I love CosmoProf! The ladies there are very sweet and always help me with what I need. On my first visit, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I had my license; that was all. I understand why people would be upset because they cant just look around but this store is license required. Its clearly stated. Theyre just doing theyre job.

My customer service specialist today that rang me up had a much higher standard than the normal employee. She was extremely welcoming, very helpful.

They have a great selection of professional products and tools. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You do need a cosmetology, barber, or esthetician license to shop here.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would, the staff is extremely rude, I walked in today, to shop around for hair products, this blond idiot has 0 knowledge or sense of customer service what so ever, best believe I will never set foot back here again. You lost a customer today and based on the other reviews I’ve read about this place I am not the only one that feels the same.
