NO ONE WEARING MASK!!!!I was just in their store no one including employees wearing mask. Two male customers glared at me when I walked in wearing a mask. One made a nasty comment. I know the employee heard and saw what happened and did nothing. As a female walking into a business where I felt threatened I will never do business with them again. In the past I did business there but never ever again. Just not a safe place to take my business

I have had multiple, positive experiences with these folks. Heather is wonderful and runs a great business. I had to replace my entire phone screen w/ a curved edge, and Heather and her team did an excellent job getting the part in and installed for me.

I would give this place a 0 star review if I could. I don’t ever post on theses but, this place managed to turn my cracked phone into a phone that doesn’t charge anymore.Ignored my call/texts about my phone that they had over a week.Completely kept me out of the loop on what was happening with my phone. Then wanted to charge me a installation fee for fixing the screen but breaking it worse.

In my opinion, their service/knowledge is impeccable ...for me they are the only phone/computer repair business I will use.. their service is always friendly and honest and their fees are fair..I highly recommend PC411,LLC

Would never recommend this place to anyone. I took my daughters iPad here to get a screen repair. The guy was a complete weirdo, seem like a crack head to me. Impatient, walking around back and forth and obscured comments were said while I was trying to figure out what was taking so long for them to fix my iPad. They are an unprepared company. In the passed I’ve heard bad comments about this company from people in this town & they didn’t recommend this place either! But I took a chance that I should’ve never taken! They took almost two weeks, not even fixing my iPad, so I picked it up (iPad torn apart) and took it to another place (CPR) in Farmington and they fixed it, that same day, for a cheaper price!!! & In (1 hour) Please Take your business else where!!!!

PC 411 had my laptop for nearly 2 months, OR MORE! They never called and I just drove down to get it back. They removed everything from my hard drive!!!!! It just needed a new fan, which they were unable to accomplish . They ruined my laptop., and they destroyed everything on it and gave me a device with everything from my laptop on it then charged me! I was stupid enough to pay. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR COMPUTER TRASHED, LIKE MINE...

These guys are amazing! They were able to back up all my files within 30 minutes and charged 30 dollars less than the first repair shop I tried out. The first place I went to told me they couldnt back up my files and I thought I had lost all my pictures that meant a lot to me. Im so happy I came across this place, they were very helpful!

My laptop was badly overheating. I tried another computer repair place in Cortez but they were very backed up. So I tried PC411. The repair person there gave it a good air cleaning while I waited and its back in normal working order. Very eager and able to help. Ill be taking my repair business here from now on.

They got 3 stars, they were nice and friendly but it was dreadful to try and get a hold of them. I left several messages never got a response till 2 weeks later when I physically went in.

The owners and staff here are somewhat knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ranging from cellphone accessories to computer parts, I go here before I leave Cortez to shop in Durango or Farmington for iPhone and Android stuff. The tech support is good and usually onsite.
