Some of the sales staff here are amazing, going way beyond the call of service! Still others are very rude but I don’t let that bother me. Just be aware of their no-returns policy.

Your man Johnson is far above his call of service at this place, and most other employees should be ashamed of themselves in comparison. He walked me through calling other stores for an item you didn’t have during the holidays so I could get the Christmas present I wanted to.

I went in today looking for an item that I have been lusting over that seems to only be available in the EU. The sales associate gave me some tips for looking for items online using the item number on the listing for the item and I was able to find it on a third-party site that ships to the US, for around half off from the original price. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
