No better place in Costa Mesa for BBQ supplies. The guys there are very knowledgeable and they have tried many of the products they sell. My go to for everything BBQ.

We went here in the very beginning phases of our backyard remodel. Rendel was super helpful in building a quote for us, helping us with renderings for our construction, and had great customer service! Looking forward to grilling in our backyard this summer!

Terrible customer service. I called this location 8/5/2020 to find out if they had both the Big Joe Kamado Grill and the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill on display because I am in the market for a grill wanted to compare the two. The gentleman I spoke to confirmed that indeed both grills were available at the store on display.I went to the store 8/9/2020 and when I walked in, two employees were each helping two different customers. I was not greeted, asked if I needed help, or to wait. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they both appeared to be busy. I browsed around the store did found that the Big Joe Kamado Grill was not even available. As a matter of fact, it appears they dont even carry Kamado Joe grills.About ten minutes went by and one of the employees finally finished assisting one of the customers who left. Still not greeted or asked if I needed help.I picked up some rubs and other items for purchase and continued to wait. At this time only one employee was busy.25 minutes later. Still not helped. At this point I became upset at the poor customer service this location offers. I placed the items back on the shelves and walked out. I will never return to this location.

I almost can guarantee you will get ripped off if you shop at barbeques galore. we bought a grill there a while ago and just about everything was a lie that the salesperson sold us its more like buying a used car with a highly-charged salesman following you around and nipping at your heels and Im being allowed to browse and decide for yourself oh no you need to get this because of such and such you dont want that well actually yeah because thats what I came into the store for expect a lot of that kind of thing

THEY DONT BACK UP their warranty even when you have the original warranty card. Pictures say 1000 words. Huge holes in the basin and you can actually see my wood paneling. I paid 2K for this based on warranty.......After being told with proper paper work they would help me I was passed around from BBQs Galore and the manufacturer and they saw my photos I was told NO we arent honoring warranty. No explanation. But I did find that BBQs Galore wont honor anything prior to their bankruptcy! Do yourself a favor and if your final decision is the warranty - DONt buy from them!

I needed a new B.B.Q. cover and Jenn-Aire no longer stocks them, found a generic cover a little larger and it works well at $53, ouch!
