This must be the most expensive cell phone company on the planet.

1/17 This morning I called Amelia at the Verizon store at 117 W Brdwy.I had downloaded an app that wiped all of my icons. The usual uninstall did not work. I thought I was out of luck, until I called Amelia. Within minutes she was able to walk me through the steps to uninstall this crazy app and restore the phone. Man, am I grateful. Thank you Amelia.

If you go to this store, I recommend you avoid dealing with Trisha. I went in with questions about an account for which we are the account manager. Trisha was cold and direct to the point of being rude. We are following up to file a complaint with Verizon and with the FCC.

The sales people were very helpful and friendly.

My family had to go in on four separate occasions to fix billing issues. Had trouble with our Billing multiple times and was being told each time that it was being taken care of and wasn’t. Each time we were told different things and then come later it was a higher amount on our bill. Each time we were there it was for at least a couple hours. Staff always seemed confused and didn’t have a straight answer for anything asked. Go to an actual Verizon store and not this retail store.

I walked into the TCC Council Bluffs Store and there was a sales person helping someone. Out of the back room came Shawn LaMontia, a man who was full of smiles, and I could feel his energy from across the room!!! He is kind, caring, and truly wants to help his customers. He went way above and beyond to assist me. After visiting with him for awhile I asked for his card and told him we would definately be back!! If every sales person in a retail setting would care and assist people like Shawn does, it would sure make this a better world!!! Thanks Shawn!!!

Amelia was helpful beyond description. My wife and I are planning on coming back to this location as we now qualify for new phones from this outstanding person!

The gals are friendly and knowledgable. This is our go to Verizon store. Stop in the of you havent you dont be disappointed!!!

Stopped down during bike night to ask about insurance claim for my tablet. Lathaniel and Austin were more than helpful to answer all questions I had. I will be sure to stop in within the next few days.

We had walked in with skepticism seeing only 2 employees at the store . But Lathanial stopped us and gave us all of his time and answered all of our questions with a great attitude and has been checking up with us on how everything is working. He had been a great down to earth person and I will definitely be stopping in to get my upgrade!

Shawn went way above in helping my wife get a different phone from Verizon when he could easily have days that we needed to go to a corporate store since she bought it directly from Verizon.
