I have never come across a whole store with such friendly and helpful employees. Usually there is always atleast one that ignores the customers. Every time I have been to this South Coast Plaza location, every single store clerk goes out of their way to offer assistance.They dont always have my size, but they always look up inventory to see if it can be located at another Gap store.Thanks for making my Gap experiences pleasant!!

This Gap store is one of the best Ive ever been to. The employees are extraordinarily friendly and willing to help out with whatever size or style youre going for. Sonya did an amazing job of helping us find exactly what we needed, and even some extra things! One of my favorite stops at South Coast!

This is a chain clothing store as you can find in many other places. The styles are more casual than classic or formal. However, it is not as trendy and fashionable as Hollister or G for Guess. Therefore, I think that if you are a little picky, you may be walking out empty - handed.I did try on three different kinds of sweaters, but the materials and designs, are not good matches for the high prices, so I did walk out with empty hands.I remember many years ago, I did buy some good quality and style sweaters for men there, but no more.

Great customer service and very simple instructions to follow. I arrive 30 minutes earlier and took two minutes from my call and i was heading home👍

I’ve purchased online and I’ve chosen store pickup since the store was closed they’ve had curbside pick up so i parked in special area in parking lot where was special for curbside pick up and a ready brought my order and she was super nice and kind it was one of best experience I’ve had even though I didn’t went in store in person and she made my day . It’s not the first time I had a good experience shopping in Gap . On a scale of 1 to 10 i give 10 to gap customer service.

Very confusing as how the curbside pickup works, since the location is on the opposite side of the store and on a different parking lot than the one closer to the store.

You can find pretty good deals here occasionally. However, the clothing quality seems to have decreased over time.

Excellent alternative to designer fashions. Typically well made, stylish clothing for all the family at reasonable prices which are lowered routinely with significant sale discounts.

They have a good discount if you open a store credit card, big, nice and clean store,good customer service.
