit boards with genuine/OE Audi parts and information on my 2011 Audi S4. Great service and communication about costs. Bestiale was a friends referral, so I was trusting that it would work out- it did. I had my A5 serviced for 65K. The quote from the Audi dealership was double the price and I did not feel very comfortable with the staff at the dealership. They gave me the impression they didnt care if I went with them or not. I am very glad I went with Bestiale. They offered a pick up and drop off service for my location- which was an added bonus for me. They were pleasant and genuinely friendly. They gave me an overview of other maintenance on a timeline indicating immediate attention or could wait. Grigor is exceptional in how he details problems with your car and how much it will cost in parts and labor. His easy going, friendly demeanor is infectious. He might not be the cheapest mechanic for serious repairs in a city as big as Los Angeles, as you generally have to pay for quality. But if you want a specialist in VW, Audi and Porsche vehicles and who is passionate about excellent service, Grigors team at Bestiale is a truly great choice.

Update from last review since I can’t take it down. My check engine light never went off even after replacing my entire radiator with no cracks or leaks, about $500. I had a 3 day grace period where things were fine, and now the check engine light is back on. I went back in and had it “fixed” and yet the light came back on again. Sometimes cars need to be driven to find out what’s going on however, does it need to be driven that much if you know what you’re doing?THEEEN my brake caliper needed to be replaced adding more and more to my bill when I just wanted to fix a check engine light and fix the current issue to see if it was necessary. Now Whenever I turn my heat or ac in I can hear it making a spinning noise which never was the case before, my car is starting to feel rough when I drive it, I went back and tried to trust with the check engine light and I don’t have a ton of days to leave my car as I have a job and can do about a day or two maybe 3. I’m sad this didn’t work out how I thought, I don’t know what’s correct but the 3 other mechanics and car heads I’ve spoken with thought all of this sounded very funny and unnecessary but I don’t have time or money to support when I’ve been to other places and mechanics that off the bat knew if there’s no leak or crack in a radiator to check other things. I’ve spent over $1,200 here and don’t feel good about it. Very nice folks but I don’t think I’ll be back I’m sorry. More than 2/3 times going back with the same issue. I’ve been had. Going to European auto Hause in Pasadena to try to fix the problem of the check engine light. Do your research folks, triple check around and compare before your bill continues to build and the problem get worse.I have a volkswagen gti and I did not know how hard it is to find a shop outside of the VW dealership that know vw or willing to take them here around the Culver City area. Bestiale without a blink had a confidence in taking a look at my car with the check engine light on. It was great! They made me feel very comfortable, welcomed and did not take advantage giving me the truth including time to decide on my know with no pushing. I’m so glad to have found them! Now I have a honest place to take my car to as the Valvoline places have always over topped off my oil among not telling me correctly about the different fluids that could be very damaging to my engine. I’m taking my car in for a radiator replacement and they have been very open about pricing and giving me options and got me in quickly. Went in for my 30k/3yr factory scheduled maintenance on my 17 VW Golf R. Grigor offered such a great price, as well as friendly/fast service for changing the engine oil and filter, Haldex clutch/coupling oil replacement, doing safety checks and brake fluid replacement/bleed. Car feels like new now! Plus he gave it a nice wash before handing it off to me. If you have a VW, this is a must go to for maintenance!

Excellent service, easy appointment, and they answered their phone on my first call to sched my 45K mile service. Bottom line: Avoid the Audi Dealerships Service departments as they are a pure RIP off. Audi of Beverly Hills quoted me $395.00 for the 45K (minor) service. This is an oil and filter change, check brake pads and brake fluid, and inspect tires for tread thickness. Bestiale Service cost was $91.91, with tax, and a car wash for the 45K (minor) service. I highly recommend this service shop for you Audi or VW. They use the proper specifications motor oil. My 2013 Audi A4 2.0T us very happy this morning running like new!

This was by far the best experience I have had with auto shops. I had just hit the 70K mileage mark so needed to take my car in for the usual scheduled maintenance. I have a strong fear going to auto shops since I have little knowledge of cars and automatically assume I am going to be ripped off, but the moment I arrived here, I felt I was in good hands.My car hadnt been serviced in a while so I was definitely prepared for a costly bill. However, Grigor could not have been more awesome and understanding about it. Not only was he in constant communication (through texts or calls) with me, but he sent an email categorizing the findings by priority (critical, important, small). This is definitely helpful if you are on a budget and cant afford doing everything in one shot. The shop also offers less expensive parts instead of the usual dealership parts which can be very costly. He provided great detail and answered any questions I had.All in all - I had my rear brake shoes replaced, scheduled maintenance with engine oil and filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, transmission oil pan, gasket, fluid and filter replaced, passenger door window diagnosed/fixed, according to all factory VW specifications on my 2012 VW Jetta. I searched through many reviews and forums to find a independent mechanic for my recently purchased 2006 Bentley Continental GT. I am so glad I found Bestiale to service my vehicle. I purchased the car sight unseen with only a brief inspection from a third party since the vehicle was purchased out of state. I had the car shipped directly to the Bestiale’s shop. From the onset Grigor and Iliyana were so helpful in coordinating with the carrier and being flexible to accept the delivery. Their communication with me was very clear and consistent, which is something rare in any industry. I wanted them to inspect the entire car. Grigor offered me several options with varying levels of service and prices. They helped me choose which service was best for me and my budget.We decided to have the 12th year maintenance performed which included transmission oil replacement, spark plugs, air filters, dust and pollen filter, brake hoses, brake fluid, checks and lubrication of many components with Bentley genuine or quality OEM parts. In addition the following repairs were also done: damaged fuel lines replaced, complex electrical/computer problem diagnosed which caused battery drain/damage, starter and main battery replacement, fixed battery mounting and venting problems, transmission oil pan gasket leak and a number of other smaller problems on my Bentley Continental GT. They also replaced my EGT sensor which was causing a false overheating warning.As with any major overhaul/inspection a few things came up that were not foreseen. Grigor and lliyana were very upfront with what was going on with the car and the costs that would be involved with each step of the repair. At no time did I feel pressured into doing unnecessary repairs nor did I feel in the dark about what was going on with the car. I have had many experiences with shops where they do not tell you what is going on with the car, no updates and no progress. Bestiale just opened recently and I had the pleasure of coming in for my 75k mile maintenance, including oil change, as well as replacing all brake pads and a brake fluid flush. Grigor, owner and tech, did a VERY thorough job with my Audi RS4 -- walking me through everything in great detail. Grigor is very experienced, honest, and courteous. He even took care of other little things like my faulty tail lights. One very nice bonus was being able to use the S4 loaner -- made the process very painless. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle in for any service or upgrades...youre in great hands!Update:I recently got ECU power supply and starter relays replaced, along with exhaust system and an air intake system check with high quality genuine OE parts and supplies for my 2007 Audi RS4. Yet again another great experience with Bestiale!!! Brought my B8A4 in for its 100k service and Grigor took great care of my car per usual! I got the Audi factory maintenance done including engine oil and filter change, dust and pollen filter change, sunroof clean and lubricated, brake fluid replacement, timing chain tensioner check. He found a few issues that may arise in the future but overall, a great 100k service outcome.ALWAYS great service when I drop my car off at Bestiale. I was flying back to NY the weekend I dropped it off and Grigor and Iliyana worked with me to figure out a solution to getting my car back to me. It was driven back to my apartment and safely tucked away in the garage while I was still in New York. GREAT SERVICE!!!10/10 would reccomend Bestiale for your German needs. I recently moved to California after finishing a road trip from DC to Seattle to Los Angeles. My little 2007 VW Beetle took quite a beating. I took it into Bestiale in response to a check engine light, and Grigor changed the spark plugs and ignition coils, which were shot. He also changed the brake fluid, checked the transmission oil level, and did a tire rotation. Grigor was super transparent about his work and fixed everything in almost no time. He also dropped my car off at my workplace after which saved me a taxi ride. It was great value for great service!

When I got my car back it felt so tight and new feeling, the suspension and brakes performed fantastic. So much so i went 20 minutes the wrong way down the 5 freeway before I realized I passed my exit. Ha ! I got my car’s suspension lowered with Bilstein coilover kit PSS9, front and rear slotted and dimpled EBC Brakes discs, EBC Brakes Red Stuff sports brake pads, maintenance on my car, Haldex clutch oil change, differential oil change, rear lid struts replacement, air bag warning light diagnosis and service, polyurethane bushing replacements for the front struts, stabilizer bar and engine mount, wheel bearing and housing replacement, and all was done with genuine Audi factory parts and fluids Audi TT”. I took in my Golf TDI to Grigor with very specific needs. VW was buying back my vehicle but I had to return it in running condition, unfortunately the car had a catastrophic break-down the day before I had my appointment to return it.Grigor took his time to understand my exact requirements (bare minimum to get it running) and helped me find cost savings at every possible decision point. He was very detailed in outlining all the options with clear estimates for each.Overall I would highly recommend contacting Grigor if youre looking for a reliable, reasonable, and highly proficient mechanic!

While I havent had the pleasure of using Bestiales services so far, I am sure that this company delivers 110%. I have known Grigor (the head honcho) for more than a decade. I cannot express enough how awesome Bestiale was to work with! My car died out of the blue a 6 pm on National Blvd on a weekday. I immediately pull over, google VW repair shop and found these guys. Gave them a call and Grigor was nothing buy friendly, welcoming and professional. He met my tow guy at 10 PM (!!!!) to receive my car. The next day I received a call from him by noon with a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my car. He had already sent me a super detailed list of everything the car needs and priorities of each. I was not only blown away but the level of attention to my car, me as a customer, but the email he sent me with everything broken down. Mechanics are rarely professional, nevermind email savvy, detailed, diligent and focused! WOW!!!!! Grigor helped me set up a plan for my 2002 VW Cabrio in order of importance. I have never received such incredible service ALL around at an Audi mechanic. I have taken my 2010 S4 to several shops in the LA area, and I have never been as satisfied as I am with Grigor from Bestiale LLC. Taking customer service to new heights with his consistent communication and thorough breakdown of services. I was educated on all aspects of my car while it was in Grigors hands, he truly went above and beyond!Grigor is a skilled engineer with an acute attention to detail that far surpasses any other shops. My car was in for a rather complicated transmission repair, and Grigor took the time to FULLY inspect my vehicle front to back, notifying me of other issues / points of interest as he performed his repairs.
