The caliber of stylist are getting worse. Also they do not sanitize their equipment including hair brushes, combs, and their cutting scissors.

Melissa is one of the greatest people someone could be assisted by. She always cuts my hair the way how it is and yesterday when i got it dyed with bleach for the very first time, i was nervous thinking it wasn’t going to work out after spending days searching for hairstyles.... This for the coral springs flordia salon. I always had my hair colored at your salon in the past. Your hair stylist did a good job but didnt talk to me the whole time and she didnt check me out at the register. Someone else did . I was never treated like that unless theres something I dont know. I wont spend my money at your salon ever again.

For my first time and as a walk in on New Year’s Eve it was absolutely great. Kathy got my hair right I was especially worried about getting bangs again but she made them perfect my hair is perfect now.

Came in as a walkin 30 min before they closed. I had my haircut at the hair cuttery in coconut creek and it was horrible. Ernestine was honest with me and told me exactly why and what was wrong with my hair. She even took her time despite the place being closed. Even though my hair is shorter Ernestine has gained a loyal customer for life. Thank you so much! I will be back soon!

I don’t recall his name but he was bald, he did my hair and I told him what I wanted judged me and did something different I am not happy and I still paid and he was there trying to wait for my tip I was going to tip him anyway because that’s how I am but he kept taking his hand out waiting for his tip the way I am is I always tip .,it was rude like wait a minute I’m getting it..he just wasn’t nice and did my hair completely different

What a rip off . Wife went for a simple haircut. They couldnt find her appointment, did not charge the quoted rate and nothing is included, everything is an upcharge. My wife was so upset and felt ripped off. Bad atmosphere, avoid this place

I swear by Nesta. Shes done my hair for over 5 years, and is consistently awesome - shes conscientious and a perfectionist, and has a great personality. Very grateful that my friend recommended her so many years ago :-)

Horrible service stylist Althea did a horrible job. She gave me a bald spot and my braids were uneven and not neat. When I confronted her she walked off and didnt even apologize for what she did. She didnt even offer any service to make the situation better. Although I got a refund I didnt receive the full amount. The customer service is horrible I wouldnt recommend going to jc penny in style salon in coral square mall especially to Althea. She is a jealous and nasty woman.

Do not go by stylist grace. She is very unprofessional, rushed to do my hair, did not do it the way I wanted it to be done. Always on her phone texting and calling people. Totally dissatisfied.
