Havent been here in years. But, really enjoyed the experience despite a busy and crowded store. I dont believe I have ever seen the place this crowded. It was still easy to navigate. We made a ton of fun purchases! The lines for food upstairs was long but moved quickly. However, the snack bar downstairs with the Cinnamon rolls was slammed. Way too long to wait. Insanely long line. They really needed some help.
The ultimate.. I have no desire to do anything but want to do something place to be. Unleash your imagination and experience alternate realities where you have the home layout and capital for an interior designer. Everything so new and pretty. Extend your stay with affordable refreshments and hot dogs that hit the spot. These may be the only products they carry that arent made of particle board.Dont think too much about why you are there or how your decisions lead you to this moment. Look. New. Shiny. I can fill the hole inside me with this stuff. And its not even that expensive. IKEA cares even if nobody else does.
Ikea is the place from where we get all our furnitures. Whenever we plan to buy anything our first choice is IKEA. The place is a huge and you can get anything related to household there. We also like to eat their frozen yogurt and pizza. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. I wish O could give 10 stars for this IKEA store.
Did you know their cafeteria now serves plant balls‽😄 they are a vegetarian option for Swedish meatballs 😋.My expectations of the balls was set very low but it was surprisingly yummy with the lingenberry sauce and a generous helping of steamed broccoli.Definitely made my shopping experience more enjoyable!
All Ikea in United States are pretty much the same and thats mostly a good thing. However, trying to get the assistance of an employee to look up an item can be a headache. There seems to be a communication breakdown when checking the inventory of a specific item in this or another location. Its frustrating but hey, its Ikea so maybe you have to put information together as well. Ill probably stick with online or a closer location
Awesome store to go on a walk. The prices are great for quality. For big items you have to put together. For the most part its easy and small(nothing fancy) tools are included or can ask, if you dont have any tools. During the pandemic the restaurant is closed. At register plastic shield is up during pandemic and is face masks required. Can find about almost anything. The oatmeal cookies are really good and of course more healthy that are sold by the registers. On the big items that are not found on the floor, you find at the end and pull yourself. So will need to take pictures of the item or write down the bin location.
One of the better of IKEAs. More selection bigger showrooms. There restaurant is beautiful with great selection of food. Unfortunately 4 stars due to the fact so much of there furniture is out of stock.

It had been at least two years since my visit on this massive journey directed by arrows. Excuse me, where is the exit? Oh, the are many now!!! Smile. Purchased some fun tools for the kitchen. The small spatula set with the tiny green one work great! Of course, the frothing wand is superb. Oh yeah, dont leave without the dark chocolate with coffee nibs. Yummers, for sure!
This IKEA is a mess! Didn’t have the items that online stated they had, walked around the whole place trying to find 3 items and only walked out with 1. Absolutely no help from staff just a complete waste of time. I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in another ikea again not even to return..yes, it’s that bad! Avoid the hassle & have items delivered to your home worth the money
I went to this place by accident trying to find the love of my life who was not missing after all she was teaching me oh no one cares but the place was clean and I feel it even you outside living bathrooms were nice they had a sharp container on me it was just beautiful all the way around the air was even felt cleaning on the skin and everything So yeah I felt a little out of place like almost two little class to be even near the place but of very impressed so nice people are nice even you know most places really nice place not so nice person walks in they talk down you know here they just hear very respectful
The worker Anthony was really caring when I visited this place couple months ago. We owe him a thank you for all his help during our visit. Overall great pricing, and great employees.
I had the $7.99 Chicken tenders with fries and mashed potatoes and gravy, I was given five giant tenders, I was pleasantly satisfied, Im 237. Lbs and get hungry.
What can I say going to Ikea is somewhat of a family affair. Don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. It’s rare that we don’t find something we like. And the food is pretty good and cafeteria always super clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s never been.
I really enjoy going to IKEA it always give you great ideas and how to decorate. I was looking for a dresser for my daughter did he want it was 372 but I wanted to look around at other stores before I decided to purchase one as I was leaving the store I went to the AS is section of IKEA downstairs located near the registers, I got a dresser for my daughter for $115. There was no damage to it at all Ill check with a sales associate she said normally I was at our return and sold as is his furniture is that customer got purchased and did not like it when they got it home and they returned it.
Every time I visit this location they are always out of stock of the type of things I need. Need a desk? Out of desks entirely! Need a bookcase? Not a single model in stock! The meatballs are yummy af though and earned 2 stars all on their own. The 3rd star is because I got a cool lamp from the as-is section for $30.Ikea: Come for the bookcases. Stay for the meatballs. Order a bookcase on Amazon while eating.

First time in. Shouldnt have gone on Saturday at 1, lol. But the store is efficient, employees helped me get oriented. Found my way around. Decided to come back and purchase mid week, less crowded. Parking lot massive. Everyone had masks but i dont know if they were required
It was first time in an Ikea, this place is enormous! I suppose the idea is that youre walking through a catalogue, and then you choose what to get. Later, you retrieve it from a rather large warehouse, and purchase it. Very fun, loads of nice things!
This place is my home decorating Disneyland. Great deals and good quality. Most have low VOCs even though they are not Greenguard Certified.
Well stocked in the plant department. Many succulent varieties. Checkout was not crowded. I used the Express checkout (self-checkout) for the first time. It was easy and directions were clear. A staff member directed me to an available station when I didn’t notice it. My only complaint is that there are signs restricting entrance through the exit and the door will not open when approaching from outside. I prefer entering there since the items I want are near the exit. I had to wait for someone to leave before I could enter.
The employees were all very rude. Even the guy at the check out, rude and short. I even nicely told him to have a good day and he intentionally ignored me. The store was out of A LOT! I realize with Covid that seems common but I checked for a few items online before making the 40 minute drive and it said they were in stock. Other customers were having the same issue. I dont typically write bad reviews, I try to concentrate more on the positive but these people blew me away. Management should be aware so they can work on training.
Friendly staff and decent products.This location is missing a major portion of its inventory, which left my hour and a half long trip a total bust.I could have done the shopping online and had the item I wanted sent to my door, and that is what Id recommend with insurance

I love Ikea! It’s that simple. I love everything about it: its products, its low affordable price, its cafeteria, its free coffee perk for Ikea membership, its cinnamon roll (although my sister hates cinnamon lol), its mini mart with the signature Swedish meatballs. I also like how they organize the floor, it gives me the relax vibes whenever I go there. To me Ikea is not only a furniture store, I feel more like a place I can go for stress relief and go out happily with their soft ice cream. Can you believe a soft served ice cream for $1? Amazing store!Another thing I love about this place is the huge blue and yellow plastic bag. It raises the environmental friendly awareness and also creates a hype. Also with their hat. Love it!
The store itself is great. I understand that things are working a bit differently with COVID happening. And they do follow safety protocol but the way they do things for their return/exchange customers is not very efficient. Line is building meantime they wait for the people who scheduled “appointments” but are a no show. Somehow keep getting messages that my number keeps getting pushed back. I understand people made appointments but if they call their name and number multiple times and they aren’t here then they should move it along with the customers who are in line and waiting for their number to get called. Once the person with the failed appointment shows then they can resolve their situation but for the others it isn’t fair to keep them waiting. All I care for is equality and efficiency. Thanks guys and hopefully this matter gets resolved so all parties are happy. (Time wise, got here at 9:50 am in line was second person waiting. Store opens at 10 am it is 10:30 now and 2 people have gone in since am number 10 now started as 6. There are 15 others who showed up and are waiting in line since the second person came out they keep calling on the same people but not moving it along for everyone else).
I am grateful for the great and magnificent initiative to help the most unprotected due to this cruel pandemic, many of us lost very good jobs and the food shortages have been hard on society. The support is extraordinary, and the food I received is vital to being able to take a pantry home to survive. Thank God and Ikea for giving me food and support. God bless you.

This place is the size of OHare Airport. Exactly the place that I wanted to be on a sunny, 78 degree weekend...In and out quickly with what I wanted. Most organized company that I have gone to in as long as I can remember.
I purchased a lamp at this store, but it was a defective one. Didn’t get a chance to open the box to check, because everything was taped. This store is half an hour away from my home. Then I called the customer service, the only way to return this item is bring it back so store. Then I came back to this store, there was a long line. It took me more than an over to return that. So waste time.
We have had issues here before. They had trouble accepting a return from the original Ikea in Stockholm and had to give me store credit after I argued with them for about a half hour. The place is starting to feel old and out dated. Food prices are cheap as always. But not a very pleasant experience here.Updated 7.21. Same kind of issues here. They just don’t know good customer service. All furniture posted came from IKEA.
YUGE!!!! The store itself is extremely large inside, and everything is ordered very nearly. Upon entering, look to the left and someone will give you a blue bag for your items (I think there is a charge for it though). Go up the escalator and start following the arrows on the floors. They will guide you through the entire store. You will start on the upper floor, which is their showroom for all of their products. The visuals are great, as all of the assembled rooms will give you many great ideas. Once you get to the lower floor, you will be able to pick up items individually, and the arrow on the floor system will be there to guide you through all of their different rooms. Each room has a theme, so for example, lighting, kitchen, bedroom, etc. Oh. And for foodies, they have the cafe on BOTH the upper and lower floors. Checkout is easy, as they offer both self-service or a cashier. The store itself is very well put together and keeps you flowing with ideas for your home. Heck, even the parking is well thought out, as there are signs to guide you to the 405. It rivals theme parks! Overall, expect to be there for an hour or more, and one more thing... Bring a water bottle.. Youll be walking... A LOT.
Love love love IKEA. Ive always been a fan and this place doesnt disappoint. Everything here is extremely organised and clean and the shopping experience is exquisite.. Oh and the prices are fantastic.Ive been coming here for years and this place has never waned in quality or service.

Great place, be prepared to spend a long time putting things together. The dresser drawers are pretty amazing. I’ve had my dresser for years.
After visiting two other Ikeas in the greater Los Angeles area, on the third day of the holiday weekend we found ourselves at this final stop. While there were still several key things out of stock in this location, we found far more availability here than the other two Ikeas. We left with a full car unlike the prior two days when we left disappointed from the other locations.The staff here were more likely to help us out, but I still had to take a star away because a lot of people simply told us to ask other employees for help.Not all Ikeas are created equal so this is the one we will go out of our way to visit in the future.

This place is AMAZING!! I love to walk all-around & see all of the displays & then go shopping! We got a pretzel at the very end at checkout & it hit the spot. We will definitely be back for more shopping.
Geez the return at this place is like the slowest of any store..! I didn’t make an appt my mistake, you should do. I only had 5 simple items not even furniture..! The counter people make the DMV seem like expedited service!

I ordered cabinets from IKEA and paid for in room delivery. It is a very frustrating experience. 1. The window time is 9am to 9pm. 2. The T4 delivery service will leave messages, but you cannot contact them directly 3. I had a contractor at my home to receive the delivery, but the delivery did not happen nor did I receive any notification. 4. I received an automated text message a day later that the delivery was rescheduled. A day too late. 5. The 888 Ikea number is no help at all. Shanceria, customer service agent, did not listen to me and continually interrupted me. She tried to reschedule the delivery for 2 days later than the delivery company. 6. The system is very poor. There is not adequate communication. I was unable to get any knowledgeable help. I asked to speak to an Ikea supervisor and Shanceria would not transfer me. All in all a very disappointing experience. Ikea should do much better.
IKEA has been reliable but there delivery service after purchasing a large order was very poor. There’s a huge crack in our brand new headboard and crease crack in 2 bottom draws. Very frustrated at head board we needed to find a way to make the front of unit behind but still. Unhappy with the experience.

After spending much time waiting for products to get in stock, hours in advance in the cold brisk morning before opening time, and spending time perusing, the main reason why I keep coming back is because IKEA offers products that can be inexpensive while still offering style that doesn’t make me feel how poor I really am. Although if you did want to spend more for more premium products they’ve still got you. Not to mention I like seeing the people there, the staff are always friendly as well! I’m sure I’ll be coming back again and again for whatever new thing they add to make my room just a little be more modern.

Ive been coming here for years and live IKEA for your food, business ethics, and many of their products.But their current returns set up needs help. I made an appointment ahead of time and the email didnt give any details about checking in. Signage in the area didnt say anything either.I waited patiently and somehow missed when they called my name. They must have mumbled it since I was standing right there. I dont think they repeated it either. Not sure why they dont use the flat screen with estimated wait times to display the name or guest number. Stores can be loud, some people have a hard time hearing, so its a disappointment to have them call mashed this way... Not even over a PA.
Always enjoy shopping at IKEA. But it seems like the person who provided me with service was having mental breakdown. Asked simple question, when they will have back in inventory. Didnt provide any answer but provided me with separate list and saying that I can take home some of the things today. Again they didnt even have half of the things that were on the new list either. No answers but just run around. Very disappointed
Out of stock item and they wouldnt sell the display model. Was small enough to fit in the passenger seat and they wouldnt sell it. Long drive for nothing. Looks like Amazon might be putting them out of business. I wont go back. Loosing customers one at a time
The experience here was amazing and the pricing was great too. I just wish they had a bigger selection of bunk beds. Not a huge complaint however
Its very clear and easy to move around, signs everywhere so you wont get lost, the help line wasnt very helpful or it might have just been the guy helping me at the time. Other than that it was good. A lot of items are temporarily unavailable so Im not sure if thats just from the whole covid pandemic or thats just how this location is normally.
Waited for 35 minutes…I’ve been to many different locations and I feel that almost every employees here are super unprofessional. What if I am new to the store? They don’t guide you through where and how. Also, they’re always so busy talking to each other while helping customers at the counter. It’s been more than a decade and I still see this unprofessionalism.
Nice place. Took me a while to find what I needed, but it was worth it. I also stopped by the food bistro or whatever its called and got a lot a food for my family for just $8. Really cheap, and tasted great!
I love just going to IKEA. Even if I dont buy anything. Just going through the whole area gives you ideas. Best of all there are items that you can only get in IKEA. Although downsized since COVID, its still very nice. Staff well trained, knew where various products I wanted were. Practiced safety & overall caring. Great sales. My only regret was I was in a rush. Otherwise, wouldve spent more time (& $$) there. 🤗. Customer service is up there on the top. 👍👍
Dont know why they reopened their doors, should of stayed closed. We were looking at doing two bedrooms, complete with wardrobe closets, beds, dressers and misc items. Other than the misc items, they had nothing on hand and did not expect to have until middle of June, a wasted trip. Dont waste your time going.

We didnt buy a whole lot at IKEA today. But it was a great outing with my daughter. We got to have swedish meatballs. Thats awesome. We got to play in all the fake showrooms. Also awesome. And we bought some curtains. What else can I say? Ikea is great.
I hadnt been in a while and unfortunately I was disappointed. I thought it was messy and it was hard to figure out pricing on items not to mention alot of items werent available.

Thank you so very much Anthony for your help, but also for your kind and cheerful manner! It is difficult being rather handicapped right now, but Anthony made me feel like it was no big deal! The best place I only go here for food. Because Im not looking for much but they have a big modern living room stuff.
It’s not the biggest IKEA store so their stock seems to be smaller than others. But it’s good for the necessities! Not the store’s fault, I guess, but they are out of stock of so many things these days. Bummer! The trick to IKEA is to know what you’re buying and either go straight to the self-serve area or take all the shortcuts to get to where you need to go
Delivery review. Staff is usually prompt and nice. Semi trucks get in the left lane and prepare for a very tight u turn both entering and exiting. You will have only inches to spare.
Very clever to have the restaurant on site. After all that walking through the store kids get hungry. To bad they didnt have broccoli as displayed on the menu and offered a side of fries (5) ti repkace the broccoli 🤔
They have worst process of returning, need to checking online wait more than one hour, than go to rude lady in front, she will put you on next line on her tablet, than wait again more than 20 min, even if the link shows you are done, than you have to wait again and see all people who check in after you done with their return but you still waiting on the line.

Cashier was very unprofessional, will not let me use my own ikea reward (with my name on it), called ask for help, got disconnected by ikea visa and ikea store. Very unhappy.
Very friendly staff. I lost my keys here the other day, and an employee walked around with me looking for it. He helped me report them missing, and within an hour, I received a call notifying me that they were found. I forgot to get his name, but he deserves a huge raise.
I like Ikea but I dont like having to go through the whole darn store to get what you want.
Shout out to Kim and Donald at the IKEA Costa Mesa Kitchen department for a great shopping experience! Kim guided us based on our lifestyle and taste and planned a kitchen within the restrictions of angled walls and not too much space. Since she would be off the day we placed our order she partnered with Donald who placed the order for us. They both are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented and their people & customer service skills are amazing. Working with Kim and Donald was a true pleasure and made us feel extremely comfortable with the process of buying a kitchen. Highly recommend!
