I worked with Paula to get a new IPhone 11 Pro Max and I love it! My experience was quick and easy and she got me in and out of there. She explained everything throughly and was patient when I had questions. I would recommend anyone to see Paula to get a new phone!

I have a great customer service but I have to complaint about how long it takes for a person to get in to get what they need done and how the system works. There needs to be a proper line system that way people dont have to remember who they r behind kind of like being in a restaurant when u a buzzer. Other then that issue I love the service I get. And I love my note 8!!

Good service, good people, only fault is if you try to call the store they wont answer. Ive called 4 times, it will take 5-10 minutes to answer. when they do answer they wont say anything, and they just hang up after a minute. Ive been hung up on every time i call and if i say hello a couple times no one answers and they proceed to hang up. Not very pleased.

Nicole Yopp is an amazing sales associate! We went in to see about switching cell phone providers.. Not only did she beat the price but she took the time to help us get exactly what we wanted. She was supposed to be off when we walked in and she stayed until 8 two hours past to help us AND it was her anniversary. I would recommend her, her co workers and this store to everyone I know !
