My Brother gave me his Fisher and Paykal refrigerator before he moved to New Mexico. The refridgerator has been going strong for 12 years. I didnt realize I that this company offered such a solid product at such low prices. They called me after year 10 to renew the warranty but I declined because it was working so well. I do unplug it every month or 2 and clean it out just to keep the compressor working a maximum efficiency. Other than that I have no complaints. I keep thinking that is going to die any day but its still going strong.

There warranty service is impossible, I have been trying both online and by phone. I dont know what has happen to the company it use to have great service. I have has there products for many years. I recently purchased a new rill and it is broken and needs warranty work bur it is virtually impossible to get through.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!This has been the WORST customer service experience Ive ever had!Over a month ago I purchased a set of Fisher Paykel appliances from AJ Madison. The refrigerator does not work and I have made numerous attempts to contact both AJ Madison and Fisher Paykel for help. Neither has made any significant attempts to resolve the issue and I am still without a working refrigerator over a month later. Can you imagine?I am a home designer/remodeler and purchase a lot of appliances for properties. This is my personal home so I decided to be the ginny pig, and try this company and this product for the first time at my home.AJ Madison and Fisher Paykel are the worst.NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

Refrigerator was defective on delivery, door alarm beeps when closed properly. Paykel customer service contacted and appointment made, they did not turn up. Further efforts to to contact impossible, endless waiting on hold and no call back. Online service request does not work. Dismal customer service.

I bought a Fisher and Paykel full kitchen set and it has turned me into a total foodie. The refrigerator is the perfect size for my small kitchen and its counter depth!! My food is lasting longer then it did in my old LG refrigerator. The cook top is so sleek and easy to use. the wall oven is amazing I cook on it every single day. I am no chef but using my fisher and paykel wall oven is amazing. everything is so easy to use. It has a picture of the setting you want to use and it is very consistent. I am know just looking for new recipes to try on this great oven. Finally my most prized item in the set is the dishdrawer washer I can do two loads at the same time!! but for the most part I typically only use the top one. It has large enough space to wash the dishes that my girlfriend and I use during the day. This dish drawer came in handy for thanksgiving!! As for the bad reviews I just figured every company has one or two lemon problems who doesnt?? Hope this helps people instead of just bad reviews on service issues.

Reasonable quality appliances, terrible service. Have had multiple experiences where techs fail to solve problem and refuse to stand by their work. Do not recommend.

My Fisher &Paykel dryer stopped working December 2016. The machine was less than 3 years old with light use, maybe used once every 10 days, one load. I waited until March for anew control board, and when it arrived that new part was defective. It is on back order again. I was in contact with customer service and they seemed responsive until this last snafu. Now they have gone silent on me. Bad product and the company is unable to service their product.

Customer service is lacking in every way. 3 month old patio heater has a bad igniter. This restaurant now has no heat on their patio and Fisher & Paykels service provider wont return countless phone calls. We are a 35 year experienced HVAC service company and they wont take our diagnosis. We must use their service provider-that wont return our calls.Their warranty is WORTHLESS and their customer service could care less.

DONT BUY FROM FISHER AND PAYKEL. Terrible company. Brand new cooktop is leaking gas and company wont replace or give me a refund for a return. Taking 2 weeks to get a service person out, and after that, who knows how long.
