Went to cricket today an they need different employees. Went to go get a new phone an i have gotten several phones from them an its been great everytime but today the guy doesnt know what hes doing an obviously wasnt sure about anything. They definitely need to get heather back. I never had problems with her.
Even though my phone was acting up and I need a new one, the employee named Kurtis tried his best to help and was polite, kind.

I came into the cricket store today because i purchased a phone from Verizon and i wasnt able to get all my information on my phone. i went to the Verizon store and none was there so i stopped in at cricket. She did not have to help me and she did it anyway, i purchased her lunch and observed the interaction with her customers. This lady needs a raise and now i will be switching my service to cricket soon.
These people know what they are doing! ive been to other crickets in Utah and have never been treated the way i have been at Cortez. I think these people love their job and truly have people skills. Listen up Cortez People go take lessons from that crew.
Was veary quick
Only been in this place a few time. Every time Im usually in and out without problem. The only time was when I had a issue with my phone not working there was no manager on at the time. The lady that tried to help but unfortunately wasnt able to not by any fault of her owe but company policy. I give the place five stars but the company should be a lot lower than the four stated.
Very patient nice people
Very misleading in their promotional advertising. We were asked how long we had our phones for the โbring your own deviceโ option and we said we had our phones for over a year and one for only a few months. Rebecca kept promising that there would be no problem in porting in the phone number from our previous carrier. Once all said and done I paid over $200 to port in the numbers, activation fees and SIM card fee. So the phones werenโt supported and Rebecca recommended that I go to Las Vegas to illegally unlock the phones to get them to work and there werenโt going to refund me the money I had just spent with them. I find this very unprofessional that Rebecca recommends an illegal action to get the phones to work with Cricket. I just hope one person reads this and proceeds with caution when considering doing business with this company.

The manager Heather was rude and grouchy. She made me feel unwelcomed. I feel bad for the workers that were in there with her. I refuse to go back into this store ever again
