It has to be one of my favorite places to visit since Ive moved up here because the people are great and they know just about anything you can ask them about video games and other Geekie stuff... cuz if one of them dont play it the others do... they all just works really good together you can tell that theyre like no hostility or anyting its just a very comfortable environment when you go in. And its really nice to have somebody not BS you just to get you to buy something, but they take the time with out getting impatient with you to actually get you interested in what youre buying.. Or get you the right things your Sons/daughters, family members ask you for...(Even if you continuous call it the wrong Name Lol 😜)

I dont know why all these stores have boxes displayed on shelves if they dont have any in stock it would be nice if they took them down so we know there isnt any for sale

Some people may complain about the way GameStop works but this is the best and really the only used game store in Cortez. The employees are knowledgeable about the products and games as well as very friendly. I will recommend this store to everyone in the area. I will also probably shop here until they close or till I move to another area. Even then Ill probably find another GameStop to shop at unless the employees suck.

Great- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Googles hours are not correct as a heads up. But I will continue to make this my destination video game store for the staff alone.

7 day return policy on unopened product, wouldnt even exchange after 10 days. Offered to buy back at a third of what I paid. Nothing but another crooked corporation. Will buy everything on Amazon for now on.

The costumer service is helpful and friendly. Brandon and Jonathan are very informative about whats going on and whats coming up. And they will go the extra mile to get what you need.
