I went in the other day to get a new phone and with the intentions of switching carriers.Gabbi came to assist me immediately, and greeted me in a friendly manner.I explained my situation of a broken phone and my growing frustrations with Spr**t, and she very knowledgeably helped me through the process. Unfortunately, my credit is frozen, so she was not able to get me set up with anything other than a prepaid at+t account, for now, which was perfectly fine. Its in fact better than any other service Ive ever had here..There was some trouble porting my phone number over from sprint, since I had given them the wrong passcode, and it took almost 4 excruciating hours of talking on the phone with sprint and at&t people, getting the port done, and activating the phone; people in sprint and at&t who frankly, seemingly had no clue what they were doing.Tyler came along and offered assistance as well, helped me speak with the tech people,and between the help of Gabbi and Tyler, I got through a process that I would have likely given up on almost right away.They were both so incredibly patient with me and on the phone as well, both very knowledgeable and they kept me informed the whole time. At no point did I feel like Tyler or Gabbi were just trying to move me along, as they were helpful the entire time. While helping me, I observed both of them give great assistance and help to other guests and customers as well.All in all, these two helped me very much, in what would have been a typical customer refund after all of said frustrations Id gone through.They did a fantastic job, went above and beyond while still maintaining a helpful atmosphere and were both attentive and available for others. Thank you to both of them!!!
