Nice Nike store. A week a go i buy shoes from this store, & the staff the lady are very helpful ! Looking a shoes my size, very patient . Do recomemended buy shoes from this store (free 60 day returns) if u dont like the shoes got all your money bạck or change with others shoes . Good deal! Service was good once inside.. just sucked having to wait outside in a line... no real communication or hint of how long.. they just wait for someone to leave before letting another person inside but there wasnt a time limit.I honestly think they couldve allowed another 3 people in which wouldve still provided tons of social distancing but cut the line

They have so few pairs of shoes to try on available....... I was in hope to try on various pairs of Nike Flyknit of different models, but they didnt have my size which is a standard Women 8! Nothing fancy here.Otherwise, the displayed items are pretty and appealing, and its a small store.

I was planning on getting a pair of Nike’s prior to coming to this store and the disrespect from an employee and the lack of customer service turned me away. Nobody would ask me if I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and when I went to ask one of the employees he muttered yes and didn’t say a word to me and just scanned the shoes and handed me the box without saying anything and then went over to his fellow co worker and complained that I asked him for help because he was trying to talk to a customer he thought was attractive. My friend was with me in the store and overheard him saying that while I was trying on the shoes. No thank you

Best Nike experience ever, Rochella is a star, she treated us so great, so fast and smart, brought all different requests and made sure we got the items booked on another store, definitely deserves a big thank you, and all the Nike team at South Coast.

I was returning some Nike shoes I bought using my PayPal account; I was told that I can only get store credit or ship them to Nike to get a full refund, so I chose to get a shoe and I was in a bit of hurry so I asked if someone could help me, so the Lady kindly asked the guy who was guarding the entrance to help me quickly; so I guess he was a little upset for leaving his post to help me quickly and worst part doing it with much less enthusiasm. The reason I say this is because, well whenever I go to Nike or my other favorite place (Nordstrom) the guy who is helping me, waits around and asks me if I need another size or if it fits good or not; but this guy only gave me the shoes and with his body gestures I could feel that he wanted to go. So I picked between the two and left. I know they say don’t judge the book by itself cover; so if in the future I happen to go here again; if the service was better I will change my review.

I asked for a gift card and they gave me a merchandise card. This is a simple mistake but causes great inconvenience to a customer especially during covid (when its best to shop online and not in store). Despite the associates mistake, they gave me the hardest time when I inquired.Thankfully, the manager was willing to help.

I came here to return some items a few times and they always greet me and help me with whatever I need when it comes to sports, clothing, or shoes. I like Nike products and I would say this store does a good job of representing the company!

I love the return policy of try it and wear it for 60 days, if you dont like it, return it. But who finds anything in here? The options are so limited!

Staff is very knowledgeable about their products (which was super impressive) I already had some training shoes in mind based on chatting with Nike online (Ashley was awesome).As other reviews state They are limited in colors and dont have a wide array to choose from, but NOT staffs fault they send what they send. If you see something online you can just order your favorite colors, but be confident in fit when you try at store.

I came in looking for a specific Nike shoe, but they unfortunately didn’t have it in stock. But, that wasn’t the problem. The way the employee spoke to me, was. She used a very nasty tone to tell me she didn’t and would never carry that shoe in store, then tried to walk away after i asked her for some additional help. I could tell my simple question was a huge inconvenience.

They told me that they do price match, but when it was time to buy the shoes the store manager said, “no if the shoes were on sale at another place”; and he even took his time to check the fine print of the offer at the other store website. Better stay with Finish Line.

I finally decided to get the Nike Fuel Band so I came in here one day to do just that.Walked in and no one greeted me. Plenty made eye contact but quickly turned the other way or ignored the fact that anyone was even in the store. The place wasnt even busy. There were only about 3 people inside and plenty of sales associates to assist them all, including me.I finally found the fuel band area. There was a woman being assisted already so I patiently waited my turn. After, he was done addressing her, he just walked away. Didnt even acknowledge I was there. Hello?Finally, I had to walk up to where they were all standing and tell them I had plans to spend money. Then, they were interested.I picked out the neon fuel band. After I got their attention, they were friendly but mind you, theyre only friendly if youre spending cash. Other than that, they dont really care. Such a waste. Customer service goes a long way.However, I do recommend buying in store so you can get the sizing right.

If I could I didnt even give them 1 star. I ordered some items while a go and returned them to this store, Instead of returning the items and refund me back they sent the items themselves to the online so they didnt get return and its 14 days that I didnt get refund. I called online and they told me they should have refund me right away but the store manager still insists that it takes 12 days max to refund me back. Even this is correct its not appropriate that online and store arent match together and they say two different things to customer.

Avoid the young African American girl at the checkout. She is extremely rude, she doesnt smile or say please or thank you. She will make you regret shopping there. I dont understand why Nike employs such bad mannered lady. Other than that, I love Nike clothes and I will continue buying them, just not from that store.

Terrible customer service. There were legit 5 representatives on the floor just talking to each other while I was trying to get their attention to ask a question about some leggings I wanted to purchase. when I did get their attention I felt I was bothering them. I’ll still stick to online ordering.

I had a very bad experience with the manager at this sore .I had a problem with my shoes and from the beginning of our conversation, he was very unprofessional and mean .The only thing he was interested in was to get rid of me.Needless to say my family and I have been shopping there for years and he made us leave forever.
