JD Did a great job serving us even when the store tablet was giving us issues he was able to work things out at the computer. It is a great thing that they have a backup system for when Technology doesnt want to cooperate!
David acted professionally and with grace, in spite of having to act as a one-man band with customers waiting while he attended to me. He handled my requests perfectly. 😎. However, on my next visit he refused to help me with a simple request that he help me with a Verizon-supported phone app. The same thing he helped me with a few days before. I didn’t like this one little bit.
Ordered a phone through this company and the customer service was just about the worse I have ever seen. The employee who helped me was annoyed to have to wait on me. My phone was destroyed and yet he just said he would call me when it came in. I had to remind him that I did not have a phone to be called on. I waited for ten days and no call. Finally found a tracking number and it had been delivered to the store 4 days previously. No call. When I called they just made excuses. They employee stated they could not retrieve my contacts even though I had the Sim card still. I find out this is not true. Gave one star because it will not let me go lower.
Heather was super great in setting up my business account. It is never fun going through all the paper work. But heather made it a good experience.
Great place. Great customer service. I always go to this location if I need any type of help. It’s the only version store in town so at times it does get a little busy. Fast and friendly. 👍🏽💯

I ordered a new iPhone 12 that was backordered until January through Verizon. They were able to get it to me within a couple of days and did a workaround so that I could use my upgrade. David and Eva were really nice and worked through all of the tech challenges as their systems were having issues across the board. I was there for about an hour and finally had to take my phone and set it up on my own because it was taking so long. Not their fault at all! However, the reason for my lower rating was that there was a third employee who was playing on his phone the whole time, had a lot of snide comments, and was just generally unprofessional. He also tried to sell me the insurance several times even though I kept declining and kind of negged me saying I was living dangerously with a thousand dollar phone. I was like, dude, let it go! He also was the only one not wearing a mask even though he was in close proximity to me. I am very grateful for retail workers during this challenging time and am always nice and polite because too many people arent but I was really ready to snap with him. It made what was already a long, drawn out process even more stressful. Kudos to David and Eva for a high level of customer service that I greatly appreciate.
I want to thank Zeke for helping me get a new phone during a very challenging time. His kindness and willingness to listen went beyond good customer service. As someone who managed a retail store for 18 years I would have been lucky to hire and work with Zeke.
The Tech guy that I had was Awesome! Very great customer service. The manager of the store was helping a elderly customer and she left the lady to go out back to smoke a cigarette while the lady sat there waiting for her.
My phone took a dive and the woman who helped me spent a long time helping me troubleshoot. She took the time to try and fix the problem. She was so friendly, helpful and very smart! I was so glad she listened to me and took the time to actually help me instead of trying to just sell me a new phone. Turned out I had to get an upgrade and she took the time to explain every option, explain pros and cons to different phones, and finally gave me excellent recommendations! She was a life saver! She is the best Verizon employee I’ve ever met! Thank you!!!! I don’t remember her name, but if you go here, I’m sure she will do everything she can to help you!
