Terrible customer service! Terrible service! Highly recommend using a different company for appliance services. Technican came out to repair our oven under our home appliance insurance after buying a new home. We have already had problems with the oven and turning off and on the power seemed to temporarily work. After I told the technician that we already turned off and on the power and the error keeps coming on he proceeded to do the same and then after error cleared he said it was fixed. Now the whole board is out the next day and wont turn back on. During the visit the tech got rude and things escalateed from there told him to leave and called the customer service of the company. Told them the same thing and when they called back they said great just wanted to confirm the other side of the story about both parties (keep in mind customer service was rude as well). Just use a different company that wont charge to turn off and on the power and actually find the root cause of the issue.

They do exceptional work. All the others weve tried over 20 years in Orange County do not hold a candle to these guys in quality of the repairs.When everyone else has failed our warranty company sends these guys out to make it right.Note that if you have a warranty company they are usually the delay as they require the local repair technicians to only use parts the warranty company ships to technicians. Weve had experiences where they send wrong or inferior parts which is not the fault of the local technicians they contract with.
Eurocare Appliances was contracted by our home warranty company to fix our microwave. Its been over a month with numerous trips to address the issue still not resulting in us being able to utilize the microwave. Our home warranty company told us that they would have resolved it by yesterday but there was no communication or update. Id highly recommend finding someone else. In this case here were going on five to six weeks to get a simple microwave fixed.
Responsive to their phone with consistent follow through. Professional and thorough technicians. Fast and prompt. This is a two thumbs up company. I have tried three appliance companies in the past, and I have been very happy with this company!
They came out at least more than four different times and fixed one problem and then made another over and over again. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. After stating that there were more issues after their technician came out, they refused that it was their doing and took no blame for the new issues. Their technicians that actually came out were personable and nice, but obviously not trained well. The one out of five stars is strictly for the friendly technicians.
David did an outstanding job fixing our broken refrigerator today. He was cheerful, competent and saved us a lot of trouble by fixing it in a short amount of time. This is the best appliance repair company I have used in many years.
