Our visit was informative, educational and most of all, FUN! Lets face it, picking out your new appliances for a dream kitchen and BBQ area could not have been better. Brooke was great to work with and I look forward to their classes that they offer. We highly recommend that you go and experience all they have to offer.

Beautiful showroom! All the employees are helpful. My husband and I have taken two classes with Chef Molly and have enjoyed both. Its been great to see the appliances in action and to learn about them before they are in our own kitchen. I think the classes would be equally as helpful taking them after the appliances are already installed. Several other people in the class were in that situation and I could tell that they were learning new things as well.

Went here for a demonstration of their appliances. Not only the food and wine was superb, it taught me a lot about kitchen appliances.-gas vs electric stove tops- convection ovens vs traditional vs steam- sub zero frigs how they actually have a different moisture controlAnd to top this off-I got cooking lessons as well! Totally worth the time and they are not pushy what so ever! Great experience!

I highly recommend visiting the showroom(make an appointment if you can), if youre looking into investing in their appliances. It really helped in making our decision to purchase. At the showroom you can see all the different models but cannot purchase directly from them. You can also see different set ups and try a variety of the ranges, elec. stoves and their induction cooktops. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also had a chef that was making baked goods and food items to sample and enjoy. We did our research between other big/high end brands and after a year of owning a whole kitchen suite from them we are very satisfied with our selection.

The showroom for Sub-Zero and Wolf was outstanding. It contained all of the wonderful appliances that everyone knows is of exceptional quality but also aesthetically very pleasing. The employees at the showroom were very courteous and helpful. Not only am I a fan of Sub-Zero and Wolf, I highly recommend visiting this place.

The showroom was beautiful and the reps were very helpful. They also offer cooking classes which we will be trying out soon. It was a great experience.

Our Sub-zero has 2 compressors- the freezer works but the refrigerator section is not cooling. Called these folks who sent over a technician and he said that there was no refrigerant and has to be re-charged but as they do not make R-12 anymore he claimed that the entire compressor and coils had to be replaced at a cost of about $4000 . I asked him whether he has heard of One-Hot refrigerant which is ozone friendly and is a replacement for R-12 . The technician said that they do not use One-Shot plus and walked away. I am getting it done today from someone else at a fraction of that cost.

We are in the process of building a home and had an interest in exploring both Wolf/Sub as well as BSH. We visited both showrooms in the SoCal area. Our experience with Jennifer at Wolf/Sub was outstanding. She did a wonderful job walking us through the full array of products. Clearly Wolf/Sub is the more expensive line, but after spending well over two hours, we were convinced the spending up was well worth it. Thanks Jennifer.

I went there today and the staff is amazing! Giselle and Jennifer were very helpful and I allready knew that I liked wolf, subzero and asko but they made looking at the appliances a great experience that I will not forget!
