Calling the store does not match the service you receive in person. The people I have spoke to in the past seem uncaring and not wanting to help . It’s quite the opposite in person. Friendly staff.

Please clean the restroom. Is always dirty.

Very nice people at the pharmacy. Has meds out of stock sometimes. Seem to be understanding and sympathetic. My family and I just moved here recently so this pharmacy is close to where we live. So far so good.

1 Star for the Pharmacy. I had to transfer for a refill from another pharmacy. The lady was nice and helpful taking my informatin. However, Im sure she got distracted and never put anything in the system. I called the next day to pick up and the guy had no information on file. They said that called but no one called back to approve. When I called the original pharmacy I got through in 5 min. However, calling back to Walgreen Pharmacy is at least 30 min on hold every time. Another day went by with no results. Now I have to drive for 1 hour at 7am just so I can get back on time for my father to take his heart medication. Not sure how they stay in business but Im never going back! Complete disappointment

Today was going to be my last day visiting this drive-through Pharmacy. I have been through it approximately 5 times so far. Each time I sit at the window for at least 10 minutes before Im even noticed let alone helped. They are always very busy. And no one ever looks or acknowledges you making the wait even more annoying But today a girl named Tracy in the pharmacy changed all of that! Not only did she greet me with a smile the script was not filled but should have been so she filled it herself for me. My insurance did not cover it. She told me to go to a website and look for a coupon and I didnt understand what she meant. She took my cell phone from me went to the website and applyed the coupon for me. She was so kind and so friendly and so helpful and I would now go back to that Walgreens again. Thank you Tracy! I hope your bosses see this and applaud your work ethic and demeanor!

Nasty uncaring pharmacy that I have ever been to!I called Wallgreens on W. Sample road to ask if my medication came in yet because it was on back order and I was told yes that it came in and they had my medication. Ten minutes later Wallgreens texted me that they didn’t have my medication so I called them to ask what was going on, I was told I never called or spoke to anyone in Wallgreens about my medication, I asked to speak to a manager and the Manager told me in a very nasty and unprofessional manner that I had never spoke to anybody in his pharmacy about my medication because the pharmacy techs were not allowed to give out information about any medications unless They had a prescription WHICH I DID INFACT HAVE A PRESCRIPTION THERE! I said if I didn’t speak with anyone then why did I get a text from Wallgreens? I told him that every other time I had ever called there I was always given information about my medication. Because of the pandemic I haven’t been able to get one of my medications for over a month. When I was told that they finally got my medication in I was relieved but it was all a lie from them not me! Instead of this Manager apologizing he just kept speaking to me nasty and repeating that I never spoke to anyone on the phone! My new insurance doesn’t allow me to go to CVS anymore which I miss because when I went to CVS I was treated with respect, they knew me by name and they were always helpful and courteous! I will never go to that Wallgreens on W. Sample road again!

When I am physically there to ask for my refills they are fine. But if you have to call them to ask about your prescriptions youll be on hold at least 20 minutes. Im literally on hold with them right now as im writing this. I drove from US1 and Copans all the way to Coral Springs Dr. when they finally picked up the phone. And this is the only Walgreens that does this. Every other store you call they answer within 5, maybe 10 minutes tops. I dont know whats going on over there but they need to get their lines fixed or hire more help. And while i havent seen her in a while since i transferred my prescriptions to CVS, but the lady pharmacist with the accent (British?) is very rude when answering your questions.

Ive been going to this Walgreens for over 5 years. Theyve been my pharmacy for just as long. Generally its a quick in and out no problems. I have a new insurance plan with my job and needed it to be updated for a new inhaler. 1st they ran my old insurance and said it wasnt covered. Then I told them I have new insurance. Then they ran the new insurance and said it wasnt covered and told me to call my doctor to have them change the prescription. Fortunately its a 24/7 Medical service I can call and I did. They told me they updated my prescription and that I should call the pharmacy and see if its covered. I dont know who answered the call but she sounded like I was bugging her while she was cooking in her kitchen on a sunday afternoon. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Painfully impatient and said Jesus Christ in Heaven when I told her let me get my insurance card. She said for me to drive all the way back to the pharmacy to find out whether or not the new prescription was covered. And when I explained to her that I was ALREADY THERE AN HOUR AGO. She then took my card information. When she asked what the information was and i said hang on to flip the card over. She said Oh Jesus, you see thats why I wanted you to come in so I can just run the card. I dont know if she knows that this is a CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say I wont be using this Walgreens anymore. Overall service has gone down over the years and this blatant disrespect of a paying customer was enough. Good Luck.

Pharmacy woman was extremely rude and not very customer friendly at all. Not at all helpful and I still have un answered questions about my medication which is extremely important. She was extremely unprofessional. Will not use this pharmacy again way too unnecessarily rude. Not pleased at all they deserve a zero.

Pharmacy drive thru wait time is ridiculous every time we are there. Waited 30 mins before anyone even greeted us tonight.

One star for the pharmacy. Always slow and frequently out of medication. The one off Royal Palm and Coral Springs Dr near the 711 is quicker.

When I went to check out the cashier was on a personal.phone call. While she was checking me out. she had stuff she was working on all over the counter I didnt have a place to put my stuff down. Customer service needs to improve at this store.

Pharmacy is a 0. Called for RX transfer from CVS, as CVS was out of stock on eye drops for my 1 yr old. Walgreens pharm tech stated medication was in stock and would be ready in 1 hour. I return in 2 hours and they have no record of a transfer. I walk into store now after waiting in the car line to be told this, and wait in another 10 person deep line with a screaming 1yr old. Get to the register and tech states, yes we have the transfer. We have alot of transfers. We will call you when the medication is ready. By 830pm no call. Pharmacy closes at 9p. Have been on hold for 15min with no one answering. Hoping to at least get someone on the phone to send to 24hr pharm. Not looking good. Will not be doing any more RX fills with Walgreens.

First time here. Pharmacy takes a while! They need to have more staff during the day in Pharmacy. Will probably never use the pharmacy here again

Ive been a loyal Walgreens customer for years and make purchases daily here. Just tried to return merchandise and the management refused to even exchange it. I WILL NOT return to any Walgreens again! And the lines are always too long. I will be going to CVS

Good place for just about anything, prescriptions, OTC meds, liquors and wine and mostly a little bit of random anything you could need. Nice staff.

The pharmacy staff is amazing. The pharmacist is a sweeheart, she is very compasionate and empathetic. I always come to pick up my grandmas medication and often seat outside for about 15 minutes and observe people behavior. It is amazing how patients wait on their doctor office forever but they give hard time to pharmacy staff to get their meds right away. Drive thru, some people think this is burger fast food restaurant!! This is a place where the staff is actually looking out for everybody safety I really appreciate the help and service I always get from this pharmacy. People should be a little more respectful. God bless them!

I have no clue whats going on with the pharmacy, but it took about 25 min in the drive thru line for someone to come to the window. After she got my name and insurance info, I waited another 10 min. She came back to the window and told me to do a loop and come back around. I did, only to find five cars in front of me. Went inside, and have 6 people in front of me in line. Very slow.

Pharmacy staff was rude and it seems like I was bothering them, I asked to ask the Pharmacist one question, he said give me a second, I was there waiting for fifteen minutes, so I just left in disgust!!!!

Avoid drive thru! Wait is always long, including car at the window. Its as if they wont tell people to leave if prescription isnt ready. They sit there holding up the whole line. As busy as this place always is, doesnt make sense they went from 2 drive thru lanes down to 1.

Horrible pharmacy dont ever send your medicine there I was its takes them about 2 or 3 days or they say they never found it in their system my infection got worse because of them.
