Not a happy customer. Receipts are useless because they are not the correct charges. No problem with the customer service other than not explaining very well. The signal goes in and out even with full 4g or even 5g signal
Switched from being a 25 year Verizon customer. Everything went smooth and was super easy! Staff very easy to work with and communicated well.

For Black Friday I heard they were opening at 8 AM. So I was going to stop in there and get both of my kids and a couple of cell phones, why was it 8:45 AM and the store wasn’t even open? So unprofessional. Here was a potential customer but forget that! Hire more reliable people metro, imagine if Sprint or Verizon had this happen on a MAJOR savings Holiday.
I switched to Metro PCS by T-Mobile on February 14, 2018. I like it a lot. I havent had any major problems.

They say we can use the Metro Mobile to pay our bill but what do you do when you dont work I tried for 5 days I finally had to go in and pay the bill they charged me $3 not fair do something about it thank you have a nice day
