Great place to get all my hair needs, the place is well stocked with good prices. The staff was very helpful. Giselle was super sweet, friendly, respectful and SUPER patient with me in helping to pick out the perfect wig for a wedding, she answered all my questions and I didn’t feel like a bother to her. If I could give her ten stars I would!

I love shopping here! It always has what I need for such great prices. I always feel right at home, especially because of Juliette. She always goes above and beyond in trying to find what you need which I have always been super grateful for.

Juliette is amazing! She helped me find the proper products that I needed. As well as educating men some other products. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely will return.

This has been my go to store for the best quality hair but now I also go for the service. The team is very welcoming and helpful. Ayoub is the best and was quite helpful and patient when I was looking to change hair brands. There are stores much closer to where I live but prefer to drive where I get the best service..... thanks Ayoub for knowing exactly what I wanted.

Juliette Was AMAZING! i was having a pre-birthday breakdown when my wig didn’t arrive on time. i had to go to Elegant on University to Find a back up ! 3 mins after walking in Juliette Comes up and begins assisting me and giving me different options and ideas. I was so amazed at how much she actually cared about my situation! In the end we found the prefect wig. Thanks so much elegant & Juliette !!

Hair prices are expensive. The sale hair is very thin..so you will need more than one pack for even the simplest style.

I go to the Salon at the back of the store to see the hair stylist Juliet! She is amazing and gentle with my hair. She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable about all hair trends, funny and kind! Atlantic and University store.

I bought one of most expensive wig of the store ($324+) which the advertising described it as from natural human hair. Reality is that the wig was not natural when reviewed by an expert at a salon confirmed it was not real. DO NOT BUY IT AS THE STORE does not accept returns independently of the misleading advertising.

Elegant Beauty has the best selection of hair care products and hair and also great customer service. They also offer a membership program on select items so you always have an opportunity to dave extra money. They have natural hair products and professional salon products. They also have a lot of skin care options from facial cleansers to black soaps and body butters. If you are a stylist they also have a great deal of supplies for you. This literally is a one stop shop!

Renatta is the best help I love going there just because of her service.

I just left the store upset because I purchased in item which was too small for my liking, on the receipt it says to exchange item within 30 days, the manager told me I can’t do an exchange because I opened it. Isn’t that what the customers have their receipt for !I am so disappointed, please don’t go there if you already open and item, because you won’t be able to exchange or even get a store credit.

The worst service the girls are not knowledgeable of the hair quality, products or even which isle the product your looking for is in ... Nice store tons of product just seems like the employees are just schlepping along to get along

The location is relatively new and is very nice in keeping up with Coral Springs. Inside it was hard for me to find what I wanted because there was way too much of everything to choose from, so distracting. And the prices were not competitive. Fairly high. The music was OMG (ghetto and loud) and the two girls(?) were as high as whatever they were on. NOT GOOD. They have more than enough in the line of selections wherein you could get easily frustrated and such a difference in the prices. Not a very good experience for me. Will give it a while before I go back to see if any changes in music and/or personnel. THE MUSIC DEFINITELY DOES NOT BELONG. DOES NOT FIT IN WITH THE SURROUNDINGS.

Store manager is very rude, and comes across as somewhat racist. I shop at this store often for years since it opened. And i have one small issue with a product and she was rude and would not assist me. Luckily there was a guy there from another store that made a call to override her poor display of Customer service. I will never shop at this location again.

Great Place!

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! Although a worker helped me when I was at the store. It was more of what happened to me and my family as we left the store. A man that worked there suspected that he saw us open our bag and searched our Purses because he accused us of stealing . Mind you there were people in front of us and he didn’t search their purse and when we got to the car he was no longer standing by the door to check other customers . Yes I understand that this is the holiday season and things like that are bound to happen more often, but to make me seem like I needed to steal when I work hard for everything I have made me disgusted and disappointed that We was treated that way. So with that being said I will NEVER return to this DISCRIMINATED place. Sorry sir but your JUDGEMENT WAS NOT A SUCCESS THIS TIME🤷🏾‍♀️

They have a large selection, almost to much because it is never enough people working there so you can ask questions. I really dont like it when I cant find what Im looking for because its just so time consuming. Hire more people so the shopping experience can be better.

My spouse went here to get some beauty supplies while we were traveling through Florida. The store is large, neat and well organized. They have a large assortment of products. We were greeted right away by friendly and very helpful staff. A GEM of a beauty store in Coral Springs!

Love this place !! There are a bunch of locations all over south Florida and they are just as good.

Asked associate price for an oil that I am unfamiliar with. she stated the product was $5.49. I said ok. wanted to make sure before I got in line. cashier rings up $7.99 which is what I am used to paying for my normal product. associate confirms she quoted $5.49 but the cashier wouldnt or couldnt because the manager stated its not allowed. so they change the price on the shelf to reflect $7.99 while I am standing there, not honoring what was marked and quoted. I ended up not buying the $30. worth of products for principle alone

1 star because despite the nice selection of products the customer service is terrible. No one wanted to help me they all just stood there looking at me and when I tried to get someone to help with the wigs I was interested in they were suddenly busy doing something or helping someone else to care. I took my business elsewhere.

Finally a hair supply store thats close. I like the new location, lots of space and I usually find what Im looking for. Its never really too crowded which is good, I get what I need and Im out. I hope this store does well, as there is a need for a northwest location.

Really a gem in Coral Springs! I always find fake eyelashes, makeup,, facial razors, and other items that would be double the price at Sallys at this store and the quality of everything Ive bought has been great. Customer service goes a long way. Three staff members by the register... one just walking around, the other one on the phone to fix something and one checking people out. I waited in line for over 5 minutes. Not one, hello we will be with you shortly. The store was not even full.

As I walk in the store the 2 ladys that were so called associates was trying on makeup not even a greeting there were so busy into themselves,as I try to ask a question about a product she looked so annoyed of the fact that I was asking her. This store is a total difference to the one in plantation. I wont be shopping there anymore I rather take the drive to plantation were the service is way better and much nicer
