I went to the store looking for a better phone plan to change my 2 Verizon lines. Being there, I received quick attention, despite being almost time to close. The staff helped me find a very affordable plan and worked hard to have me walk out satisfied and with better plan that what I had. The system crashed a couple they continued till my phone numbers were ported to at&t. Extremely satisfied

As an informed customer, I found the agents who helped me knowledgeable and easy to work with. AT&T has a remarkable range of technology for this area. Yet, new phones are too expensive. I hope it doesnt become a franchise.

Tina and Ana did a great job helping me set up my new iPhone 11. I came in with a lot of problems on my iPhone. And they helped me get things done! I will definitely be back to see them.

I think the reason why people have varied experiences at this store is the employees. When I went in yesterday, they ignored me for 40 minutes without acknowledging me and even helped the person who came in after me before helping me. I understood that they were busy, but I was sitting there waiting and staring at them for a while and they didnt even say hello. I felt invisible, which never feels good. Then when I asked them (nicely, might I add) about the wait they blew me off and told me to just download the app and do it online. It was pretty darn rude. However, after going back today, we were helped by Jeremy, who was more useful than both of the men working there yesterday put together. I added a star just for his performance, but this store deserves less. If you go in, ask for Jeremy. He is helpful and seems to actually care about good customer service, and therefore deserves the commission.

Kicked us out of store for not wearing a mask. Even though medically can’t they didn’t care. My plan will go elsewhere.

Service has been efficient and knowledgeable. They have always been able to some the technical issues with my phone. Best signal in this area as well.

Wont hesitate to lie instead of admitting they dont know if an upgrade or new phone will improve service in a spotty area. Also will not tell you accurate info. So if u expect a monthly bill around 75 according to them actual bill is almost doubled.

Decent phone store with great customer service.

Customer service sucks! They wont even answer their phone. If you go in the store they will ignore you unless you buy a new phone. Will not solve any problems, tell you to go home and call customer service.

I showed up around 3 but they were busy and short staffed so I would of had to wait forever. I came back during slower hours and they were real helpful and they take their time to help you when it is your turn.

I just signed up for services with Cody at the Cortez ATT store and was greatly surprised and pleased with my service. He was up front about everything from costs to what phones work well. He made it all a pleasant experience instead of what could have been an awful one.
