Juan was the most helpful person I’ve ever had. He did everything in his power to get me the service I needed. He really deserves a raise. I don’t know the names of the other men in the store but they all worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my service. I’m also going back to get an upgrade on my phone.
I made a payment of $1000 with gift cards and couple days later they reversed the charges and put the money back on the gift card to buy through my gift card away. I have called management I called AT&T and I’ve gotten no help don’t use AT&T
I would give AT and T a 0 as a whole. From the moment we walked in, we were being misled. Our bills have consistently been anywhere from 70 to 150 dollars above what we agreed upon. We were called liars. When we spent hours on the phone and got no where, we called the store and spoke to the manager. She told us she did not have time to deal with this, and we were stuck waiting on customer service. Rexord your conversations and any interactions. We are still, months later, fighting everyone and spending hours on the phone to simply pay the correct amount.We are considering our options as far as action against the company. Be wary and proceed with caution. We thought it was great, until we realized what was actually going on. All we want is to pay the agreed upon amount on a monthly basis and get the service due to us without spending hours on the phone every month.
The agent was very nice with my partner and with me, he clarified all the doubts that we had even helped us to clarify doubts with the telephone insurance, we are very satisfied with his attention
I went there to activate a phone purchased at Walmart. It took a little time but they did it. Quite satisfied with the assistance received.
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T on 5 Oct 2020. Biggest cell phone mistake of my life. I was helped by the store manager, Danielle, and was given a lot of empty promises that AT&T corporate did not corroborate. I was told the AT&T plan would save me money from what I was paying T-Mobile. A flat out lie. I was paying $25 per line with my fourth line being free with T-Mobiles unlimited military plan. Danielle informed me, with all the discounts and credits, I would only be paying $15 a line with AT&T. That was a flat out lie also, and AT&T corporate told me no plan existed at this price point. I was told 2 of my four lines I brought over from T-Mobile would get $1000 credit per phone for upgrading to a Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. I selected Galaxy A71s for the other two lines and was told those phones were free with the plan. My first bill from AT&T was $842!!!! Obviously a HUGE mistake. The store manager, who processed my transfer to AT&T, set up my account as four separate accounts instead of one account with three additional lines. After I alerted her to this, she claims it was a system glitch that caused the four separate accounts to be created. I am not buying that excuse and consider it a flat-out lie too. Additionally, I did not receive the $1000 credit for the Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. I found out today, I only received $800 credit per phone and I am on an installment plan for the A71s! Which were supposed to be free. Over the last 2 months I have gone back and forth between the store and AT&T customer service. I have gone to the store 5 times and have spoken with 2 separate departments at AT&T corporate on a total of 8 phone calls. Over the course of 2 months, I have been told by the store to call AT&T corporate to fix my billing issues and corporate has told me the store would have to fix the issues as it was their mistake. This is NOT the level of customer service I expected from one of the countrys largest mobile phone providers. Needless to say I have reached the limitations of my patience with AT&T and will probably be switching back to T-Mobile. To switch back to T-Mobile, I was told I would have to pay-off my phones for a total of $3403.28 before AT&T would unlock my phones to switch carriers. This is important to anyone reading this on how serious I am. I am willing to pay $3403.28 out of pocket to get away from AT&T and go back to T-Mobile!! That is how disgusted I am on how I have been lied to and treated throughout this debacle. One last note. If you are planning to switch to AT&T, I highly suggest you avoid working with this branch. Especially the store manager. It is a franchise, not a corporate store, so their level of care once you sign over goes to zero.
I’ve been with this company for 2 years I only deal with this location they are professional and courteous, fantastic customer service they always take me and family every time we go there I highly recommend this location for all your needs.

I had an “Invalid Sim” issue and the E-Sim had stopped working on my iPad. Miquel was able to easily assist me with my issue by inserting an external sim and updating everything in the system, and worked like a charm. 👍👍
I ordered a new phone on line at At&T because my daughters Iphone SE was broken and unrepairable. After waiting for several days I was notified that the phone wouldnt ship out for 1 month. I had an Iphone 4S that I upgraded from 2 months ago that was in good working condition. I wanted to use it for her service until the new phone arrived. The AT&T tech on the phone was VERY helpful. The sims card from the SE was the wrong size and wouldnt fit the 4S and the card had already been used or burnt in and couldnt be reactivated. He made notes on my account about the problem and told me to go to the AT&T store and they could issue a new sims card and setup the phone at no charge to me. Well after 10 seconds in this store a very rude young woman with a tatoo on her neck seemed to just want to tell me how wrong I was about what I was told by the AT&T tech. I dont know how many times I was told that the card was going to cost $5.35 and even if the card was installed the phone wouldnt work any way as it was too old! Extremely rude and in my face many times as I was told that this wasnt a corporate store and those tech guys dont know what they talking about and there would be the $5.35 charge. I said ok, install the new card and I would pay the $5.35. She got the card installed it in the 4S as she insured me it still wont work, something about 3G or some other problem. She then tapped on a few keys of her computer and asked if I wanted to pay with cash or credit card! I asked if the phone was working assuming she had activated it and I was again rudely told that she was right and the phone didnt work as she told me because was to old. I asked her to put in the old card and I would take it to the corporate store in Omaha. She again was extremely rude and told me I just cost her store $5.35 ! As I was leaving her store I was told several times that she was done with me and rudely kept saying she was done with me and that she had a witness to my demands. Well after the 20 minute drive to Omaha and a total of 14 minutes being helped by a real professional customer service tech, the phone worked just as the AT&T tech said it would and the charges were waved. Someone at the 3701 Metro Dr. Council Bluffs store needs to be retrained or just simply fired!
I’ve been with AT&T for about 15 years. I activated my service while in active duty. I’ve paused my service during 4 overseas deployments, not one of the AT&T reps I spoke with asked if I wanted to put my account under a military account which would save me money.I believe she was the manager, she had a tattoo on her right wrist. She was extremely helpful, called other stores to get exactly what I needed. She didn’t try and sell me something she had just to get my business over with. She listened and got what I wanted and then some.
I didn’t even know the store was here in Council Bluffs. Danielle was so helpful and friendly. We had 4 phones to port numbers over and get set-up and it was the easiest transaction I’ve ever done at a cell phone store! And she helped us with information on Direct TV and Century Link. The store manager, Danielle, was AMAZING! She was super helpful, and took great care of us. We had so many problems on our account, and she was able to fix everything. Danielle went above and beyond, and helped entertain my daughter while we were waiting on the phone with customer service. I give her more than 5 stars!!
Every time we come to the AT&T store in Council Bluffs, Danielle, store manager always greets us with a smile and willing to help! Danielle is kind & patient! Danielle knows the business! We are most appreciative to know when we have a question, problem or just need to learn something, we will be helped!! Mercedes, another worker is always helpful and friendly as well!! Ive been to this store twice since it opened back in October 2015. The first time there was only two people working. It took the one person three hours to get my one cell phone upgraded. The second time was today. I went in the store at 10:15, there was only one person working with another not due in until 11. That one person was with a customer and there was customers waiting ahead of us. The person working did not acknowledge mine or the other peoples presence. I understand that he was with another customer but having been in sales myself the normal, polite, and professional thing would have been for him to say to the customer he was with one moment sir then without having to get up or walk away from the customer he was working with say to the people walking in Good morning! Im the only person working right now. I will be with you as soon as I can! Im sorry for any inconvenience I had to interrupt him with the customer he was with to get him to acknowledge our presence and to ask if anyone else would be coming in. The other people stated they had never been in any AT&T store where they didnt at least get greeted. I concurred with them. At this time the sales person stated well we are a new store and normally we arent this busy in the morning. I would think that being a new store would be even more of a reason to give a good impression. Also, having two people is just good practice especially since it seems to take longer to upgrade a cell phone then it does to purchase a vehicle.
Manager Danielle Rico went out of her way to best fit my needs and help me resolve my issues. She is someone you do not want to loose in a company. I just set up services with AT&T last month and was having just such a bad start because the original rep who set me up - (Not in this location but another AT&T store in Omaha) -totally misquoted me tremendously and didn’t provide me with the correct information from the start. And luckily the Manager of the Coincil Bluffs location who was very helpful and very friendly was able to resolve my issues and also answer all my questions truthfully and honestly. I will for sure be coming back to this location for future purchases and assistance.
Amazing staff! Got in and out pretty quickly considering the billing problem I was having. The store manager was awesome, knowledgeable and didnt stop with in store help. She directed me to what steps I needed to take next! Worth the out of the way drive!
I switched from Sprint to AT&T. Josh was the sales representative on duty. I showed up kinda close to closing time last night and we had some problems switching me over. But he stayed a bit late, he was helpful, patient, and very nice. Glad I switched and glad he works there!
The girls at this store rock! They are always nice polite and super funny makes the stop in the store worth it just to have a quick conversation with them!! Danielle and Mercedes keep doing what your doing! See you next month or the next time one of the kids shatter a case hahah
I had an excellent experience. The woman who helped me was extremely nice and transparent with my account and all of the questions I asked. We also had a nice experience talking about her son, Ethan. Overall, I could not rate this store any higher.
Danielle has always been extremely helpful and works to make sure I am pleased with my phones and account services. Her team also reflects this attention to customer satisfaction. I really appreciate her positive attitude and believe she is a tremendous asset to the AT&T organization.
Purchased multiple phones for speed tests from 6 different carriers and by far this store and this Manager was Head and Shoulders above the rest in knowledge of phone, service, and rural broadband requirements. I was in and out in a short time despite being on a busy day. I would recommend this store above any other AT&T store or any other carriers store.

Im switching our family plan from Verizon to AT&T. I started the process online, received the sim cards in the mail and was a bit overwhelmed on how to set them up. This week we needed to transfer a used phone to one of the lines on my account and not being very tech savvy we have been into this store several times (at least 5 times) over the past few days for help. Danielle and Alonzo have been extremely helpful and so friendly and have fine WAY above and beyond to help us and I just want to say THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH.

Lady with tattoo on arm very rude and training a ting like that. They lost my memory card went back to ask and she said they didnt no what happened to it. Back in IA and look for another company so i dont have to deal with them. Also not trained on how to hook a watch up. Talking about all there personnel info. Instead of taking care people in the store.
Beware....I went into the store because my son cracked his glass on the phone and the screen no longer worked. The only lady working in there told me it was the mother board and it wouldnt be cost effective to fix it so I should by a new phone. I text a picture of the phone to friend that fixes IPhones for a living and he told me that he was 99% sure it was just the screen. She then accused me of not believing her. Well I went else where and 80 dollars later I had a new screen and his phone was working like new. She was being dishonest to try to make a sale. She knew it wasnt the mother board. I will never shop there again. 6/29/17
I went to attend store for help on my device bill. Could my get any help from the rep. On the phone. Duy at the store really went out of his way to get everything right. He was only person to understand that everyone we talk to was wrong..

The store was clean, that is what the star is for. I have been there twice and thats enough for me. Both times I was lied to by the sales people, first I was told my bill wouldnt increase with the device I was sold. It went up more than $20 a month. Then I went in yesterday the second time. I was told I couldnt get a different plan to offset the phone cost. Amazingly, Target had no issue giving me a different plan to off set the phone cost and they gave me $150 gift card. Not only was the whole being lied to thing my problem, but when I asked the sales rep to stop pitching direct tv to me, she just kept going. I just wanted a phone, not a telemarketing in person experience. I asked to pay with cash and I was told they dont accept cash, only cards, so I left and was called a b*tch by the manager of the store. The final hit was that I had been out a phone since the night before so I had went up as soon as they opened at 10 AM and they werent even open on time. As I stated before, they get the 1 star because the store looked clean. They were not open on time, they were not friendly, they wouldnt respect a request to stop a sales pitch, and they lied. I would suggest going across the street to Target.

Poor customer service, the ladies who were there did not bother to try to solve my problem, they only said that it could not be done, I tried to tell them what was happening with my cell phone and the reason for the problem, but they didnt even let me to speak, the worst thing is that according to them it was a problem that had no solution but in the other AT&T store they set up my cell phone immediately and if problems, there is no doubt, the one who knows how to do his job gives solutions and if he does not know he looks for the better option and who not only gives excuses to try to cover their ignorance.
