Weve had Boost Mobile for years and its always been fine. Bought an unlocked Galaxy S21 and tried to get it to work with Boost but they didnt have any SIM cards and wasnt compatible with Boost. Decided to finally switch to Verizon and Dave the manager made it very easy to switch. Dave was very friendly and helpful even though we still ended up there past closing time since there were many people waiting before us. Highly recommend instead of the Verizon at Denmark Dr.

I was beyond over dealing with people from Boost over the phone. I run my whole business from my phone and I had a huge issue getting devices switched. My first call was 730am. By 3 I had no phone number anymore as instead of activating my phone, they deactivated it. I didnt want to even discuss a phone let alone reset one. The girl there, her name starts with a K, Im sorry, she was beyond helpful and understanding. I was completely defused by the time we left with a great phone and the set up already for me.

Went into get a new phone, Mark was there by himself. It was getting busy but he didn’t let it get too stressful. It was nice to see customer service is still valued at Verizon. Mark was awesome and I’m sure the other 8-9 people waiting thought the same.

The guys did great and took care of my parents very well. Since my parents are on my account I had to be present which is the norm. They explained things easily so my parents, who are not tech savvy, could understand what was needed. Not to mention the day prior they helped my dad WITHOUT trying to just sell him something.

I came in here to help my technologically challenged parents with adding a smartphone to their line after having tried another Verizon store in the area, as well as to upgrade my phone. The other store was not helpful, so we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to get exceptional customer service at this location! Ryan was able to do what the other store couldnt and he was patient and thorough in explaining our options based on our wants and needs. He took the time to get to know our individualized phone use and did not try to sell the most expensive item on the market, but instead offered reasonable options based on our individual phone usage. We were all able to walk out with what we had gone in for at a price less than we had expected. Overall, great experience that exceeded our expectations!!

After leaving Metro Crossing very frustrated once again, we decided to try this location. What a completely different experience. Brittany was very patient with all our questions and offered lots of information to help us make our decisions and choices. We left feeling good about our purchase and will be using this location from now on. If you want to be treated like a customer and not just a sale this is the place to go for great service.

They lied and manipulated me into believing that all of the accessories (phone cord, glass protector, phone case, etc.) came with my new phone and it was all a packaged deal. Then as I go to ring-up, I realize Im being charged more than $160 for all of it, and when I told him that I didnt want all the accessories included.. He told me that he cant give me the full refund because they were all originally discounted, and some b.s. excuse as to why their system wouldnt be able to do it.

The weasels at this store added insurance to a 4+ year old Samsung Note 4 I switched one of the lines on my account to without authorization or even mentioning insurance at all in our dealings with them This after telling me they werent even sure it would work on the network cause it was so old ( complete BS as it was active on the account 6 months previous ). I will be contacting corporate regarding this, for the record.Its important to know that the people that work at these stores make a commission on most things they sell, which is fine, but take everything they say with a grain of salt and if you sign something make sure to read it first. Additionally, anything that can be bought in the store, chargers, cases, screen protectors etc. can always be bought for less than half of what they charge in store at WalMart, Target, Amazon etc.

Stopped in today desperate after leaving the Verizon location at Metro Crossing VERY unhappy from being told there was nothing the CSR could do to help me with the issues I was having with my phone. When I got to the Broadway location, a nice gal was glad to help me. I unfortunately needed a factory reset on my phone but she was nice enough to take the time to start the process for me and only sent me on my way after I had logged into my Google account and it advised of a 19 hour update time due to all my backed up photos and videos. The nice gentleman working beside her even joked and high fived me for having so much backed up lol. Not only did i leave with an operating phone but i was also in a much better mood from the helpful and pleasant employees.

Verizon workers have always been prompt, courtous and extremely helpful. One time I even went there questioning why our data was disappearing so mysteriously. The friendly staff at Verizon Wireless quickly figured out that it was when I let someone else log into a separate Facebook account on my phone, they had hacked into my phone. One person was using our data to illegally talk on their unpaid phone and another was using Internet and text! Thank You Verizon Wireless 😀

We went there to get a new SIM card and the man working there did not care and kept telling us to call customer service.

After walking in the door and standing around waiting our turn ( two employees already helping customers and 5 customers waiting to be helped) neither of the employees acknowledged us or greeted us. We turned around and walked out. While we were standing in the store waiting to be helped to purchase a new phone we thought we would look at the phones on display but over half of the phones were not there to look at. It was just a short description of the phone that should have been displayed. 😟😒

One person on duty. Waited twenty minutes. Even on the weekends people are busy. Do not have that kind of time to wait, even if they are assisting other customers.

Waited an hour and a half for them to sell me a SIM card I couldve gotten for free from a Verizon corporate store (I didnt know that until they told me). When I got home and tried activating the SIM card it wouldnt work. Called Verizon tech support, and they said they either gave me a bad SIM or the wrong SIM.
